Guest Reviews
- Hardan (8/5): -
- Alan War (8/5): It was fully equipped. - I liked the bathtub and the board games on the second floor, which is also fully equipped. It would be better if there was enough coffee; the bottle was almost empty.
- Kasey (9/5): -
- Luis (10/5): Cozy and comfortable. - Not secluded but yet very private. Wife and I got to spend some alone time without worries of getting any audience. Close drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Great cabin and very cozy. First time for us using a cabin and we were blown away. Only thing the bed in master bedroom squeaks lol
- Amy (10/5): -
- Nick (10/5): - Felt like home Nothing
- Ron (9/5): - It was really nice! We did see a bear. It was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. Nothing
- Lisa (9/5): - Everything The power surge would only let us have on certain lights at a time
- Stuart (9/5): We come up this time of year for a basketball tournament/birthday celebration. This cabin was very accommodating and - It accommodated what we needed. The kids loved the games and the hot tub. The upstairs bed that we were in was a bit uncomfortable and shaky but still good.
- Deborah (9/5): -
- Ashleigh (2/5): Very poor - I hate to leave a bad review but I want others to be aware and for the owners to fix the issues.
When we arrived at the cabin there was another family there. Somehow the system let it be double booked. We sat outside with the other guest for an hour trying to get everything resolved. Thankfully the issue was resolved BUT if we'd had known what we were walking into we would have left.
Also to add to the double booking what if our family arrived later in the evening or night and the other family was there and we walked in with the code to enter and someone got hurt or killed? That's a very scary thought and could have very well happened.
The upstairs bedroom had a foul odor. We purchased Lysol and Febreeze and the smell would not leave!
The bed upstairs was terrible.
The rugs in the cabin had not seen a vacuum in who knows when. Nor had the floors been swept properly (a broken fingernail stabbed the bottom of my foot)
The refrigerator would not cool. Luckily our food didn't have time to spoil because we were able to fix it quickly but our drinks were still hot.
The toilets were extremely hard to flush.
The remotes all need new batteries, only two worked.
The hot tub was low on water.
The kudzu was taking over the landscaping while the other cabins looked taking care of.
The rail on the front porch was rotting into and I almost fell off the steps.
There was no extra garbage bags, if you have kids you know the struggles with accumulating garbage even for 1 day/night.
If you are a light sleeper this cabin is not for you, there's no insulation, and all the sounds in the cabin echo throughout.
It's listed as a three bedroom but the third room is more like a closet with a twin bed. No tv for kids also it was very hot and our son could not sleep in there.
- Cassandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Felicia (7/5): Good -
- Travis (10/5): Daughters Birthday - Close to downtown gatlinburg, and even closer to quaint off the path stores and restaurants.
- Jennjen1123 (9/5): It was amazing, loved our time at the cabin - My family I plus 2 small dogs went on vacation to see the area. The cabin was in a great location near Gatlinburg and pigeon forge wasn't a far drive like 15/20 minutes. The cabin had a nice hot tub which worked great. And the air hockey table was cool to play with the kiddo.
It was a great time and nice cabin. The fire place was nice after it rained and got cold . Getting to the cabin can be a little tricky but once you know where it's at it's a lot better.
- Shelli (10/5): It was a fantastic stay! - The cabin was very clean. The host made check in so incredibly easy and was accommodating. The master bed was a little uncomfortable and previous guests had destroyed many of the board games.
- Rocio (10/5): Would def stay there again - So cozy. Loved everything about it. The roads to get there were so narrow and steep!
- Tammy (7/5): Good -
- Cooper (7/5): Good -
- Johnson (7/5): Good - The serenity and quietness Location
- Maggie (5/5): Uncomfortable - Location was nice
Easy access
Saw bears The beds were all so bad. We tried laying on all to see if any was better. All were Terrible. Husband has a bad back and I’m pregnant. Ruined our trip.
Smoke detector hanging out of ceiling
Master bathroom door one side very hard to open
Host never responded when we emailed with a question
Cabin was cute overall but doesn’t look like its been kept up well
- Vincenzo (9/5): Superb -
- Jeanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hoyer (8/5): Very good -
- Christine (8/5): Very good - It was a nice cabin. It was clean had everything we needed. It is a pet friendly cabin but there wasn't hardly any place for the dogs to go to the bathroom. But we loved that the dogs got to go with us. The only other thing was there was food left in the grill.
- Cook (7/5): Good - Location Upstairs window would shut all the way the window is out of aline not letting it lock.
- Scott (10/5): Nice clean and cozy - Place was clean and perfectly suitable for our needs. Quiet and friendly atmosphere. Saw a mountain lion out our window. Thank you for making our night a good one. The smoke alarm was hanging off the ceiling and batteries missing but probably guests before us did that?
- Tammy (10/5): Exceptional - It's was so cozy, and felt like home away from home. We stayed 6 nights ,it was a great location less then 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.i would definitely stay here again
