• Piroșcă (10/5): - Mi-a placut faptul ca a fost curat, proprietarul a fost amabil si la dispozitia noastra pentru a ne ajuta cu orice aveam nevoie, iar locatia este destul de bine pozitionata. Mirosul de umezeala care este destul de pregnant.

One of its best features is the location; it’s extremely close to the city center, making it easy to walk everywhere and explore. The owner was also incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing excellent recommendations for local spots and hidden gems around the city.
• Encarna (1/5): Pesadilla Rincón de Vinatea izquierdo. - Que está en Castellón y lo tienes todo cerca, a solo 10 minutos ocio y la maravilla de pasear por las avenidas y disfrutar de la cantidad de locales y tiendas. Lo incómodo e insostenible del ruido que nos ha acompañado desde el primer día que llegamos al apartamento, un ruido de un motor que cada minuto sonaba una media de 10 -15 segundos, no hemos podido descansar ni un solo día y las noches eran insoportables. El propietario fue avisado y lo primero que hizo fue dudar, luego sugerirme unos tapones para decirme que igual yo no estaba bien y me había obsesionado y buscaba el ruido. Se supone que trajo a un técnico e insonorizaron el motor, pues tuvimos que estar en el apartamento para recibirlo en una ocasión y en la otra entraron sin estar nosotros allí( le dimos permiso por la gravedad del problema)Problema que a nuestra salida hoy día 20 a las 9:47 persiste y es realmente incómodo. La suciedad en el mobiliario, el tapiflex , el edredón , sofá con manchas , el baño con humedades y moho y el horno muy sucio, así que decidimos comer y cenar fuera cada día de nuestra estancia. Tuvimos que comprar sábanas, toallas y una colcha al estar todo sucio y con bastante mal olor. Aparte el contenedor de basura en la misma ventana del dormitorio con el consiguiente olor, ruido e insectos. Nada más entrar te llega un olor a humedad y cerrado.

• Josette (9/5): - Appartement clair, fonctionnel bien équipé. A 15 minutes du centre et des stations de trains et autobús. Réglage de la climatisation pour le chauffage sur 18 degrés et pas possible de l'augmenter. Un peu juste pour nous qui sommes arrivés sous la pluie.

• Lidia (7/5): Bien para pasar un finde largo - La ubicación era muy buena, zona tranquila, con supermercados cerca y super cerca de las calles principales. Tenía todo lo necesario en la cocina, sofá cama cómodo, la cama también me lo pareció. Es amplio. El frío y la humedad se notaron en los días que estuve (Estancia en pleno invierno) pero me ajustaron la calefacción cuando lo pedí y el edredón nórdico que había ayudaba mucho!

• Tanja (1/5): Ekelerregend Es war unmöglich länger als eine Nacht (notgedrungen) dort zu verbringen! - Auch wenn die Ausstattung okay war, gefallen hat mir nichts dort!! Siehe Erläuterung nächster Punkt: Der Vermieter hat mich komplett über den Tisch gezogen! Ich habe noch nie eine schlechte Bewertung bei Booking gegeben - dies ist meine erste und diese ist mehr als angebracht: Der Vermieter dieser Wohnung hat mich komplett über den Tisch gezogen!!!! Er hat mit mir sein Wort darauf gegeben, dass ich mein Geld zurückerhalten würde, wenn ich keine negative Bewertung schreiben würde - und am Ende habe ich nichts bekommen. Er hat mein Geld ohne Gegenleistung erhalten, weil ich auf eigene Kosten schnellstmöglich eine neue Wohnung gebucht habe - also doppelt gezahlt habe! Direkt als ich in die Wohnung kam, konnten man den Gestank riechen, da in der Wohnung extrem stark geraucht wurde, und das, obwohl es sich um eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung handelte. Der Gestank war unerträglich, da es sich um alten Rauch handelte, der überall im Appartement anheftete. Ich hätte am liebsten direkt wieder gehen wollte, hatte aber für diesen Moment keine Alternative. Am schlimmsten war es im Bett. Ich habe mich so geekelt, dass ich die ganze Nacht auf meiner Jacke geschlafen habe und versuchte, möglichst wenig Kontakt mit Decke, Bettlaken, Kissen etc. zu haben. Der Gestank war so widerlich, dass es keinen Unterschied machte, dass der Vermieter (laut eigener Aussage bereits zwei Tage lang gelüftet hatte und Duftstäbchen deponierte). Was mich besonders ärgerte, ist, dass der Vermieter 1. diesen Umstand nicht aktiv von sich aus ansprach (er hätte mich vorwarnen können) und 2. nachdem ich ihm mitteilte, dass ich das Appartement umgehend am nächsten Mittag (früher habe ich nichts gefunden) verlassen würde (ich habe auf eigene Kosten eine neue Unterkunft gebucht, also doppelt bezahlt), weil auch eine vorgeschlagene Ozonreinigung von seiner Seite nichts ändern würde (der alte Zigarettengestank hing in jeder "Pore" der Unterkunft), wir uns gegenseitig das Wort gegeben haben, dass ich mein Geld komplett zurück hielt und dafür keine negative Bewertung erhielt! Er hat gelogen. Er wollte alles!

• Sabina (8/5): Confortabel apartament - De behulpzaamheid van de eigenaar van dit apartament bij het openen en sluiten van de deuren.. Ook de confortabele inrichting van de ruimte. Het ontbreken van 2 theezakjes en 2 koffiecapsules bij aankomst. Het vinden van parkeerplaats voor de autoo.
