Guest Reviews
- gail (9/5): Lovely stay - Greeted at the door, taken to our room it was decorated modern and lovely colours, towels were soft & complimentary toiletries, plenty of hanging space, good selection of tea, coffee, milk & biscuits Being woken up by another guest that rang the intercom in the night because they were locked out
- Trevor (6/5): -
- Natasha (8/5): - Very modern we had a sea view room. Tea, coffee and bottled water in the room. Our room was small but enough for us as we only stayed 1 night. The mattress was quite soft which I'm not a fan of and the bed frame made noise every time you moved. This meant that me and my partner kept waking each other up when turning over or going to the loo
- Terese (8/5): - Wonderfully renovated and decorated interior, a nice cozy respite. Bridlington was not my cup of tea… I was there for puffin watching and should probably have stayed in Bempton. I found Brid to be tacky and loud, with low-quality restaurant options. The building across the street is a burned-out hotel, and neon arcades abound.
- Auld (9/5): - Flexibility to check on when arriving early than planned. Lovely decor, sea view was awesome No getting around the fact that this is an old house, with narrow stairs and corridors.
- Stephen (10/5): Beautiful room in Bridlington - The room was bright comfortable and very clean. Nice little touches with the tea and coffee facilities and biscuits included. Toiletries in the bathroom and a lovely shower. Amy was excellent with communication and so friendly seeing us to our room. Loved sitting in the comfy chair at the big picture window with a cuppa looking at the sea and watching the world go by. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Nothing
- David (10/5): -
- Danny (10/5): Amazing stay! - Amy was amazing! She accommodated quite a last major last minute request. We staued in room 2 which was clean, spacious and had a view of the sea. Plenty of free items in the room such as water, coffee and shower gels. We even had a fan which we don't see often in our travels. Honestly we don't have any complaints and we will certainly be staying again in the future
- Luke (10/5): Absolutely loved it would stay again - How close it was to everything Small tv in room and no internet
- Sarah (10/5): -
- Wayne (10/5): Beautiful stay - Has we got there. We was upgraded by the lovely lady to a more valuable room wich we thought was lovely. The lady was very friendly and chatty. We will be definitely coming back. Thank you Nothing. We loved everything
- Lyndsey (9/5): - Good location, very quiet
- Ben (10/5): Cosy hideaway - Great location and well-appointed room.
- Neil (8/5): - The room was nice and clean, bathroom clean. Instructions for the property and rooms where sent by text and easy to understand.
Got a lovely phone call from Amey telling us our room was ready and we could check in as soon as we arrived. Nothing.
- Darren (10/5): -
- Steven (10/5): -
- Rebecca (10/5): Brilliant stay, highly recommend - Brilliant location, and lovely decor. Great facilities and everything we needed for a stay away. Great hosts Only one thing… the heating (too warm) however personal preference.
- Mona (10/5): Perfect - Amy was absolutely brilliant. She was very responsive whenever we had any questions or issues. She gave us some great recommendations for bars and restaurants. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. Merci !
- Phil (9/5): Really great place to stay in Bridlington , I would recommend it - Very good, clean , warm , cosy . No WiFi
- Russ (10/5): Great stay in very nice rooms. - The rooms. The location, and hallway was dirty, but rooms spotless.
- Ben (9/5): Lovely owners, lovely room, close to all Amenities in Bridlington. Also next to Wetherspoons , that’s the deal maker! - Lovely couple, kind and hardworking + very helpful and communicative when needed help.
Room was stylish, plenty of tea + coffee , bathroom was spot on. Really does feel like you’re getting a luxury break. Hard to find, but this was only because they are renovating and no signage yet.
Tv could’ve been bigger, but it was a smart tv and easy to use so not a bad thing at all.
The stairs are a bit steep, I had to be careful on them as I just recovered from leg surgery, this wouldn’t affect anyone more able bodied than myself though.
- Tanya (8/5): Lovely welcoming host and clean room - Great location, room had everything you need. Very friendly. Couples of points one being the bed was way too soft but that comes down to preference and secondly this was out of the hosts control but was kept awake due to over guests making noise around 1-2am for a good hour.
- Teri (10/5): Great stay 100% recommend! - Really enjoyed stay was lovely and clean! Very friendly host thank you very much ☺️
- Angela (8/5): -
- Oriel (10/5): - Lovely place for a 2 night break. Love the thought that has gone into what you have in the room. Nothing
- shaun (8/5): - The room was very good and comfortable. With this being my first time the stairs was too much but next time will ask for a room on lower floor.
- Bergmann (10/5): Brilliant would recommend great and lovely owner brillant stay couldn’t ask for more - Very nice room couldn’t ask for more Nothing it was very clean and great for a couple of nights stay would recommend to anyone
- Darren (8/5): - Lovely view and the room
Very comfortable
Staff was great
- Raj (10/5): -
- Judith (10/5): Lovely host and fab room. We will use again. - Great central location ideal for a one night last minute getaway. Modern decor, nice and warm and fully equipped. The owners are working hard to renovate the property working on a coffee shop on the ground floor which will definitely benefit future guests. Some new bars in Bridlington, we really enjoyed our stay. Nothing.
- Cooper (9/5): - The room was really well decorated and cosy. The bath and shower were lovely. A great selection of drinks and biscuits was a nice touch too. I'm sensative to noise and light but I slept well despite the central location because of good blinds and glazing.
There's no Internet but there's good 5G reception so I could hot-spot to the TV and watch Netflix.
The owner was really friendly! We felt welcomed and at ease. Nothing not to like really. The stairs are quite steep, which could be an issue for some people.
- Lynne (10/5): Lovely central stay - The room was lovely. The decor was fab. Nothing oh except climbing loads of stairs but really that was ok😁
- Sean (10/5): -
- lily (10/5): -
- Michael (10/5): Cosy room, really friendly welcome and went the extra mile for my wife’s birthday! - The room was lovely and is in a great location
- Sophie (7/5): A pleasant experience - It was furnished really nice, the bed was comfy and it was really clean You could hear other residents as the walls were quite thin
- Danielle (10/5): Comfortable over night stay.Bed really comfortable and the owners are really welcoming - Property is in a good location, rooms have everything in that you need iron, hairdryer, kettle and toiletries, which came in handy as we were in the area for a dance competition.
- Lesley (9/5): Clean close to all shops pubs beach and a side sea view. - Very Clean close to town and beach ! The host Amy was excellent nothing was to much for her.
- Linda (8/5): -
- Sam (8/5): - Beachside,

- Lauryn (10/5): Worth Every Penny - Everything from arriving to leaving was outstanding. The host is very welcoming, loved the pre arrival message & early check in option available. The room itself is absolutely beautiful, I was blown away by all the little details. Everything was immaculate and ready for our stay. The bath in room 2 is amazing! Could not pick a thing wrong with this hotel, we’ve absolutely loved it. Also the bed was super comfy both me and my husband said that was the best nights sleep we’ve had! Thank you so much for an amazing stay. Keep up the great work. Anyone staying here you won’t be disappointed. N/A
- Joanna (8/5): Lovely - Room was exactly how advertised, very comfortable, clean and warm. We had prompt the host for check in information on our way to the property.
- Brian (5/5): Although handy for stays in Bridlington we would not return. The parking was very difficult but we managed eventually to - The room was clean as was the en suite. It was warm. The appearance from the front was disappointing however I think it may have been getting a revamp. The stairs were narrow and we were on the top floor. My wife didn’t sleep very well as she was for the first time ever worried about how we would escape in the event of a fire. There were no instructions anywhere on what to do should we need to evacuate. Although it was stated we had a sea view you had to lean out of the window to see it.
- Joanne (10/5): - Excellent location, warm comfortable clean modern room.
- Jonathan (10/5): Really enjoyed the room, would happily book again - Bed was really comfortable
- brian (10/5): Great place would recommend - Beautiful, comfortable room. Exceptionally clean throughout. Lovely helpful staff. Fantastic location. Nothing

- Jessica (9/5): Winter stay - The lady who met us was super friendly and the communicate was top notch. The room was clean, and tidy. Facilities brilliant. Excellent all around.
- Muhl (10/5): Brilliant from start to finish highly recomend this place - Didnt have breakfast but there was a lovely cafe just at the side and value for money Nothing really owner was brilliant
- Neil Christopher (10/5): -
- Dixon (10/5): - Relaxed vibes, not too noisy for the beach front.good heating was always on and changeable.very clean and aesthetically pleasing, very accommodating Not a major problem but one of the only things I can think of was steep steps (not really their fault)
- Terri (10/5): Perfect 🤩 - The property was immaculate and very cosy. We had booked a gig at Bridlington spa and we got back really late, we were very cold & wet through. It was lovely to come back to a lovely room, that was warm, cosy & had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again🤗
- Jade (8/5): -
- Garry (9/5): We were looking for bungalows for our retirement the place was dead handy for the town centre and parking - Right in the town centre Nothing
- Jamie lee (10/5): - Never slept so comfortably, more than enough space to get ready, very clean and organised. Plenty of tea coffee and hot chocolate and mini bottles of complementary shampoos and conditioner. Right where you need to be close to everything, Lovely host would 100% recommend.
- Sophie (10/5): - Location was brilliant and the decor was lovely too would recommend staying here also bathroom was beautiful and had all the little extras mini shampoo Conditioner Body wash ect also had bottles of water tea coffee hot choc in a little basket was a lovely touch Couldn't fault it
- Julie (10/5): -
- Susan (10/5): Met Amy as soon as we arrived, loverly friendly lady who was very friendly told us were things were around to enjoy our - Beautiful and clean Nothing
- Elliot (10/5): -
- lorraine (10/5): Great location .Great quality . Great price. - we loved our stay in room 2. A large front facing king bed room on the 1st floor with 2 comfy arm chairs to see the sea view from the big bay window. The soft bed was so comfy . The room and en suite spotlessly clean and the decor to a high standard. i expected noise from the car park below our window but the street was quiet and peaceful . we will book here again , why ? because Amy is one of the best hosts i have met in a long time. Nothing is too much trouble . The wetherspoon at the top of the street opens at 8am with good menu range . a traditional fried breakfast is £4. 99 with toast . The location being moments from the beach or shopping centre is amazing . Leaving that amazing comfy bed.! There is no scaffolding on the building now and look forward to seeing the exterior finished to the same high standard as the rooms.
- Shane (9/5): -
- Ria (10/5): - Room was beautiful, the bed was like a cloud I didnt wanna leave it There wasnt anything we didnt like.

- Craig (10/5): -
- John (9/5): - Large accommodation, lovely and clean. We had a front room and could see the sea. 100 yds from beach. Facilities were fine. It was ok for us, but very steep stairs to rooms.

- Katie (10/5): Lovely clean stay - I said that I had booked it for my partners birthday and when I entered the room a birthday banner and balloons were hung up which was a really nice touch Nothing
- Dave Askew (7/5): -
- Gail (6/5): -
- Toni (10/5): -
- Olivia (10/5): Amazing! - Very modern and clean, nice and cosy! No comment, everything was perfect!
- Sharon (5/5): It was ok - Very friendly owner Amy, Very clean throughout, it's advertised as an apartment on booking.com, what we had was a small back bedroom, everything was in the room but for £125 per night ? the seagulls were very active last night, but thats part of being close to the sea, but there is a nightclub and the banging music kept us awake until the early hours, it is in the centre of Bridlington, so thats an advantage, we would stay again but not at that price. No parking thats a nightmare, the room was far too small for a double, and it's also hard to find located between boarded up shops Amy was waiting outside to show us up the stairs.
- Alexander (10/5): -
- Patrick (7/5): Pleasant stay but pricey. - Grim exterior and surrounding houses but inside was nicely done and clean. Good location near the promenade. Helpful host. Overpriced for what it is, although that may have been due to the Bank Holiday. The noisy seagulls wake up too early!!
- Sadie (10/5): -
- vicky (7/5): Very nice good location - Room was very modern and beds very comfortable
Loved the border biscuits 😋 The appearance from outside is very off putting but once through the door it’s lovely inside. I believe they are in process of updating outside area
- Kay (9/5): -
- Andy (9/5): - Fantastic welcome from Amy, room was lovely and clean would highly recommend..
- Grubb (10/5): - Room was lovely..The host was so polite and helpful. Would stay again

- Stephen (10/5): Amy was so good to offer me the upgraded room - The room was immaculate, bathroom looked brand new, then the bed ❤️ it was perfect, soft and I have never felt so happy to go to sleep Shame about the scaffold outside
- Paul (10/5): -
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gareth (10/5): Excellent - Central location, easy access, owner offered early check in free of charge as soon as room was ready. room was high spec and clean. TV could have been bigger as quite hard to view from the bed.
