It wasn’t cleaned upon arrival, hard to communicate even through messages, jacuzzi wasn’t clean at all. Lack of kitchen utilities, no coffee pods. Elevator isn’t working.

• Manuel Andres (10/5): Estupendo. - La higiene, la tranquilidad y comodidad como así también la ubicación en una zona muy buena de la ciudad.

• Carlos (6/5): - La cama y el sofá muy cómodos, tenía también un buen televisor. La ubicación también estaba muy bien, cerca de la Alameda El ascensor, no funcionaba. La terraza tenía unas plantas completamente mustias, así como un toldo hecho trizas, una lámpara tirada en el suelo. Otra cosa que tampoco nos gustò es que la persiana de acceso a una terracita, estaba rota y no se podía abrir, restando luz al espacio.

Fue un poco difícil encontrar el apartamento ya que la ubicación y las coordenadas no son exactas y no hay fotos de la fachada para reconocer la casa. La encontré fijandome en las casas de enfrente que aparecen en la foto de la terraza.

• Jacopo (3/5): - Location is quite good The terrace and rooftop are not accessible (they might be the reason you book this apartment). There is locked metal gate. The owner says he will send someone to open the gates, but he never does. Then he offers to refund one night for the inconvenience, but again he never does. Authentic scam! Don’t book it
• Mat (8/5): Overall , a fantastic stay. - The apartment was in an amazing location , central and walking distance to everything (including the bus station that will take you to the airport). While the apartment was a little dated in areas it was a fantastic comfortable, well equipped space. The highlight was without a doubt the 2 outdoor areas, with much time spent on the roof. Bedroom and bed was large and comfortable . The host was friendly , and always available to answer quick questions. I would stay again! I think check in instructions could be a bit clearer as there are multiple key boxes, and a couple different door locks that you need to use (also instructions on how to exit the main door). The door to your flat also isn’t obvious. I didn’t have any trouble but others may . Also just careful when walking up the steps . While the terrace is lovely it needs a little tlc and maybe some new outdoor furniture, not sure I’d use the hot tub either in its current state. A few more lights around the living room would be great.
• Halin (7/5): lack of instructions and the bad state of the flat undermined the experience - the location was very good and the flat was clean the host was barely responsive, we didnt know which lockbox to take the keys from and which flat was ours, even though i have explicitly asked. furthermore, the two of the balcony doors didnt lock so we had to take our belongings with ourselves
