• Cristina (10/5): MUY RECOMENDADO - Muy céntrico, limpio y moderno. Ponen toda la atención en que estés lo más cómoda posible, incluyendo modificar horarios para adaptarse a tu llegada. Algo hermético con menos luz de la que me gustaría al tener que cerrar la ventana de la habitación para tener intimidad.
• Susanna (9/5): Great - Communication was fantastic, and all instructions were very clear. Location was brilliant right in the historic centre of Malaga, close to the cathedral and all the shops and restaurants. Because the apartment was at the back of the building it was quite dark - the only natural light was from a couple of light wells - I know is very normal for this type of property but it is therefore not conducive to spending time there in the day. Sleeping was fine!
• Nicoletta (8/5): - Check In was very simple and efficient. The room was extremely spacious and the windows blocked out the noise from the street outside well. Bed was very comfortable. There was a significant leak in the shower. There were a few small cockroaches in the bathroom and a large one in the kitchen which made us nervous about having luggage open.

• Nina (9/5): - Everything was great. The place is located in the center of the city, so you basically have everything in 2-5min. Restaurant downstairs are one of the best in the city, and the beach and parking is like 5min away. The apartment is spacious and clean. When you close the windows you can’t hear the outside noise, so the location is not the problem. The only issue are the people who are in the same building.. when they talk in the hallway, its like they are in the room. Everything else, no complaints. The host was so good in communication, he let us go in before the check in, so we can leave our bags. Great guy This is a note for the host : just add a few more towels when someone is staying 4+ days ☺️ And thank you for everything.

• Angela (7/5): Piso bonito en pleno centro de Málaga - Piso muy bonito y coqueto, situado en pleno centro de Málaga. La habitación era amplia y la cama muy cómoda y grande. El baño era enorme y bien equipado. Lo único que no me gustó, fue que la segunda noche en el baño y cocina, salieron algunas mini cucarachas. Entiendo que es algo independiente de la habitación, pero imagino que cuanto más calor peor será la situación.

We don't know exactly where and when to dispose of trash, and it's not very pleasant to walk around with all your luggage looking for a place to do so.

• Patrick (9/5): Great comfy stay in an excellent central location - Excellent location right in the heart of town, perfect for our stay in the city. Kitchen was well equipped, which was useful for our longer stay, bed was comfy, and the living space was spacious The locks on the apartment door and inner shutters could perhaps feel slightly more secure, particularly given the number of people coming in and out of the building, some of whom often left the main building gate open. (though I should add that we had no problems at all during a very safe stay!)

No me gusto que nos hicieran pagar 25€ porque un dia por error "cerramos la puerta del portal" algo que no estaba indicado en ningún lado y que a la hora de reclamarnos no sabían ni cuanto cobrarnos por haber tenido ellos que ir a abrir el portal.....Me pareció muy mal, sobre todo el acoso telefónico para pagar "nuestro error". Se supone que son cosas que pueden pasar y en todo caso si el dueño tuvo que molestarse para ir a abrir el portal, es parte de SU gestión como servicio de alojamiento. En fin, muy lamentable.

• Milán (6/5): Good potential, but room for improvement - Nice location, good looking apartment with great potential. Shower leaked despite several reviews mentioned the same issue. There was a loud bang every time someone was entering the building. This kept waking us up during the night. This also seems like a permanent issue reading other reviews. We can't understand why can't the metal bar equipped with a spring loaded door closer or adjust the hinges. We could not have restful sleeps.

Muestran en la foto un apartamento luminoso con ventanas a la calle pero en realidad te dan un apartamento interior, oscuro, con ventana a patios esquerosos llenos de tubos, de olores y de ruidos. Solicitamos por teléfono que arreglaran la situación pero no quisieron. Espero que Booking actue contra estafas de esta clase.
• Angela (4/5): Super location - The property location is absolutely superb in the centre of everything which makes life easier. There are two very heavy doors and one very heavy metal gate which have to be accessed every time you enter your apartment. The doors themselves are extremely noisy and if mishandled make the whole apartment block shake. Sadly there were numerous guests entering the building after 11 pm in the evening up until 3 am, who screamed, shouted, ran up and downstairs, pressed the lift for fun, came in and out of the building continuously which ensured that we slept very little after the hours of midnight! We expected after the weekend that this would quieten down but we never had a quiet night in six nights we stayed at the property. The property itself is super with a great location however it would be impossible to stay here again because of the lack of sleep. From an apartment management point of view there is nothing that obviously they could do about it because it’s just others within the block who had no respect.

The living room area was comfortable and cosy, the kitchenette very useful, and the shower spacious with good water pressure. It's really located so centrally and is right above a couple of really good restaurants, I was delighted with the location. There was no toilet paper on arrival and it was a bit frustrating to have to go to the shops immediately!

• Mounir (1/5): Horrible et infecte! - Pour être sincère l'emplacement est central Nous avons été lâchés par Booking et par l'hôtel ! Chambre infecte, des insectes qui sortent de partout, impropre, ... Nous avons fait des réclamation dès l'arrivée,l'hôtel a dit "ne pouvoir rien faire avec les animaux de la nature" et booking n'a pas daigné répondre. Avec nos deux filles de bas âges, nous étions obligés de trouver des plans pour la nuit (pendant 10 nuitées), la chambre ne servait qu'à entreposer nos valises!! Nous avons exposé ici quelques photos, mais nous en avons des milliers (si pas de censure) Nous vous le déconseillons !!!

Es un piso muy amplio que cuenta con todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar. Aire acondicionado en el salón y en el dormitorio. Además, la chica que nos atendió fue muy amable en todo momento. Lo único extraño es que el lavabo se encuentra fuera del baño, pero eso no nos supuso problema alguno.

• Rocío (10/5): Genial - El apartamento está reformado en un edificio antiguo, con techos altos, es espacioso y muy tranquilo. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de Málaga, en una calle peatonal ideal para moverse a pie. Para entrar hay que abrir dos puertas con la misma llave y luego dejarla otra vez en una caja fuera. Es bastante incómodo porque las puertas no se quedan abiertas y, si vas solo, es casi misión imposible. Además, la llave se comparte con otros apartamentos, así que si se pierde puede generar un gran problema. Esto tendría fácil solución si el propietario hiciera copias para cada uno de los apartamentos.

• Jiri (6/5): Pleasant - Location is great, super central, walking distance to all place you want to see. It is quiet as there are no windows facing the street in room 3. It is quite big apartment. The host company communicates quite swiftly. There are windows but facing walls therefore you don't see any sun light, it is basically nicely decorated cellar. We got used to it after a while but it was a suprised. The bed is terrible.
• Elena (8/5): Malaga is an amazing city, and we ejoyed our stay. - The location was great, with easy access to all sightseeing, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The host was responsive to all our enquiries, which really helped. As the property is positioned right in the heart of the historic centre, there is inevitable noise. However, if you close the windows, it is massively reduced. I would recommend improving what is provided in the kitchen. For example, a good knife would have been helpful, as it was impossible to cut bread or even fruit. The pan was useless as the surface was uneven. It is a shame, as the property is very close to the market.
• Carlos (10/5): A wonderful place home away from home that truly enchance our Semana Santa Experience . - Staying at this wonderful place during Semana Santa, truly enhanced our entire Holy Week experience. The location was perfect — close enough to the processional routes and churches, also to bars and resto, yet peaceful enough for rest and reflection after long days immersed in tradition and devotion. One of the highlights was the a few of the Throne's of the procession passes by the street and you can view the Thrones right from The window. The accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and tastefully furnished, offering all the essentials we needed for a week-long stay. s Waking up to the quiet hum of anticipation before each procession and returning home to a tranquil space after a night of prayers, music, and candlelight was a blessing. It felt like a true home away from home — spiritually grounding, culturally enriching, and incredibly convenient. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking to witness the beauty of Málaga’s Semana Santa. We leave with hearts full of gratitude and memories that will last a lifetime.

• Ruth (7/5): Great location and fairly comfortable but wouldn’t go back. - The location is excellent. The apartment was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. The flat was internal - there were windows but only on to internal spaces, so no views and a bit claustrophobic. Problems with hallway lights that constantly flickered were addressed but took a couple of days. It’s a bad idea to have hallway lights on sensors that you can’t turn off, especially when you can’t stop them coming on in the middle of the night, when anyone gets up for the bathroom. Not enough towels or places to hang existing ones to dry. No extra pillows. Bedroom needs curtains to block out light.

Because it's very central it can be noisy late at night when they come to clean the streets after all the bars closed, however we quickly got used to it and you just need ear plugs.

No city view in fact no external view although stated on Booking com website that there was. Apartment could have been cleaner, skirtingboards etc. Booked for 11 nights would have expected some cleaning materials eg mop disinfectant clothes airer made available as no change of linen available for such a long stay. Suggest you change linen weekly.. Microwave unusable although reported and an attempt was made unsuccessfully to clean it. Very noisy throughout night. Would be reluctant to use Booking.com again.

• Mounir (7/5): Good - Beautiful rooms in the heart of historical city of Malaga. The location is great!! The apartment we RENT was about 65m2, with bathroom and kitchen. It would be better if it was with separated areas. It needs a washing machine and à dish washer. Otherwise, the building is quiet, restaurants around are great. We recomend strongly (family 2 adults and e children) Bed was nor confortable
• Monika (3/5): Not recommended, be careful to not be pushed to pay for their own faulty equipments - Location of the apartment The apartment doesn’t look like on the picture from booking com. Shower was leaking. There were ants in the fridge. On the second day the fridge was leaking as well. Automatic message that they can help you with service for taxi to the airport and then when we call them they said they don’t have it ! On the end of the trip I got information that I will be forced to pay €220 euro! for the leaking fridge, for dirty towels (there is no washing machine in the apartment) and accusation that we smoke inside when we never did.we only left box from cigarettes but we smoked outside. 2 girls were waking up in the morning with bites so I only hope that not by bad bugs. I reported the situation to booking.com and I hope they will take proper steps.

The motion sensor that turns on the light in the hallway is an absolute mistake - it turned on the light at night with a strong gust of wind.
• Quint (8/5): Pretty good. - The location was pretty good. It was a nice size. The toilet in the bathroom was a tad messed up and it started to smell a few days into our stay. By the end of our stay the whole room smelled terrible. Also I asked beforehand how to get in since we were checking in after hours and they never responded. Thankfully they did check their texts after hours so we could get in.

• Indra (6/5): Even though the apartment was big and close to all sightseeing objects, there were very many downsides as mentioned abov - Location is the biggest value for this apartment, many restaurants on the street, including fantastic tapa places. Cathedral is around the corner. Apartment is spacious, however with poor daylight. Walls are not soundproof at all, heard neighbours like we would share apartment and unfortunately other visitors were very loud. Even sounds from street was disturbing us less. Apartment was very cold even though during the day the temperature was above +20 the sun couldn’t warm it up due to poor daylight. AC wasn’t helping either and fun fact, but neighbours were able to switch it on and off with other remote. I didn’t like that in 2nd apartment there were two windows to inner garden, which was reason of annoying dripping all the time when AC works or rain goes. Hated the sound and couldn’t do anything to get rid of it.
