- Victoria (3/5): - The living area of the apartment was very small. The oven could not be used due to being very dirty, general cleanliness of the apartment was very poor.
One of the bedrooms did not have a window.
The other main bedroom had a window however due to the bins being directly outside the window, did not open it.
- Julie (6/5): - Attractive, compact little flat, conveniently situated! Ground floor allows very easy access but means that the main livingroom/kitchen window opens straight on to the street. It has a blind but might benefit from a net/half net for Privacy when you dont want to shut out the light!
A few issues with cleanliness in the kitchen but the bathroom was immaculate. (Just missing loo roll ... but that was quickly rectified!)
Apart from the fridge , there is no food storage cupboard. The large, messy, hoover/coat cupboard in 'porch' could be cleared out, divided and part shelved to provide a storage area!
All in all, we had a comfortable stay, but 4 people might find the space a bit cramped. We have never had a bad experience with Booking.com . Always good communication from them and then the owners of the individual properties. This is the first time we have encountered PillowPartners.
We had paid in full , so were a little bit wary when we then had to provide a credit card number for another £100 damages deposit to allow us access to our customer info file ! It wasn't a scam ... but we were a bit worried!
- Guest (4/5): Ruim appartement voor 2 personen maar met slechte service en keukenuitrusting - Voor 2 personen was appartement groot genoeg. Goede bedden. Centraal gelegen in Perth (maar ligging bij T-kruising niet fijn). Bij aankomst was er geen sleutel in het kluisje bij deur. Bellen van het noodnummer van kantoor dat appartement beheert gaf eerst alleen voicemail. Later werd ik wel teruggebeld met excuses en weer 1,5 uur later hoorde ik dat eigenaar toestemming gaf om reservesleutel in ander kluisje bij deur te gebruiken en konden we eindelijk naar binnen. De eigenaar is niet langs gekomen tijdens ons verblijf.
Het licht op de gang en de badkamer deed het niet, dit meteen gemeld bij de beheerder. Maar in al die 4 dagen is er niemand voor reparatie gekomen.
Vooraf was er probleem met betaling van borg (£100); dit kon alleen via een link met foto van ID, maar mislukte eerst steeds. Gebeld of dit niet anders kon, maar was niet mogelijk, anders kreeg je geen toegangscode voor sleutelkluisje.
Keukenuitrusting was niet compleet en wat er wel aanwezig was, was deels vuil en/of bekrast (koekenpannen).
Appartement is op begane grond aan T-kruising. Vooral 's avonds niet prettig vanwege koplampen van auto's die naar binnen schijnen.
Er hangt een bord met "Verkocht" aan het appartement. Dus dat verklaart waarschijnlijk dat de service ondermaats is, het interesseert de eigenaar allemaal niet (meer).

- Allan (7/5): Lacking space for a family - Location although noise from neighbours across the road was terrible. The kitchen was well equipped 1 loo roll. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. Lack of bedding for our 5th member. Bedroom to rear , windows were damp around them

- Shelley (7/5): Very expensive for the flat for the two nights, - Easy to find Poor carpeting which isn’t secure, very small shower, not very clean, cobwebs, bathroom cupboard dirty, coffee in jar was solid so obviously been there a while, cupboard door in kitchen missing
- Jason (1/5): Terrible - The property was not very clean for us arriving, we had to travel back home the first 2 nights as the heating was not working and they kept saying they would get some1 round to check it, it was the 3rd day before they arrivedc I received no money back for this
Also they took £100 security deposit which they said they have returned however I’ve checked with my back 3x now and nothing has been paid, DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPEETY Shambles

- Andrew (2/5): This is a pillow partners property, they are terrible - Overall, not much The Internet was slow, the advertise that they have parking, but it is paid on the street and you have to move the car every four hours. The pots and pans are all cheap Teflon and the utensils are all metal, so even though it is new everything is scratched up. I understand when a company like pillow partners takes over a new location, things might not be well organized, but our smoke detector went off the second day and it took them 36 hours to send someone to stop the beeping, so we had trouble sleeping. They provide nothing with the room except for salt and pepper, there was one roll of toilet paper for the four of us and no paper towels, The location is at a T intersection, so cars are making lots of noise all night. When we called for assistance, the staff was friendly, but had no ability to help with anything. The building was old and musty. We asked to be partially reimbursed, and they offered us about 5% back.
- Sandra (10/5): Nice and clean..comfortable beds with nice fresh bedding. - Location was great just a five minute walk into town..plenty of parking space and good shopping areas. For 5 people there could have a little more comfortable seating in the room..Was just a little squashed..Not too big an issue for us as we were out a lot but for some it could be a problem.
- Gaynor (3/5): Not up to standard - Very damp flat even beds were damp , not very clean ,bathroom sink plug was broken, flush made a dreadful noise! Only stayed one night as couldn't find anywhere till the next day
