• LESAUVAGE (8/5): Personnelle sympa et serviables, établissement propre et très confort, emplacement relativement pres du centre et assez - L’établissement est très propre, le matériel est top et le confort est vraiment bien, le personnel est très gentil et il se charge de réserver un taxi pour le départ, petit déjeuner assez copieux et bon. Relativement près du centre, une rue avec pas mal de petit restaurant très sympa à 3min à pied. Tout est facile d’accès et une conversation whatsapp est d’office mis en place pour pouvoir être en contact avec la responsable. Quand nous sommes arrivés personne n’était là pour nous réceptionner mais toutes les explications était dans la conversation whatsapp pour nous expliquer où aller. Lors de notre dernière jour nous avons eu quelque fourmis qui sont arrivés par on ne sait où. Mais au dela de ca tout est vraiment top et les fourmis je pense que ce n’est qu’accidentel mais l’établissement devrait vérifier la chambre quand même

• Matea (10/5): Beautiful Five Suite - We stayed two nights in the Five Suite. Beautifully and modernly furnished room with a hot tub, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was beautifully served, a sense of security in the apartment, very easy access to everything. I would especially like to emphasize and thank the owner who provided us with a lot of information and personally helped me in a predicament I unexpectedly found myself in. I am glad that there are people like you. Thank you for everything and we will definitely come back to you! /

Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Buchungsplattformen und der teilweisen Doppelbuchungen anderer Rezensionen, einfach nach der Buchung fragen ob alles passt. 😊 Das geht super gut über WhatsApp. Minimale Kritik, aber für uns nicht weiter schlimm: Man hört nachts teilweise die lauten Motorräder auf der Straße und das Frühstück ist immer gleich und relativ basic. Dennoch, wir waren super zufrieden und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. 😍 Danke

• Jasmin (10/5): - Habe dort mit meiner frau 7 tage übernachtet und muss sagen es war sehr schön. Das zimmer sehr groß und sauber mit jacuzzi. Buss gleich um die Ecke und sehr praktisch für die fahrt zim Strand. Zu Fuß in wenigen minuten Zentrum ereichbar.
• Arnold (9/5): lovely stay at Five Suite Lodge in Palermo. - We had a lovely stay at Five Suite Lodge in Palermo. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, making our arrival very convenient. The following morning, we were warmly greeted by a fantastic receptionist who truly elevated our experience. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit around Palermo—many of which we ended up enjoying! When we unfortunately received a parking ticket during our stay, he went above and beyond by investigating how we could pay it, which was a huge help and really appreciated. The accommodation itself is absolutely spotless—clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the booking. Everything was thoughtfully provided and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Overall, we highly recommend Five Suite Lodge for anyone visiting Palermo and would definitely stay here again! The only downside was the lack of on-site parking. While we managed to find street parking, it did come with a fee, and having private parking available would’ve made the experience even better.
• Rory (8/5): Modern and spacious room with excellent staff - Very modern (looked brand new), clean and tidy room. Nice greeting from staff on arrival. Good area since plenty of places to get food / drinks in the evening. We were given tokens for breakfast at a local patisserie (which is not the problem). The issue was that the staff at the patisserie were not friendly and seemed inconvenienced by us.

• Henry (10/5): Fantastic stay! - Very nice Italian breakfast, on request also fried eggs were made by Amado and Elena. They were both very nice and helpful. Good location, city center within walking distance and also public transport (city bus) around the corner. Even though the rooms are at the street side we had no problems with noise from the street or from other rooms. Room is very nice, comfortable bed, really nice shower, bidet and jacuzzi. Water boiler with coffee and tea in the room as well as a small fridge (minibar). TV with Netflix and after we managed to set the language to English, we could login with our own account. There was a sauna, but we didn't use it. We tried the jacuzzi, but that wasn't a success as water sprayed everywhere, probably water level still too low? Would help if there were some instructions (written or verbal) how to use the equipment (jacuzzi, TV, airco/heating) in the room.

• Susan (10/5): A very nice place with accommodating staff. - The continental breakfast was very nice…a variety of meats, cheeses, pastries, hard boiled egg, coffee and juice. The lighting could have been better in the room. We were on the bottom floor with high windows which made the room dark.
• Dimitrios (5/5): Was ok but wouldn’t stay again. - Our hostess and her staff were excellent. Our room was large but located in the basement. Felt claustrophobic. Windows wound open a little but definitely not worth what we paid. Room made up daily but no daily replacement of towels. No parking. Definitely need transport to get around as not close to city centre.

Maybe it’s not a typical hotel but a very high standard guesthouse with breakfast service and the most luxurious rooms to stay in. Big shower, hot tub with massage, sauna and big comfy bed it’s just hard to describe how happy we are to had been able to stay in Five Suite Palermo

• Aly (10/5): Refreshing stay in the heart of Palermo - Nice little “oasis” in the heart of Palermo! The hot tub was great and the sauna is a refreshing added bonus! Breakfast was also good and staff is nice. Nothing I can think of!
• Marta (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very stylish and luxurious. Facilities were excellent and good space. Host very helpful. The see through glass windows into the bathroom and shower were a bit odd for our British tastes. Whilst the host was very helpful and responsive, when we arrived, the staff didn’t leave us with instructions on getting in or out or using the jacuzzi like elsewhere. Whilst breakfast was included, it didn’t start until 9am and sadly we had to leave by 9am so didn’t get to enjoy it, whereas other B&Bs had these started a bit earlier.

• Anton (9/5): A decent place to feel luxurious - We were looking for a deluxe place and we found it - the room was unbelievably cool! Very clean and spacious, high ceilings, huge and very stylish shower room, modern clean jacuzzi and soft area around it, perfectly comfortable bed - I have no complaints about the room, it's a pure delight. Breakfast is in a small room with no air conditioning, it was very hot in the middle of July so we wanted to finish our meal sooner. However, the food itself was very tasty.
• Eder (9/5): Beautiful boutique Hotel - Really beautiful and spacious rooms on a boutique hotel on a perfectly located region of the city. Alla and the rest of the staff were super friendly and careful for us and the other guests. The concept of choosing your daily breakfast seems waste conscious but not very appropriate for a nice boutique hotel like they are.

• Luiza (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the B&B was perfect, because every day I used to go to the beach a Mondello (there is a bus 806) and in the evening you can be in centre or by foot or bus 101 (all strategic bus stops are very close to the B&B). The property is very clean, staff - really nice ladies. Alla is so friendly and nice person, she helped me a lot ( taxi, restaurants, breakfasts, …)
