• isabelle (6/5): - L'emplacement de l'appartement est génial ! À deux pas du métro. L'annonce suggérait un appartement, pas une collocation, avec en tout, 3 chambres !

• Santori (7/5): - Il posto è in una zona un po' lontana dal centro e non molto sicura, ma l'appartamento è molto bello e con una bella vista la posizione, ma al riguardo non si può fare molto. Mancava la carta igienica e anche dopo averlo comunicato alla proprietaria non mi ha risposto.

• Benoit (2/5): - Only the price To ask for fees for late check out after 9pm which was not clear at all in the description Also let's be clear, you book a room in a shared appartment and this is also not clear. 1 towel for 2 persons for 2 days The appartment is really noisy and the isolation is really poor. Half roll of paper for days The contact is quite arrogant when you ask for a new towel and tou never meet anyone. Probably a good adress if you're a student and you want save few euros, otherwise avoid this place. For the same price you can find much better in roma and we did.
• Daniela (9/5): Excelente - Estaba super limpio y ordenado, había alguien que hacía limpieza diariamente por lo que siempre estaba todo en condiciones, la habitacion super comoda y espaciosa, cocina completa, lavaropas, toallones y toallas. Si bien estaba un poco alejado del centro, tiene muy buenas conexiones en transporte lo que facilita el acceso. -

• LOUJAYNA MAGDY (5/5): Acceptable for a short visit. - Location is good if you plan to take transportation - easy way to get the keys. Bathroom didn’t have any shampoo or shower gel or even soup. First time to not have anything in the toilet in a booking. I read it in another review but the shower has a broken handle. elevator is too small and barely takes 2 people and the second night the AC didn’t work all of a sudden. I booked for 2 people and only got towels for 1 for 3 different sizes (for 1 person) we shared them because we are staying for short but ideally we would expect 2 towels for each

• Szilárd (7/5): Good - Check-out time was at 10:00 and the cleaner entered our apartmant at 9:45 without saying a single word either. He basically entered the locked apartment without knocking or saying hello. He was just walking there, started cleaning and whistling melodies and didn't say a single word in the whole 15 minutes while we were still in the apartment.
• Marco (7/5): A pleasant stay in a very convenient location at good value. - Very convenient location near a metro station providing access to the city centre. The apartment was comfortable and provided everything we needed at good value. Cleanliness was mainly fine but could be improved, the fridge was a little dirty and some food left in the oven by previous guests hadn’t been removed. There were also a few small maintenance issues like a bathroom lock not working and a room light not working.
• Gesi (9/5): Good location and spacious - Location is very close to the metro and easily accessible. Host was helpful and easy to communicate. Very spacious apartment and each room had its own privacy, which we liked a lot. Living room separated and very nice. The only thing we would recommend is to take more care of cleaning, since te shower and the kitchen area had to be cleaned better. Everything else was good :)

The beds were comfy, the best rooms were the doubles as there was storage, cupboards. The smaller twin bed room was adequate. Spacious apartment, each room private. Good size sitting room, dining table and chairs. Good size bathrooms, liked the bidets👍 Good location near Metro and supermarket, paticceria, local Pizza etc. 1. Lack of a clothes dryer, especially in Winter, when wet. 2. The smaller twin bed room 2.1 Had no storage at all, needs it or a table to place suitcase on. 2.2. No regular light switch inside the twin bedroom, instead, room light was in the corridor. 2.3 The 'bedside' lamp in the small room had no switch at bed end. You had to get out of bed and unplug it from the wall to switch light off. 3. Bathrooms - Need hooks in bathroom for towels, clothes when changing, maybe back of door and far wall?

• Anastasia (4/5): I will not book this place again. As it’s not worse for the money host collect. - This place is close to the metro, lane A. Also parking is nearby The place is very downgraded. The 3rd room doesn’t have no closets, no shelves to put clothes. The expresso machine doesn’t work. No ironing board. No garbage cans in the bathrooms One small garbage can in the kitchen The most important is a host is scam people. He collects the touristic taxes without receipts and without pay to municipality. And he not register people as it’s supposed to be. In the case of emergency, guests may have issues with police as a host never report guests and not pay taxes.

• Aleksei (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious apartment, well equipped, has everything you need. Each room has access to a balcony. Near the apartment there is a metro station on line A. The Carrefour supermarket is located on the street opposite the apartment. We had a great time during our holiday in Rome. Stefano was always in touch, absolutely friendly and responsive. Best place I've stayed in Rome in four trips. Next time we go to Rome, we will definitely stay here. Thank you very much! Nothing, everything was fine.
• Kieran (10/5): With a busy sightseeing schedule it was nice to be able to relax in a comfortable apt. - Apartment was nice, clean and came fully equipped. Also great location as was close to the metro and local shops. The host was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions that we had. I would certainly stay there again.
