• Atchinson (10/5): - It was a beautiful, well-thought-out little annexe about twelve stops aware from the tower. So a little too far out to walk. But trams are fantastically easy to get to where you need to be. It was beautiful and causy standard finishsings

• Darren (10/5): Luxurious 5 star accommodation - This property was by far, the best property I have ever stayed at in over 50 years. It was spacious, clean and the biggest and the most comfortable bed. The property was done to an extremely high standard and the complimentary biscuits, chocolates and teas were a lovely touch. I would recommend this property 100% and will look forward to making another booking here. Thank you ! First time I have ever had nothing up put. Well Done.

• Melanie (10/5): Extremely clean, comfortable, location excellent, 100% satisfied - Everything at the Seabreeze was fantastic and exactly how it was advertised. It was so well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were so large and comfy, just what was needed after we froze seeing the illuminations. The shower cubicle was huge and we loved your Jack and Jill doors. The apartment was beautiful and clean and smelt lovely when we walked in. Carol greeted us when we arrived to make sure we knew how to get the key out of the safe, which was lovely. We parked our car on the private drive and used the trams for the entire holiday. The tram stop is a couple of minutes walk away and they run every 10 minutes which was handy. The beach is literally over the road and was beautiful, my dog absolutely loved it. The overall holiday was a 10/10 due to the Seabreeze being such a superb apartment. You have a beautiful place Carol and Steve. 😀 Absolutely nothing

• Susanna (10/5): Fantastic - This was our second time staying. It was fantastic, very clean, very comfortable, very conveniently situated. We came in an EV and it was also very convenient to be able to charge the car. The hosts left a bottle of wine and a couple of cans of beer for us which was very gratefully received after the long drive. The property is a few steps away from a tram stop and a bus stop (the latter took us directly to the zoo). The beach immediately opposite was also fantastic and really quiet. We’ve already booked our stay next summer and can’t wait Nothing negative to say

Property had lovely decor throughout & comfy beds Having to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the toilet. WiFi sometimes went off & not a great signal in bedroom tv

The place was lovely, and had new A/C installed beds super comfy shower was a lovely. great view on the sea front, beautiful property Shower was way to hot the cold button was stuck I would have liked something better to clean the floors as the brush and shovel wasn't the best and the living room was a little hot but all these things didn't effect our stay at all .
• James (10/5): Luxury stay loved it l! X - The property was beautiful. Every thought has been put into the apartment to make your stay comfortable and complete. The beds were the comfiest ever and the kitchen fully equipped with everything you would need to make basic meals and of course to enjoy your glass of wine or Prosecco. The whole place has been well designed and felt like a luxury hotel. The hotel right next door was great for entertainment at night and a tram stop near the property was ideal to hop on off to get to the main attractions in Blackpool. Couldn’t fault any of it. Nothing the place was amazing!

The hosts Carol & Steve were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The Annexe had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable break – every detail was thoughtfully provided. It’s a peaceful, beautifully kept space that made for the ideal getaway. I couldn’t have asked for more, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

• Roger (10/5): Cracking little property - A lovely little property, done up to a really good standard. It is just as nice & clean as it looks in the photo's. We were greeted by the hosts who were very welcoming, friendly & lovely to talk to. The property is situated around 3 miles north of the centre so it's & away from the crowds & more relaxed. The beach is just across the road & with two tram stops very close you're still only 20 or so mins away from all the main attractions.

• Zoe (10/5): 10/10 amazing - The annexe was absolutely beautiful so clean and tidy and lovely lay out the beds were so comfortable and the shower was amazing. The hosts were so kind and helpful aswell. Would definitely come back 100% highly recommend. We was here for a dance competition so we was extremely close to where we needed to be however if you want to be close to the piers the trams are quite expensive and the walk is very long and the parking in central blackpool is expensive too. Other than the distance from the centre it's perfection.

• Susanna (10/5): Absolutely amazing long weekend - Perfect self-catering apartment. I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed outside of my own home! Very clean, very homely, very nice. Less than a minute away from a tram stop. It has a lovely outside sitting area out the back, kitchen with everything you need (no hob/oven or dishwasher, but the microwave and fridge were perfectly sufficient). The owners are the loveliest people you could hope to meet. We visited for an event at the Norbreck, which is also less than a minute’s walk away, so pretty perfect. We found the distances to town and to Cleveley manageable on foot, but the tram is just there if that’s not the case for someone, or if you’re just feeling lazy 😎. Thank you for the loveliest weekend break we had in quite some time! Everything was perfect

The property was immaculate, fantastic style and design and the bed was the most comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on!!!!! Nothing was too much bother for the hosts who were really accommodating with checkin times etc. The fact that we were only staying for one night.
