- Guest (8/5): - beautiful, large room, the best price we could find around rome. shared bathrooms were not a problem and the kitchen was a nice addition. the host was kind, we’d definitely come again. it’s a bit far away from everything, we had to walk ~15-20 minutes to the different public transports, but it’s a quiet neighborhood

- Nienke (8/5): Very good - The location is quite central. We could walk to shops and restaurants near the apartment. The metro was a bit far to get to, but with enough time on your hands, everything was reachable. Host was very responsive and kind. The kitchen lacked quite a bit, but we made it work.
- Vaibhavjain (10/5): Amazing stay - Great stay and super responsive host. The nearest team/metro is less than 10 minutes walking and the route is just too good to walk (you find a park in between as well). Enjoyed our stay here
- Henrique (10/5): Exceptional - the self check in and the room was very big and confortable. everything was clean and the staff was always answering fast for any questions we had. the pression of the shower was not good, but still was able to take a good shower. the bathroom is shared with 5 rooms, so if you pick a day of full booking can be lil tricky even having a second one only with toilet.

- Joanna (8/5): Very good - Bedroom is quite big. Beds are comfortable
- Kamilla (8/5): Very good -
- Wendy (4/5): Worst ever. - Clean, if rather spartan. There was a problem with my phone: though the mobile data accessed Google maps OK it couldn't access the electronic VIkey code I was sent. When I arrived, there was a young man trying to make a delivery to the same apartment and he couldn't get in either. Eventually a neighbour let us into the building and the young man provided me with a hotspot for the apartment. This was a problem but it was overcome.
The main problem was the owner, whose name is unknown to me. I called the number associated with the booking and he wouldn't believe that my phone couldn't access the internet, couldn't believe how I got around Rome without Googlemaps (strangely, as I said, Googlemaps worked fine and in any case I was walking around Rome years before Googlemaps was invented). He complained about me ringing at 8.30 at night and said the number was for emergencies only. (I thought not being able to get into the apartment was an emergency ...)
Worried that if I went out for food I wouldn't be able to get back in again, I could not go out to eat. I had booked for two nights, but the owner followed up with an extremely hostile message on Whatsapp in the morning, calling me arrogant - amongst other things - and asking me to leave the package on the hall table.
I booked another place in Ostia Antica for my second night; the anxiety associated with the possibility of not being able to get back in again, coupled with the tremendous rudeness of the owner, made it impossible to stay. Once in Ostia Antica he did not leave me alone, but continued to message and call me, asking who had slept in my bed on the second night and saying he was going to cal the police. As I said, I left at 9.30 am after the first night and had no idea who slept in my bed on the second night. We parted on civil terms - `OK, Grazie etc.' - but I remain traumatised by the experience.
I also wonder how he expected the poor young delivery man to access the apartment with his package.
- Lo (7/5): Good -
- Antonia (6/5): Pleasant - The room was clean and spacious. Free parking nearby. The distance to the town is a bit far for the price
- Cecilia (6/5): Pleasant - The bathroom curtains did not work and it was very uncomfortable to bathe.
- Jan (10/5): Very good value accimmiddation, Close to the city centre. - Very tidy place with easy access. Good location. Self catering oportunity. Everthing was fine.
- Siaudikyte (8/5): Not bad - The place was in good location During summer, it's a bit too hot, no air conditioner just a fan.
- Alan (7/5): Good -
- Chantalikit (9/5): Superb -
- Mehmet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Guido (4/5): cheap but old and not clean enough. Furnitures very old and not confortable. - very cheap and the owner is nice. Free wifi and towels. the bathroom have black mold on the walls. The bathtub is old and broken. Black spots on the floor of the bathtub. The kitchen is old and half broken. The room doors are semi-transparent and the light in the hall is visible from the inside of the room during the night.
- Wenqing (5/5): Passable - Location. But it shows a wrong location on its profile which lead me to a wrong place and costed me 40 minutes and 15 Euros.
