Усе продумано для комфортного перебування: є необхідний посуд, комфортні ліжка, рушники для пляжу, парковка перед будинком, затишна тераса для сніданків і чудова зона барбекю з неймовірним видом на море та місто. Усе було чисто та охайно. Після довгої дороги нас приємно зустріли пляшкою вина, фруктами та домашніми яйцями. Господар виявився надзвичайно радушним і заздалегідь підготував багато корисної інформації про острів, маршрути та місця, які варто відвідати.
• DANIEL (10/5): Great host - Gustavo was amazing. We met him and his family throughout our stay. Location for us was spot on, house was clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook food. Outside you have a barbecue and access to a washing machine which was very handy ( 3 little monkeys with us 😂). Gustavo was very responsive on WhatsApp as well. We enjoyed our stay, we were feeling like home there and in future we will come back for sure. Madeira is amazing. That welcome gift by Gustavo was out of the world.. was treated like a family..place is amazing and the service provided is exceptional...Must book it always..I will have this as my permanent place to stay on visiting Madeira... There is nothing to not like...everything from day 1 was just perfect..

• Jan-Peter (10/5): The place to be on Madeira - Very clean & spacious house with more than excellent service by Gustavo & his family. Wonderful hot shower after a days hike. We were greeted with wine, cake, fruits & vegetables from their own garden. Large fridge, great kitchen with everything you need. BBQ outside with spikes for own espenadas.
• Michał (10/5): - Świetny widok, przestronny dom z miejscem na grilla, tarasem. Można było jeść śniadanie z widokiem. Gospodarze przynosili nam Świerże ekologiczne jajka, domowy chleb. Droga dojazdowa do domu jest stroma ale ekscytujaca. Było super :)
• Mirjan (10/5): - Het persoonlijke was erg fijn. We kregen een enorm warm welkom. Aan ons 7 maanden oude zoontje werd ook gedacht met speelgoed, een bedje en een stoel. Tja de weg erheen is wat steil. Maar daarom heb je ook een rijbewijs. Het is een doodlopende straat, al kom je iemand tegen, zij gaan gewoon aan de kant. Het went echt en zo spannend is het niet. Het bed was behoorlijk hard. Sommige mensen houden ervan, wij niet.

• Mateusz (10/5): Rezerwuj, jeśli termin jest dostępny! - Świetne miejsce na wakacyjny pobyt na Maderze. Gustavo i jego rodzina są wspaniałymi gospodarzami. Fantastyczny widok z tarasu. W domu były wszystkie udogodnienia potrzebne w trakcie wakacyjnego pobytu z 11-miesięcznym dzieckiem. W pobliżu dobrze zaopatrzony supermarket i dobre restauracje. Miejsce naprawdę godne polecenia.
• Dov (10/5): Great place to stay - Spacious, clean, and bright apartment. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Cozy garden and balcony with a beautiful view. Nice and friendly hosts. We received wine, beer, fruits, vegetables, and other delicious things. Private parking. We would definitely go back there on our next trip. The bed was a little too narrow.

• Norman (9/5): - Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig, kein Straßenlärm oder ähnliches. Von beiden Terrassen hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über den Atlantik. Die Gastgeber im Nebenhaus sind super freundlich und haben uns ständig mit Obst und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau versorgt und wir konnten uns jederzeit an sie wenden. Im Haus gab es eine Mappe mit Unternehmungen für insgesamt 10 Tage, die sehr hilfreich war. Auch ohne Klimaanlage war das Haus durch seine in den Hang gebaute Bauweise immer schön kühl.

• Sylvie (8/5): Great welcome and quiet environment - The house is modern, comfortable and spacious. The owners are really friendly and welcoming, we appreciated the fruit and vegetables that were left for our use, they were quick to answer our queries and made sure we had an enjoyable stay. The house is at the top of a hill and the road leading to it is very steep and narrow. Although there are good sea and hill views from the balcony that isn’t the case for the rooms themselves. Some further investment in providing a dishwasher and repairing the shower would add to the comfort of the stay.

From the moment we arrived till the day we had to leave, our fabulous hosts made everything possible to make us feel at home. Fruits, eggs, vegetables from the garden, dessert… every day another sweet attention ! The house was very clean and very quiet. The view is incredible and the location is perfect to us: quiet but not so far from the city. If we’re lucky enough to be back to Madeira, we’ll surely be back to Mine House! There is nothing to say.

Our landlord welcomed us with a great pick of various home-grown food and wine. The landlord was super nice, helped us with everything we missed and recommend trips around. Thanks much for the stay, will definitely contact you at our next visit :) - absolutely nothing, landlord happily helped us with everything we asked about :) even borrowed us a vacuum cleaner to suck out air from our clothes-bags

• Sylvia (10/5): Beautiful and peaceful house - Beautiful and peaceful house, it has everything a home away from home needs. Wonderful views, easy to reach hiking routes and down to the beach. Parking is inside the drive with a locked gate, so it's all safe. Nothing about the house, the road up to the place is narrow and steep so have a good car.
• Madara (10/5): It was I think one of or even the best Place we have ever stayed at. - From the day 1 we felt like at home, like we could easily just stay and live there. :) Very well thought Through and comfortable house with everything you can possibly want and need. The owners left us eggs, oranges, avocado, so the breakfast with a view was exceptional. On the rainy evenings it was a bit chilly inside, but nothing a Madeiran wine could not solve.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place to stay, hosts are very friendly. House is well equipped including complete kitchen. There is a nice view of the ocean from the terrace. The area is calm during the day and quiet at night. Last part of the access road is steep and narrow, but with a small rental car I never had any issues.
• Alina (10/5): Exceptional - I really liked this house. There is everything you need from dishes, paper, blankets to children's toys and board games. The house is clean and everything is new. And the view is beautiful. We have never met such hospitable, responsive hosts anywhere before. The hosts treated us to various delicacies and homemade products. I forgot my earrings, and the owners sent them to me by mail. I am very pleased with the choice of holiday home and am grateful to the owners for our days in mine house. The town is very cute, beautifully decorated for the New Year, there are many restaurants on the embankment, a sandy beach and an excellent children's playground. There are popular levadas with fountains nearby. Thanks a million!

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment, with beautiful view Great base for exploring the western part of the island. A must: Las Fanal - a short walk to the right of the hill and you have an amazing view of the ocean, the Achdas da Cruz railroad and the magnificent sunset at Ponta do Pargo. Great food at the bar, recommended by the host I am afraid of heights. And the house is located 450 m above the ocean, a very steep driveway. The view makes up for it, but I was stressed every day driving this road. What to do? Such is the charm of Madeira

• Thomas (10/5): Great stay view top view - Extraordinary new house located high on Lomba Brazil at Calheta. Very friendly hosts (living in next house), extremely clean and nice equipped. Great view from the terasse. You definitely need a good car to get up the road!
• Pedro (6/5): Pleasant - The hosts were very nice and even offered us some vegetables and regional delicacies. The house is big, spacious and has a great view over the mountains and the sea. We really enjoyed the terrace and the hammock. The house appears to have little thermal isolation. The weather was quite warm when we visited and the house would get very hot and humid. It was a bit difficult to have a good night's sleep (opening the windows isn´t much of an option - a lot of mosquitoes would come in). Additionally, while the road to the house seems daunting at first, it didn't take too long to get relatively used to it.
• Michaela (10/5): Beautiful house with a great view - This was such a great place to stay - the house is nicely furnished, very clean, spacious & cozy, with a terace with a sea view, the kitchen is well equipped & the hosts were super nice - we found a bottle of Madeira, a honey cake, some eggs, potatoes, lemon & onion - great to make a quick dinner without having to run to a supermarket, that was so nice :) It's a short drive to Calheta beach & other places of interest. We highly recommend :0

The terrace of the house is located on the second floor, offering a perfect view of the ocean. The rooms are spacious, including the kitchen and the living room. The hosts welcomed us warmly with their unique hospitality. We were able to communicate with them constantly. ❌
• Merit (9/5): Exploring Madeira - This is a lovely little house overlooking the valley. Everything you need for your short vacation is there. The house is new and clean with good wifi and cable TV in case the weather is bad or you decide to take a day off from hiking and enjoy the sun on the large terrace. We really enjoyed our cottage and Madeira Island. It would have been even better if there was a washing machine.

• Antonin (8/5): Very good - The house is nice, new, modern, well furnished, clean, with nice view of the sea. Very cute garden with hammock to relax. The parents of the owner (they don’t speak English) welcomed us with welcome gifts (good Madeiran wine, vegetables, traditional Madeiran cake). The owner (who speaks English very well) was helpful on the phone in case of need. Parking was safe, in the garden. What we like the least was the route to the house. The road (comes to a dead end ) is steep (like many roads in Madeira). Many houses on the street are for sale which could be an advantage when you need less traffic. There are no stores for refreshments or restaurants within walking distance and when u would like to go for Puncha (Madeiran drink) you need to go down to the city on foot (longer distance) or by taxi or drink in the garden😊
• Bárbara (10/5): If you need a cozy place with a warm welcome Mine House has it all! - The house is brand new! We were the 3rd guests to use it! Has everything you need for your stay! Private parking, quiet zone, great view! Manuel e Fátima were incredible, they even drove with us to town on the first day to show us around. We couldn’t be more grateful! Next time we’ll stay here again for sure! Nothing. Everything was great!
