From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Communication was super fast, anytime we had a question (whether it was about parking or fixing a small WiFi issue), everything was handled instantly and with a smile. That level of care really made a difference. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating they were they even allowed us a free extended stay for a couple of hours after checkout, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our departure stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and felt just like a home away from home. The location is also perfect right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to the old town, beach, and all major attractions, which makes exploring incredibly easy. Overall, this place offers amazing value for money, combining a great location, clean and well-equipped space, and truly outstanding hospitality. You can tell the host genuinely cares about guests having the best possible experience. I would 100% stay here again highly recommended for anyone visiting Split!

• Ćiril (10/5): The best apartment in the heart of Split - The location is great, you can walk to the beach or the city center, there is a grocery store right next to the apartment which is also very convenient. The apartment itself is very nice, everything is exactly the same as in the photos. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. It has all the cooking supplies you need, the AC works perfectly and you also have a hair dryer and a clothes iron. And the host was amazing, very kind, welcoming and always available for any questions or requests. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone, you will definitely enjoy your stay.

The dining table and chairs are a little big for the room and made it a little awkward to get around the kitchen but we didn't really use it. the other is the entrance to the apartment block, it looks a little rough and has graffiti all over the place, but don't let this put you off, we felt safe after the first shock of how it looked and it was peaceful at night, end of day you are in middle of split city and 5 mins from everything around you, the location was the biggest plus, everything with in walking distance. We only stayed for one night as we were traveling around seeing different places, we booked ay before and everything was taken care off and dealt with professionally. If i am in split again, this is the first place i will be looking to book. Has above, The only 2 issues and very minor. The dining table and chairs are a little big for the room and made it a little awkward to get around the kitchen but we didn't really use it. the other is the entrance to the apartment block, it looks a little rough and has graffiti all over the place.

Supermarket is seconds away. The towels were not very clean, the water drainage in the shower wasn’t the best, leaving you with an overflowing shower.

There is also a supermarket next door, and the city center is only a few meters away. I could park my motorbike directly in front of the entrance without any problems. The apartment is freshly renovated, I really liked the bathroom and the comfortable sofa.
