• Christian (8/5): - Super Lage in direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt. Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Balkon und auch einen Tisch zum Sitzen. Parkplatz war auch kein Problem. Zu wenig Badezimmer bei Vollausstattung.

• Shannon (8/5): Great location and relaxed vibe - We enjoyed our private room. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. There were two kitchens, one on each level and a washing machine that the owner allowed us to use.. We were there for a month and found the location to be perfect for exploring the old town. The owner was very kind and accommodating. The volunteers were very friendly. The vibe in the hostel was very relaxed and peaceful. It was a great place to stay and a good value. No hot water in the showers (usually lukewarm to cool). The kitchens need a little updating. Only the upstairs kitchen had a refrigerator and there weren't enough pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls etc to supply both kitchens. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay and we saw improvements being made over the month that we were there that let us know that they are actively working on it. And none of the "dislikes" were enough to keep us from staying there again. The owners and staff were great and far outweighed our small dislikes. We greatly enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.

• André (2/5): Lack of safety and cleanliness - the location Honestly if i went back to Sarajevo i would definitely not stay here. the place lacks cleaning and the front door doesn’t close and the window of my bedroom was broken (we slept on the ground floor). The staff is not really professional and they don’t care at all about the guests neededs.

• Massimo (1/5): Worst experience in 700.000km travelling - Sono stato derubato da immigrati irregolari che alloggiavano nell'ostello. Questi offre il posto in cambio di servizi nell'Ostello (gli unici a sapere dove avessi parcheggiato). La mattina della mia partenza, ho trovato l'auto con il vetro sfondato ed il furto di 1 videocamera ed 1 obiettivo per fotocamere. La stessa mattina, queste persone sono sparite ed il titolare "non poteva venire ad aiutarmi" e nessuno poteva fare da traduttore per la denuncia alle autorità. Ho fatto denuncia alla polizia, e mi hanno detto che è il quartiere più criminale di Sarajevo, che vendono la refurtiva per vivere e pagare (alcuno) il soggiorno. E che ci sono delle videocamere da installare che entreranno in funzione a breve. State lontani da questa zona e da questo ostello, rubano a chi pensano abbia qualcosa di valore. PS. Il titolare (o presunto tale) mi aveva detto che c'era possibilità di mettere l'auto in garage, ma ho rifiutato perché ogni giorno dovevo muovermi in macchina, forse non sarebbe accaduto (forse).

• guido maggiarra (1/5): It's a nope - I don't know what people's standards are, but I think the reviews are either fake or overrated. The manager is very friendly, and the price is very cheap, but the whole place is pretty dirty, kitchen bathroom, the very little lounge room and table is super sticky. I've only seen one bathroom-toilet in the upper floor for quite the number of people. If you need to just spend a night there, maybe do it, but just expect also the bedroom to stink, and the people who were there were quite noisy. I might have been unlucky, but there was a guy who was singing the whole time. So yeah, if you ask my opinion, I don't recommend it unless you are a good sleeper and don't mind noises and smells. • Ekaterina (7/5): Неплохо - Расположение классное (в стороне от шума, но близко к центру и к канатке). Стены в коридоре оформлены интересно. На кухне почти всё есть (не помню насчет холодильника, прям на кухне его нет, но может где-то еще стоит). Ванная большая. Хороший напор воды. В комнате тепло с отоплением. Есть скорее пожелания. Если стены в номерах оформить также интересно как в коридоре, будет 100 очков к комфорту. Постельное белье надо хлопковое (его тоже можно купить недорого). Надо заменить лейку в душе, чтобы не брызгала, тогда и не будет так мокро в ванной. Чтобы реже включать отопление, надо разобраться с окнами, чтобы было теплее.

The owner was absolutely welcoming and approachable. It is so far my favourite hostel on my trip around the Balkans. Some lockers to keep your values would make a great addition to the place. nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect
