• Olha (9/5): Cozy and green place in a very central location - The location is very nice, just on the main street, but the hotel is still a bit hidden (so it's quiet enough). We enjoyed seeing the palms from the window and chilling on our terrace. The place is super green, and it's nice to be surrounded by nature while still being very close to everything. The Mini Mart is just around the corner. The room is really big, with a cozy bed and a huge bathroom, so it was very comfortable staying there. The staff was very attentive, cleaning every day and assisting with all questions. The restaurant is on the same street, so there was a food smell in the morning. The humidity was quite high, so the mold appeared in the bathroom.

• Anita (1/5): Non consiglio - Prezzo molto basso Ce ne siamo andati dopo 2 ore. Dal bagno usciva un odore “di pesce morto” anche a detta del ragazzo alla hall. Abbiamo dovuto pagare la prima notte anche se non abbiamo soggiornato. Dimenticavo, prima di scappare avevamo provato a riposare a letto: oltre a vari capelli e peli, tra le lenzuola ho trovato una caccola del naso.

• Karin Charlotte (10/5): Ich würde wieder kommen. - Staff, geräumiges Zimmer, recht ruhig obwohl die Hauptstraße davor ist, hell, sonnig, sauberes Pool, gemütliche Terrasse, Scooter ausborgen möglich, Ansprechpersonen vor Ort und immer erreichbar. Nichts. Ich würde nächstes Mal vielleicht nicht das große Zimmer im Eck nehmen, weil das ein bisschen dunkel ist. Wer mehr Privatsphäre will, fuer den ist es fein, weil man nicht auf die Terrasse sieht.

La ubicación muy bien, sobre la calle principal, a 5 minutos en moto de todos los lugares de comidas, q 15 miinutos del templo de Uluwatu y a 15 también de la playa de Suluban! Nada que resaltar.

Hemos estado 12 días en varias partes de indonesia y suelen ser muy amables nos resultó raro no fuera así. Pregunte si estaba incluido desayuno en mi reserva me indicaron que sí y una vez allí no estaba incluido

They were very decent and welcoming and they have scooter rental with good prices. The pool was very nice and the place was very quiet and peaceful. • Nezha (1/5): Horrible ! À fuir ! - Absolument rien Accueil pas du tout chaleureux, juste pour encaisser la chambre. Bruyant car proximité de route très fréquentée jour et nuit. Lit tâché, suspicion de punaises de lit. Sdb, odeurs nauséabondes d'égout et traces d'humidité au plafond, aucune envie d'y prendre même une simple douche. Terrasse horrible avec un canapé à housse hyper sale.

• MERT (7/5): Başarılı - Konumu itibariyle çok güzel bir yerde. Odaların genişliği çok güzel, bizi çok sempatik karşıladılar. Odamızı balayı için özel süslemişlerdi. Havuz daha temiz olabilirdi, ayrıca odadaki ücretsiz su biraz daha fazla olabilirdi.

Great location, situated close to good restaurants & convenience store. Sunny pool area & large clean rooms. Staff are super nice & helpful. They could do with TV’s/Netflix for rainy days but it didn’t bother us- just a suggestion

• Soledad (8/5): Me encantó este alojamiento - Tuve que reservar este hotel desde Uluwatu tras una mala experiencia con el que tenía reservado, y la verdad es que fue una grata sorpresa. El hotel es muy céntrico, bonito y perfecto para moverse por la zona. Aun así, fue una estancia muy agradable y lo recomiendo. La habitación me gustó mucho, aunque el baño me pareció demasiado grande en comparación con el espacio del dormitorio

• Elisabeth (5/5): - La localización Las habitaciones son espaciosas, pero la limpieza podría mejorar: las paredes están sucias, la ducha y el grifo están oxidados. La habitación huele a polvo o a humedad, pero en cualquier caso no huele bien, por lo que tuve que pedir un spray para mejorar el olor.

• Xan (8/5): Nice hotel, outside the main strip. - Decent Location. The room was the highlight, had everything you needed and the bathroom was the size of the bedroom. Friendly staff. Comfortable sun loungers. Could rent bikes at the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend getting your laundry done at the hotel as they lost my board shorts. I asked about it a few times but they couldn’t find them. Also the pool was very nice but wasn’t clean most of the time. Other than that i would recommend staying here.

• Adine (2/5): Huge disappointment - The pool area could have been nice if it wasn’t for the construction site next door. This hotel was an absolute disaster. The staff are very unfriendly (for Balinese standards), they always seem annoyed whenever they interact with the guests. They also mixed someone else’s laundry with mine and were quite rude when rectifying the situation. It really feels like they don’t want to be there and they don’t want you there either, leading to quite a hostile environment. In addition to this, I was unable to rent a scooter from them and they did not have any breakfast available (even though it states that there is breakfast on the description). The state of the rooms are absolutely horrendous, the bathrooms are extremely dirty (I found stains everywhere and leftover hair from the previous guests), the taps are busy falling off, the showerhead is way too low, everything is very rundown and to top it all off, there’s black mold in the bathroom. The sheets and towels are stained which makes the hotel feel even dirtier, in addition to a very bad smell constantly coming from the bathroom. The toilet also didn’t flush properly, and the taps could not be set to warm water. There’s also just so much dust and spiderwebs everywhere, it really felt as if the rooms had not been cleaned in months. As if this weren’t already enough, the rooms are extremely noisy. At night, the street noise and the loud AC make it impossible to sleep, and during the day the construction site makes it impossible to relax. The hotel is also quite far out from the city so a scooter is definitely needed (luckily there was a scooter rental shop in about 10 mins walking distance).

• Anastasiia0901 (7/5): I'd love to come again, if the small issues listed below are fixed - The location is nice, the room looks cozy, the outdoor yard is also beautiful. I loved the room interior design I could hear the neighbors next door as they were in my room. Also the staff is available until 8pm, so when a group of other guests came to the hotel at 2am and were going crazy in the pool, I had to communicate with them. Another comment on cleanliness: a couple of dead insects on the floor right in front of the bathroom door, one of the towels had a large brown stain, the curtains are covered in stains. The bedsheet had a few yellow stains. And the sink pipes stink, so I had to use shower to brush my teeth. Though, overall the room was okay. I would just love to have it a little bit cleaner.

• Vasily (4/5): Disappointing - staff was super helpful and supporting. location is great, a shop and a few great cafes around: birds singing beautifully; bed super comfy the tap water has a bad taste, probably the filter is broken; very hot, ac struggling to work properly, even after staff kindly asked a servicemen to clean and repair it; constant noise from the compressor or something behind the bathroom, that you can hear in a room too; loud compressor from the fridge in the room too; lots of humidity and mold in the bathroom, bad smell sometimes; shared kitchen is not really clean and welcoming, somewhat dusty, dirty canister with oil, etc; pool is warm; also electricity cuts though very short, but some evenings constant. bad for computers/gear. overall - I think owner of the property should invest in complete overhaul of the facilities, or he'll stop having any new guests, at least satisfied ones. and I am not very picky at all and rarely leave reviews

They didn't turn on the pool filtration sisten the hole stay (4 nights), aaand u could hear some noise from the traffic since it's at the main road

Staff is super kind and helpful. The location in Uluwatu is good - between 5-15 mins to main areas with cafes, food, and beaches. Mini market and a few restaurants next to the hotel. The shared kitchen is a very nice area but unfortunately it is worn out as it's not cleaned properly. If the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned, the area will have a completely different more inviting look.

• Julie (7/5): Cute place, but needs a few more things - Cute pool and good location by two restaurants and a Circle K and money exchange. Didn’t get to use the pool due to the rain every day, but not their fault. I always hate to leave a negative review for independent places, but hopefully this is helpful information. Can hear traffic so earplugs would be a bonus in the rooms. The main gate not locked so people can just walk in. I personally did not see a security guard. No one answered my calls at 10:30 PM when a fuse blew. That was due to the hairdryer in the room (not my personal one) so those should be changed. I sent messages to the WhatsApp and called and got no response, had to be without Aircon and Wi-Fi or electricity as a single traveler all night. There was no information about the book of what to happen to reach Security. It just said “contact security”. How?? in the dark outside by myself? Power went out a separate time due to rains but no generator back up and emergency lamp they provide lasted less than a minute. Even after I told them it needed to be recharged. It stayed on only for 10 seconds at a time. Toilet would not flush or ran loudly.

• Akacia (10/5): Beautiful place with very clean spacious rooms. - I loved this place, it was so beautiful. The room was so clean, very spacious and had a private garden too. The pool was lovely and the overall space was really well looked after. Its just off the road so easily accessible and didn't seem to be noisy from the traffic. It was a good location too within short bike of some of the main beaches and nice restaurants. The WIFI was also really strong which was good. Would highly recommend this place to stay!

The bathroom was also big, but it had some odd smell. Hard to cool off as AC in the room was placed in some weird position. We had some animal above us under the roof top. Making loud and weird noises but not every night, last night was very loud for 1 hour. Hope they fix that problem. For me this place is not worth the money, sadly. It is pricey for what it offers.
• Bianca (10/5): Amazing vibe - Awsome location, big room, big bathroom, clean, very quiet although next to road. The cleaning was done done every day and towels changed as per request. They even arragend my pijamas. Loved it! There is a market and baggel shop with coffee right outside the villas. Also Phoenix restaurant has nice food and is across the street. They offer scooter rent services, massages and the staff is so nice and helpful. The center where you can find more shops and restaurants is at arround 15 min with car. Will definitely come back. Some cobstructions were taking place nearby but that is not their fault.

Clean, big rooms, beautiful garden with pool an a fine, calm location because you can get anywhere with a scooter/grab or gojek. Also the staff was very helpfull, because they let us check out 5 hours later than we arranged before. A big recommendation!

• Shania (7/5): It was a very nice place and has great potential ! - It was a nice nice and cosy place and they had bikes you could rent out. Also had a market right outside and a bagel and pizza place too! there was a constant loud noise coming from our bathroom throughout the whole day, the air con isn’t strong enough however it is bearable if you’re having a short stay like us. The toilet and shower should be swapped over as it was quite annoying having the toilet floor wet. The entrance door should not have any gaps at the bottom as that can also affect the room not cooling down.

Especially the staff. Both Juli and Daisy were my favorite part of my stay in uluwatu. I spend some time just sitting with them and talking with them about our lives and they are so so sweet and accommodating. I recommend this place 100000% Absolutely NOTHING

• Zayane (9/5): Superb - Very nice place! Calm and clean. It‘s on the main road to all the restaurants and the center but not so much in the middle of it that it would be too loud. Warm shower was nice. No breakfast but there is bagel it right around the corner which is nice. Pool was clean and cozy. Sometimes the receptionist was hard to find but when she was around she was super helpful with the scooter, laundry and tramsfer to the nusas :) Sometimes when we ran the lavatory it started to smell bad

As it is a small establishment, there weren’t many other facilities e.g: no breakfast or a bar area. The toilet only flushed sometimes. My room wasn’t cleaned during my two night stay- I didn’t expect new towels or anything but just making up the bed and emptying bins would have been nice.

The staff were so friendly, kind, decorated the room and left me the nicest birthday message. The room was big, spacious and clean. The pool area gets sun for most of the day. Super central, but also very safe and a good base to get around Uluwatu. Would definitely stay again ☺️ Nothing!
