• Jenelyn (10/5): - I had a fantastic stay at Nomad City Hostel! The free coffee was a great perk, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the hostel organized lots of fun activities that made it easy to meet new people. Loved the atmosphere and would definitely stay here again!

• Juliane (5/5): Keine Empfehlung - Sehr freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal Die Betten im 4er-Zimmer sind zwar als Schlafkabinen gestaltet, aber so abgenutzt, dass man jede kleinste Bewegung der anderen Gäste spürt (da hätte man sich fast genauso gut ein Bett teilen können). Für Menschen mit Platzangst ist der Raum ungeeignet, da er eher an eine Gefängniszelle erinnert. Es ist war generell sehr hellhörig. Ich habe leider kaum geschlafen.

Eu fiquei em torno de 20 minutos e mesmo tendo pago para 4 noites , desisti. O quarto era para duas pessoas. Extremamente pequeno. Estávamos de mochila e mal conseguimos abrir elas no quarto. O quarto não tinha janela. Havia reservado um quarto com banheiro . Mas o banheiro dentro do quarto não tinha chuveiro . Era no banheiro fora do quarto. E por fim, nosso quarto era do lado da porta que dava acesso a todos os quartos. No poucos minutos que fiquei essa porta não parava de bater e eu vi que seria impossível dormir ali. Extremamente decepcionante.

Fiquei num quarto de 4 e as 4 camas ficavam coladas sem espaços algum entre uma e outra, onde vc entrava pelos pés. Quarto pequeno e ficar sentado na ponta pra fazer as coisa foi super desconfortável. O quarto sem janela e sem espaço nenhum. Entrei em pânico no primeiro dia até me acostumar. Quem tem claustrofobia vai se sentir mal.

No stinky backpacker shoe smells. Yea the rooms are indeed quite small and when the room lights are turned off and it's pitch dark, the pods feel even more like coffins. May I suggest putting some led strips or some other sort of dim lighting in the rooms?

• Petra (1/5): - The only good thing is the position. The room for four people was super tiny, you could not even change your clothes or have a luggage there. You could not even sit on the bed, as it was too low! Also everyhing was noisy (bed frame, lockers, doors...) and the privacy courtains did not block the light at all. The list goes on, the entrance is directly from the street (like a shop), only two broken plates in the kitchen (which was used also by the staff for cooking) and the heating was off.

• Ahmet Sergen (1/5): Disaster - Only location Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unpleasant and significantly affected my holiday. Upon arriving at the hostel late at night, an unknown individual asked us to let him into the building. As we could not verify whether he was an actual guest, this immediately made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Additionally, the room conditions were unacceptable. The room was extremely cold, with cold air coming from multiple areas near the beds. My friend and I were unable to sleep properly due to the temperature, and both of us woke up the next morning with sore throats and feeling unwell. The noise levels throughout the night were also excessive. There were drunk guests shouting and fighting in the corridors around midnight, and the disturbance continued for hours. It was impossible to rest properly. To make matters worse, someone approached us in the morning asking to use our private bathroom, which further added to the discomfort of the stay. Overall, the environment felt chaotic, noisy, and poorly managed. This experience completely ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable trip to Stockholm. Given the circumstances and the poor quality of the stay, I would like to request a refund as compensation for the experience. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and review the standards of comfort, security, and guest management at your property.

I stayed in three different hostels in Stockholm, and this one is easily the best. Big shoutout to Omar, he’s very kind and helpful. The no-shoes policy is also a big plus. It keeps the place cleaner and avoids bad smells. I really wish more hostels followed this. Nothing, honestly. The value for the price is excellent.

• Amy (9/5): I recommend this place, would come back. - Pretty clean, free tea/coffee, early check-in is available for a fee. Bathroom was tidy. Fan is available. Nice location & super price for Stockholm. There was only one crew who run everything. Crew deserves a raise! Sponge & towel at kitchen were used and dirty. Tea water was dirty in the bar (probably it was used for coffee before & barely washed). Could be noisy on Friday, Saturday nights.

Would stay again Walls are very thin so you can hear everything, and groups of people were drinking and talking in the halls at 2am. It was also close to the bus terminal. The hostel did not have enough room in the shared kitchen. The shared refridgerator was too small. The kitchen sink was extremely small causing anything that we washed to spill out. The room that we stayed in was only adequate to sleep. It did not have any shelf to place our items. The wall was super thin and we could hear neighbors talking and doors opening and closing all night long.

• Maja (8/5): - There was no breakfast. Extremeky low ceiling of the bunkbed! It wasn't possible even to sit in the bed without kicking one's head. The feeling was being locked in a narrow box. Very dangerous steps to the upper level of the bunkbed
• Clara (4/5): Disappointing stay near Stockholm Central Station, bearable for one night - It was really near the train station. It was one of the cheapest hotels that don't have a shared bathroom and that are not capsules. The beds were basically an open sofa with a mattress barely 3 centimetres thick on top. The room was very cramped. There was nowhere to put our backpacks. There were some lockers, but it wouldn’t fit in them. The bathroom had a washbasin and a toilet, but no shower as they’d implied. The shower was shared and we didn’t have flip-flops to use it. It was very noisy all night; there was an air conditioning vent in the ceiling that was incredibly loud, making it hard to sleep. Every time a guest came in, which several did, you could hear them very clearly too, and bear in mind we’d already arrived late. It was also a bit cold, and we didn't have a way to control the A/C. To top it all off, we didn’t see a single member of staff at the hostel, and we wanted to leave our backpacks there during the day. We’d been told we could do this, but when we called reception, we were told to leave them behind the reception desk – though we weren’t sure if this was the sort of counter where they serve coffee and anyone can use it. As there was no one working there, it seemed very untrustworthy to us, so we had to pay for a Stasher service to leave them somewhere else with security.

Malheureusement tout les lit non pas de prise directement au niveau du lit, pour le miens la prise était sous le lit j’ai du me glisser dessous et tirer un peu le lit superposer pour pouvoir charger mon téléphone et ma batterie externe depuis mon lit Autre problème c’est les rideau le lit que j’avais était en face porte, et c’était le seul lit à pas avoir de tringle à rideau sur le côté horizontale Mais ce n’est en tout cas pas un point rebiditoire à la réservation

The location was great - a 10 minute walk from Stockholm Central Station, and it was walking distance to a number of museums, great restaurants, and popular districts (and there was also a lot of transportation options available). The rooms were quiet and very comfortable. The staff also provided social options to mingle with other guests such as board game night and movie night. I had a great stay here

• Janina (5/5): Sehr sehr klein und nicht wirklich sauber - Die Unterkunft war nicht so wie auf den Bildern, in dem Zimmer konnte man kaum stehen, da es einfach viel zu klein war. Es gab zusätzlich auch keine Fenster oder Spiegel etc. Die Betten waren noch voller Haare und generell waren auch die Bäder/ Duschen nicht wirklich sauber.

• Dalda (6/5): Kitchen with a "No fry" sign - The kitchen had a stove, but with a "No fry" rule (stupid in my opinion), because just invest in a better extractor/cooker hood and then you'll actualy can put "Funcional kitchen" in your hostel descripction. For this reason It made my stay a pain, because as a backpacker I always have food with me that I can cook/mostly fry. I'll never stay in this hostel again for this.

• Manuel (5/5): Good location, but needs better management and safety protocols. - The cleanliness in rooms and toilets was excellent and the location was very convenient. I also appreciate the 'no-shoe' policy with sandals. While the location was good, several aspects of the stay were disappointing. The beds were uncomfortable, and the rooms lacked basic furniture to store clothes or luggages. Furthermore, the website description should be much clearer regarding the facilities. Regarding hygiene, there is no disinfection system for the shared sandals, which is concerning. Security is also a major issue: since there is no formal check-in/out and door codes are not reset, guests can access the building outside of their booking hours. This actually happened to us on our last day when other guests entered the premises before their stay began. Finally, the luggage storage process felt very insecure. I understand that trust is a cultural value there, but formal security measures are necessary.

• Magdalena (7/5): Billigt och bra. - Billigt boende nära centralen. Sköna täcken och kuddar. Hade tur och det var tyst korridoren. Blev inte störd. Lätt att komma in. Enkelt litet kök om man vill göra egen mat. Mörkt rum- jätteskönt! Knarrande sängar, jättejobbigt att höra den ovanför vända sig om och det knarrade som sjutton. Lampan trasig i ena sängen. Ingen raka i duschen, var vatten på hela golvet. Iskalla stengolv. Man kunde inte få plats att sitta på sängkanten i rummet. Tyvär för tight. Men helt okej rum att bara sova i.
