• GEORGE (1/5): BETRUG! - Eine äußerst stressige und enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich hatte eine vollständig bezahlte Reservierung (1.827,36 Lei), erhielt jedoch am Tag des Check-ins keinerlei Zugangsinformationen und konnte niemanden erreichen – weder telefonisch noch über Booking. Aufgrund der völligen Kommunikationslosigkeit stand ich buchstäblich auf der Straße und war gezwungen, eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen und erneut zu bezahlen. Die Zugangsinstruktionen kamen erst spät in der Nacht um 23:01 Uhr, als die Situation bereits auf eigene Kosten gelöst worden war. Viel Stress, große Enttäuschung und keinerlei Verantwortungsbewusstsein seitens AXIS APART. Nicht zu empfehlen.

• Attila (2/5): - Nem a kiválasztott apartmant kaptuk! Koszos volt az egész lakás,igénytelen. Szét volt esve a wc tartály ,folyt a víz . Nem volt elég ágynemű.Az egész lakás bűzlött a cigaretta szagtól.

• Artur (4/5): Mold and fungus! Too dirty! Bad odor at the bathroom. - There was a lot of fungus and mold on the walls. The bathroom was very dirty with a bad odor and there was a lot of water near the bath. The kitchen surfaces were sticky and there were a lot of hairs on the bed. Additionally, the corridor looked like something out of a horror movie.
