• Azalea (10/5): Boeacary Haven Suites is Gem that we found! - Our stay at Boracay Haven Suites was excellent. I booked 1 Garden Suites and 1 Deluxe. We’re very happy with the rooms and the service. Family friendly. We travelled with a 10 year old and 1 year old. 2-3mins walk to the beach front. 7mins walk on the road going to Station 1 main beach. Very close to amenities and D’Mall is only 2mins walk. Can improve wifi coverage. And maybe more options for lighter breakfast for people cannot take heavy food in the morning. But other than that, our stay were excellent!

• Ернарчик (10/5): Great hotel! - The hotel was greatly enjoyed by me and my family. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling every day. The breakfasts were very вкусные (delicious) and filling. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from the beach and D’mall. The pool is suitable for both children and adults and is cleaned daily. The staff helped us with all our requests; upon check-in, they treat guests to a cocktail and a dessert, and for my daughter’s birthday, they made a lovely surprise with congratulations. We really liked the hotel and highly recommend it! We really liked everything, there were no downsides at all. We truly enjoyed our stay—everything was perfect!

• Abdulrhman (1/5): - الموقع جميل وقريب من كل شي بالجزيرة حصلت مشكلة لجوالي عن طريق شحن الجوال من منفذ الكهرباء الخاص بالفندق وتواصلت مع الموظفين اخبروني انه ليس للشحن ، إذا كان ليس للشحن لماذا تضعه في الغرفه يستخدمه الضيف . أخبرتهم أنني أريد تعويض عن التلف لجوالي اخبروني ان سياستهم لا تسمح مع العلم انك قبل تسجيل الدخول للفندق دفعت 5000 ولو تعطل اي جهاز للفندق أو حصل تلف سيغرموني وادفع كامل المبلغ لكن تعويض الضيف سياستهم لا تسمح 😭😭😭.

• Peter (8/5): Nice hotel, good location, we recoomed it. - Friendly staff, nice comfortable room, definitely worth paying the extra for the pool view room with balcony. Good location, easy walk to the beach. Very good breakfast in nice setting. Decent shower. Could do with more shelves or storage space in the room and a bedside table at both sides of the bed, but these are very minor things and it's a good choice of hotel which we would recommend fir stays in Boracay and will definitely stay there again.

• Anıl (9/5): Harika - 1 haftalık tatilimizde Boracay Haven Suites’te kaldık ve çok memnun kaldık. Personelin ilgisi ve güler yüzü gerçekten çok iyiydi. Otelin konumu harikaydı; Station 2’nin tam ortasında ve D’Mall’a çok yakın. Bu sayede her yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Hem Station 1’e hem de Station 3’e çok rahat gidip geldik. Boracay’a tekrar gidersek kesinlikle yine burada kalmayı tercih ederiz.

• Scott (3/5): Very disappointing money grabbing hotel at every opportunity we stayed two night and moved elsewhere - The beach is nice but stay elsewhere!,, The breakfasts was totally rubbish don’t bother!!! Two building sites with builds in progress next door which you have to walk past to get to the beach! Rude and unhelpful management and staff at the hotels reception there goal seems to be to squeeze as much money out of you as possible they even fine people for left overs at breakfast for more than the value of the breakfast it’s self, I’ve never seen anything like this ever anywhere no joke !!!!

The staff was courteous and assisted with everything possible. When i booked the room, I booked for a premier suite. I got a room with no view, no windows, and no balcony. The room i got was no premier suite. Additionally. In the shower there was no shower wall mount high on the wall for the shower wand. I would have fired your bathroom designer. Finally, there was no hot tub at your location. Unfortunate.

There are lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious. Restaurant menu was very delicious. I would avoid rooms with pool view as it could be noisy. Every time we tried to book the spa, there was no availability. Breakfast options were okay.

• André (8/5): Rekommenderas starkt - Personalen va fantastiska! Vi fick jättebra service, det va städat och rent och man fick handdukar till stranden varje dag vilket vi verkligen uppskattade! Frukosten va bra! Läget va perfekt för att vara mitt i smeten med gångavstånd till allt. Poolen området och antal solstolar va lite mindre än förväntat men hotellet ligger ändå väldigt nära stranden.

They will greet you everyday and are always willing to help. We had two rooms: one on the first floor near the pool with a jaccuzi and one on the third floor with two twin beds and pool view. Both rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was an amazing affair with a variety of tasty treats that changed everyday. So many delicious options were made available for all. We were happy to experience a stay at this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again when we should return to the beautiful island of Boracay.

• Erika (8/5): Complessivamente buono - Hotel centrale, puoi fare tutto a piedi. Posizione perfetta. Stanze grandi e pulite. Ho cambiato camera perché la prima che mi avevano dato non era fantastica. La struttura è mantenuta bene ma si vede che avrebbe bisogno di rinnovarsi un pochino. La prima stanza che mi avevano dato non era delle migliori, aveva un cattivo odore di umidità ed era posizionata in un punto brutto. Alla mia richiesta di cambiare stanza sono stati super gentili ed accoglienti, fornendomi una stanza migliore. Colazione ok.

• Helmut (9/5): I liked it - Staff was very friendly. The rooms are quite big. Quite short short distance to walk to to beach. Breakfast was good, but for me too much. I booked the transport back to the airport via the hotel and it worked very well My room was flooded during the typhoon, even it was in the second floor. The water must come through the outside walls. Only very little space to sit on the balcony and no view. The driver of our pre-booked transport first could not find it.

They helped with setting up airport transfer and some of the activities during our stay. The hotel was clean. I loved the detail with the flowers and honeymoon message upon our arrival. Great location — just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and D’Mall. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of food. Overall, a very relaxing and pleasant stay. The Wi-Fi was quite weak inside the room.
