• Rikard (8/5): Mali ali slatki odmor - Vrlo prostran apartman. Za dvoje super. Puno prostora za stvari. Mala kuhinja sa svim potrebnim od pećnice do mikrovalne. Tu je i terasa. Slatki bazen. Fali posuda za pripremu hrane i opet nekvalitetetan toaletni papir.
• Igor (10/5): Just lovely - I must say everything was great. Super helpful and kind personnel, a marvelous neighborhood (most likely the best one on Madrid, with so much nature), comfy beds. There were a bunch of young guests (I'd say college-age) and it was so great to not be surrounded by geezers and business people. This wasn't a problem for me, but it may be a turn off for some. The neighborhood, which is full of lovely nature and super clean and obviously a bit posh, is a bit away from the city. The "10 viajes combinados" on the Madrid card don't cover this area, and every ride to and from the neighborhood is 3€. This is just precaution for those who want to be in the center. This is no center, it's a lovely neighborhood outside the city.

• HORACIO (7/5): Although the staff is lovey and location great, I would only book again if there weren’t any better and full service opt - Nice location, pleasant staff basic accommodation NO TV SETS AT ALL! Due to the complex association with local universities and school, on weekends the common areas turn out to be a Frat house full of fun loving and active youth. It can be fun.
• HORACIO (8/5): Great quiet place to sleep, but not during weekends when students turn the place into a frat house! Can be fun but noisy - The location is very good. Nice shopping and restaurants in the area. Easy access by metro connections to central Madrid. I have stayed here before, although the facilities and apartments lacked a few basic features, it got worse, regrettably. The last time I was here under a different management each apartment had 3 large modern TVs, this time the new management pulled EVERY TV out. The apartment does not have a single TV! Not the with the TVs there was any great and exciting channels but at least you could entertain yourself watch the local news! NO MORE! It left me baffled. In addition if you want any pots or pans to boiled some water to make some coffee, you have to request it from the front desk: NOTE: if there are any available you may be in luck. Now, the apartment does have a lovely kitchen with modern appliances, but nothing to cook or eat with! Again! Baffling! Que sera sera. Regrettably the pricing doesn’t reflect the downgrade in accommodation.

• ISABELLE (8/5): - Chambres modernes et fonctionnelles. A 100m des commerces et du bus pour se rendre au centre madrid. Compter bus métro 40mn. En uber environ 15e en 20mn de trajet. Cadre sympa piscine et accueil sans stop. Je recommande cet hôtel. Beaucoup de rangements Cest pas vraiment à côté du centre de Madrid mais pour le prix cest normal. Résidence universitaire il peut y avoir du bruit mais nous c'était très bien.

Designed for students. No saucpans, glasses, kettle toaster etc in the kitchen, you need to request from reception. No TV. Seating area is small and not very comfortable.

• ines (6/5): - La limpieza y ubicación muy buenas. No hay un asiento cómodo para poderse sentar. Dos taburetes de cocina incómodos y dos sillones para sentarse en el suelo. Para Una persona un poco mayor, muy incómodo. Además en la junta de la silicona de la ducha, había manchas de moho. Una pena, porque a pesar de estar todo muy limpio, da una muy mala imagen.

• Cristian (4/5): Imposible dormir - La ubicación En las especificaciones ponía habitaciones insonorizadas y es mentira, se oía todo, los otros huéspedes son jóvenes ya que parece una residencia y a las tantas de la madrugada estaban dando voces por los pasillos despertándonos las 2 noches que pasamos allí, habitación que apestaba a tuberías, un pitido que sonaba cada x que no se sabía de dónde procedía y también nos despertaba, parecía limpio pero había golpes en paredes sin arreglar, el baño tienen un sensor de movimiento para la luz en lugar de un interruptor, esto impide seleccionar más o menos luz según cuando se use el baño. Muy decepcionante después de ver las especificaciones que aparecen en booking con la realidad.

• Abraham (7/5): Muy bien cuidado y con muchos servicios en las instalaciones, pero wifi con mala conexión - Se nota que es una residencia de estudiantes, todo muy bien cuidado y con gran oferta de servicios en las instalaciones. El mobiliario del cuarto está muy nuevo y es muy acogedor. La señal WIFI llegaba muy bajita a mi habitación, la TV Smart se cortaba continuamente el capítulo por tener esta mala conexión. Por otro lado, los "sofá" de la habitación no son nada cómodos, pero entiendo que hacen su función para un estudiante.

• Elena Victoria (6/5): - Son edificios de obra nueva y se encuentra posicionado en una buena zona. La habitación no tenia posibilidad de poner aire acondicionado, solo calefacción y tuvimos que abrir la puerta al pasillo para poder ventilar un poco. Así mismo, no viene con utensilios de cocina y tenías que pedir algunos en recepción.

• Aleales (9/5): Sorprendente (y muy cómodo) alojamiento - Sorprendente experiencia, es una residencia de estudiantes habilitada como alojamiento. Yo reservé un pequeño apartamento para una sola noche pero aunque está montado con los muebles mínimos, el apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario, dos habitacioncitas separadas, con buena wifi, buen colchón, una mesita y silla para trabajar, un baño amplio y una cocina pequeña pero funcional. Todo sencillo pero suficiente, mejor de lo esperado! Todo bien

• María Jesús (9/5): SUPERANDO LAS EXPECTATIVAS - Al principio llegué con unas expectativas algo bajas, ya que, después de reservar y leer algunas reseñas, vi muchas quejas sobre el ruido, al tratarse de una residencia de estudiantes, sobre la ausencia de televisión o sobre la limpieza. Nada más lejos de la realidad: es un sitio muy bueno y con una ubicación excelente. Sí hay televisión, y aunque la limpieza no es diaria, la habitación estaba perfectamente limpia a la entrada y se dispone de todo lo necesario. La cocina es muy completa y también hay un espacio agradable para estudiar, leer o hacer lo que cada uno prefiera. Lo único que podría señalar es la alarma de la puerta de emergencia, ya que por la mañana algunos estudiantes salían por esa puerta y la alarma se activaba.

• Senka (10/5): Preporučujemo. Vratili bi se opet. - Apartman je bio dovoljno velik za 2 osobe, sa kuhinjom, kupaonicom, klimom, tv.. . Krevet je bio odličan sa tvrdim madracem, samo je jastuk bio manji. Na zgradi terasa sa stolovima i stolicama sa prekrasnim pogledom. Autobus do metroa ( 15min ovisi o gužvi), preko ceste veliki trgovački centar. Djelatnici na recepciji su jako uslužni. U hodniku aparat za kavu i razne slatkiše i sendviče. U ponudi je i praonica rublja uz nadoplatu. U kuhinji nije bilo krpa ni spužvice za suđe pa smo morali kupiti, a nije bilo ni kuhala za vodu, ali je bila posuda za grijanje vode.
