• Košuta (9/5): Zelo prijeten apartma (primeren za mladino). - Naudušena sem bila nad pogledom saj morje je zelo blizu. Pospravljeno in očiščeno je tudi bilo ko smo prišli. Kar se tiče lokacije je zelo primeren za mladino saj je zelo blizu ulice kjer so klubi. Parkirni smo tudi dobili zelo hitro in je bil v našem času bivanja (26.2-5.3) vedno prost. Kar mi je bilo tudi zelo všeč je to, da okoli stavbe je ograja za dodatno zaščito v katero brez ključa nemores ustopiti. V apartmaju smo se počutili zelo varno. In zelo priporočam. Če se bomo še kdaj odločili obiskati Tenerife bomo zagotovo prišli sem! Miza je imela zlomljeno nogo oz noga je bila tam ampak če si se preveč naslonil na njo ali položil kaj težkega je padla in vrata so bila malo težje za odklenit in zaklenit. Mogoče je apartma bolj za družbe/mladino in manj za družine saj je nad ulico kjer so klubi in je muzika pozno v noč.

• Christoph (9/5): Für 3 Tage unkomplizierten Strandurlaub sehr passend. Immer wieder gerne - Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, freundliche Übergabe. Location war zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Aufgrund der Lage nachts allerdings sehr laut. Pool war fantastisch und sehr sauber. Die Fassade von außen könnte einen Anstrich vertragen. Das Gesamtgebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Nähe zum MiniGolf und Disco macht es bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut.

• Sebastian (3/5): Pobyt generalnie udany ale apartament masakra - Blisko oceanu Brak czynnego basenu,jak sie dowiedziałem remont trwał juz od 10 lat,bardzo stary apartament,brudny,zaniedbany,tylko jeden klucz,niegrzeczna obsługa kompleksu,blisko znajdują sie dyskoteki i muzykę słychać głośno do 6 rano. Zastanawiałem sie czy nie zrobić reklamacji,ale nie mogłem znaleźć nic innego do wynajęcia w podobnej cenie(wszystko bylo zajete)

• ILARIA (6/5): - La struttura era in una posizione comoda per andare al mare e nei vari ristoranti. Arredo carino La struttura si trova in una zona con locali che suonano almeno fino alle 4 di notte...con musica altissima che ti impedisce di dormire. Trovati 2 insetti molto poco piacevoli

Ez egy munkásszálló szerű romos épület ahol az utcai bevándorló árusok laknak, a Veronicas vigalmi bároktól 100 méterre, ezért aludni szinte lehetetlen mert hajnal 6 óráig üvölt a zene a bárokban és ordibálnak az utcán a részeg bódult emberek! A medence lezárva az apartman is munkásszálló szintű!

Parvekkeelta upeat näkymät Alueella aamuun asti vilkas yöelämä joka saattaa häiritä herkkäunista. (Korvatulpat kannattaa pakata mukaan) Siisteydessä toivomisen varaa

• Grabasch (4/5): - Die Lage zum flanieren und gastronomisch, sowie zu den Stränden ist Top Extrem laut Nachs bis 6Uhr früh, durch Discotheken direkt nebenan. Die Wohnung war unkompfortabel und verbraucht, mit wacklichen Möbeln, sehr hellhörig. Laute Nachbarn. Kein internationales Fernsehen, kein gutes Internet. Pool war gesperrt. Das Badezimmer ist extrem renovierungsbedürftig. Kein Parkplatz am Haus und in der Nähe. Wenn man abends kam, konnte man max. ein Parkhaus für 12€ nutzen. Schlechte Übergabe und keine Mängelbeseitigung. Gebäude Baufällig und verranzt. Maximal etwas für junge Leute. Haben unseren Aufenthalt abgebrochen.

• Elena (1/5): Pessimo - Vicino alla spiaggia Al momento del check in (con orario accordato in anticipo) riceviamo un messaggio con le indicazioni per trovare le chiavi dell'appartamento sotto una pietra per strada, una volta all'interno siamo subito accolte dalla puzza di chiuso, poi scopriamo stoviglie sporche e coperte indecenti. L'affitto dell'appartamento teoricamente prevede l'accesso alla piscina del condominio, in realtà non è così. Il custode del condominio ci ha fatto uscire e vietato l'ingresso spiegando che il proprietario ha debiti con il condominio pertanto ai suoi ospiti non è consentito l'uso della piscina. Ho avvisato immediatamente l'host che peroʻ non si è fatto sentire fino al momento del check out.

• Samantha (2/5): - La ubicación, estaba muy céntrico, cerca de la playa, de restaurantes para cenar y de la zona nocturna. Estaba muy sucio, la ducha daba asco aparte de ser súper pequeña , por haber no había ni bolsas de basura para cambiarlas. Había cucarachas por la casa, sobre todo en la parte de la cocina. La ubicación era buena pero al estar tan céntrico molestaba mucho para poder descansar, ya que no tenía suficiente aislamiento se escuchaba todo el ruido de fuera.

• Cusano (9/5): Casa Top - Zona centrale, casa molto pulita, con tutti i servizi a disposizione (lavatrice, asse da stiro,asciuga capelli, detersivi). Il divano letto molto scomodo, unica chiave per cancello esterno e casa interna. Bisognava accompagnare le persone al cancello per farle uscire ( ma si puo tranquillamente risolvere la cosa chiedendo una seconda chiave)

• Charlotte (10/5): Wonderful place to stay on a budget - Everything, despite being on the Veronicas, it was quiet. Ideal location in fact. It was clean, and comfortable. Pretty basic I guess, but nice basic, and literally had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely, pretty private and peaceful, always clean. Nothing we didn't like. The outside walls of the entire complex could do with repainting, but it was all clean and welcoming.

• Federica (9/5): Stanza bellavista - Posizione centralissima a playa de las america. Molto comoda anche se fai escursioni. Casa funzionale e bella vista. Qualità prezzo ,ci sta. La procedura per prendere la chiave: indicazioni tipo mappa del tesoro. Tra l altro la chiave era stata messa vicino un masso nel parco adiacente al residence avvolta nella carta degli assorbenti... in anni di viaggi è la cosa piu stramba mai accaduta per un check in.

• Elizabeth (6/5): Upon receiving keys for the property, we were told to leave them on the table when leaving. Our transfer was early hours - Well equipped room. Pool area nice and clean. Very noisy, the bar music goes on until 6am some nights. Especially noisy in the living room.

• Martin (8/5): Room is nice, check in is awful, - Clean comfortable , balcony has a beautiful view ! Check in process was Terrible. We had to sit on a curb for a while. A person texted us that they would come grab us in one minute and we waited for 20. I also texted and emailed our time of check in and got told off when we finally got let in that I should’ve called aswell.

Tried to call owner with no reply as we waited nearly 30 mins

• Niamh (1/5): Stressful - I would not recommend this property. We stayed there back in November and we had a man knock at the door with a court order stating that the owners of the property owed the significant amount of money to the government. The court order was stamped and signed by the judge and was legit. The holiday ended up costing us more in the long run as we moved accommodation. When we spoke to the owner of the apartment she was the most unhelpful person in this situation and it did not seem to phase her. That being said the noise at night was also horrifically bad, you don’t sleep due to Veronica strip being down the road. I absolutely would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
• Francois (8/5): Very good - Very clean and neat apartment. Perfect location when you want to be close to the beach and to nightlife. Safe with a fence around building and parking.lot. Can be bit noisy at night due to nightlife. In my case the owner did not succeed providing a working device to open the parking gate.

We had over 20 big cockroaches in the bathroom in same time , also few in the living room . Toilet paper and trash bags were missing

• Liam (5/5): A regret - The location was good and was a good price with car space and the pool We booked the hotel for a holiday and when we arrived there was no reception to check in normally like what we thought also the amenities would not be filled up also not the housekeeping duties also when we needed amenities at midnight we desperately had to go to the pool area to collect with no other option then from nowhere a worker came and told us to leave and that we would be fined 300 euro also ringing the manager of the hotel making up lies that we swore to the pool staff which we didn’t and all we did was be respectful I wouldn’t stay there again not in a million years there was no aircon

• Cristina (6/5): You can sleep only with your ear plugs - I liked the location because it was very close to the beach and main attractions. The apartment is renovated and looks pretty good. We cooked a lot inside and I was happy to see she has a lot of tools in the kitchen. I liked the bathroom and the balcony, too. The noise was unbearable because the apartment is located close to all the clubs in Las Americas. The windows didn't isolate the noise and when we asked the owner to find a solution, they sent us an arrogant text saying "Yeah, we know. Too bad, it's not like we can change the clubs schedule" So make sure you buy ear plugs, the music will be loud from 11PM to 6 AM. The owner was also pretty unresponsive, so whenever we texted her, we had to wait for hours, even days to receive an answer. In our last day there, she helped us with a thing, though, and I appreciated.
• Twining (6/5): Pleasant - Amazing location, right on the strip! Perfect for young people wanting to be close to the night life. Everything in a 5 min walking distance shops, bars, restaurants, beach. The pool was a good size and the kitchen was equipped with utensils to cook. The tv also had Netflix and the sofa bed was fairly comfy. For the price you can’t go wrong! There was a leak when we arrived however the host immediately offered to get a plumber to have a look.

Comfort and cleanliness is also good. told me about a check in fee after i added time of arrival, was going to arrive before the cut off but the person said they would be late anyway, and still tried to make me pay. pool isn’t heated so way too cold to go in. the shower kept going cold and when we reached out for help we were just ignored.

Clearly some effort had been made The complex was a mess looks like an abandonded building from outside . .full of african workers from the strip living on site also they were .fighting selling drugs till all hours of the morning . My family and i felt very unsafe we did try to find alternative accomodation but were unable due to the time of year ..

It had everything we needed for our short stay. The location is great if you want to go out and party. It is located in the middle of the night life and the music is very loud until 5am even during week days.
