• Alex (10/5): Lovely relaxing homely apartment perfect for exploring the town - The location is perfect, located just off the main square. Loved the decor of the apartment, very cosy and spacious with a homely feel It was a little warm at night time but this is to be expected in an old building in summer time. Two fans were provided in the room
• Thibault (8/5): Nice appartement right in the city center. - Ideally located in the city center of Orta San Giulio, 30 seconds away from the main plaza. Full apartment, with balcony, kitchen and all furnished with all equipment. Super silent even if in the city center. Bed was not super comfortable, and as the appartement was under the roof and not equipped with air conditioning it got pretty hot during the night (even in May). There were only 2 super noisy fans to cool ourselves with so not ideal. Not a problem, but just for people to know: there are only paying parking lots around, the closest one is 10min away from the apartment, that is itself on the second floor (without elevator). So you'll have to carry your luggage for a while!

Camera spaziosa e accogliente, molto pulita, con terrazzino. Bagno ampio e finestrato, dotato di tutti i confort. Ottima colazione sia dolce che salata, preparata e curata dalla proprietaria con prodotti freschissimi. Possibilità di rilassarsi nel giardino.

Host molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza. Nell'alloggio una quiete ed un silenzio impagabile. Grazie Segnalo solo le scale.... a me sono piaciute molto (non nuove, ricche di storia) ma potrebbero essere scomode in caso di problemi di movimento.

• Airasmaa (9/5): Mukava ja siisti paikka, mutta hyttyssuojaus ei oikein pitänyt. - Majapaikka oli hyvällä sijainnilla ja siellä oli kivasti tilaa. Kaikku oli siistiä. Mäkäräiset tai polttiaiset pääsivät hyttysverkon väleistä sisään, ja varsinkin ensimmäinen yö oli hankala. Kun ikkunat piti pitää kiinni, meinasi tulla liian kuuma, muttaonnekai ei ollut liian kova helle, koska ilmastointia ei ollut. Keittiössä voisi olla ainakin leikkuulauta, ja ehkä enemmän lastoja/ ruoanlaittovälineitä.

Although it is close to the main Piazza, it was quiet and for us very much a sanctuary once our days were over. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Ginny immensely ! We would return again despite the stairs which could be difficult for anyone who has problems navigating steps. We would highly recommend Casa Ginny!
• richard (8/5): Perfect location - It was the perfect location for our one-night stay in Orta San Giulio. Located on the third floor, the balcony offered a partial view of the lake and was just across from the La Motta restaurant. We stayed here, as it offered us an ideal point to get the water taxi across to the island and explore the town.

• Christopher (9/5): Beautiful and well furnished apartment in great location, no wifi - I had a great stay here, the co-host/agent Cristina lives just downstairs from the apartment and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is in an ideal location, right in the middle of the old town and on the top floor with a nice view. I found the interior to be spacious and well furnished. The property didn't have wifi contrary to the listing. This was an important consideration for me as I had to work during my stay and ended up using up most of my mobile data.
• M. (8/5): Very good - Large apartment, spacious bathroom, well equipped. Very nice balcony. The location is very central. Very hot and nothing to help with it. I understand that there is no airconditioner (it is a flat in historical building) but at least small fan will be very helpful. In booking it is stated that free wi-fi is available (in common premises) however - this is very misleading - according to the person who did our check-in there is some free wifi in the city od Orto but not available in the flat - this might be a big problem for those who count on having internet connection in the apartment. We had some check-out disconnection so it will be great if there is correct check-out time stated in the offer.
