- Farina (4/5): Long wait to check-in, missing basic items in the room upon check in and took a long time to come and provide the missin - Free shuttle bus from and to the airport. Good breakfast. We arrived at after 10pm and had sent an earlier message to inform. Despite this we had to wait almost an hour to get checked in. However, the lady staff at the reception kindly gave us free dinner while waiting for the room to be ready. What is worse when we finally checked in - there no towels, no cups, no remote control for the TV and no coffee and tea and no water to drink in the room. When we called the reception, it took a very long time for them to come ie I had already fallen asleep by then and my husband had to wait for a long time before they were finally provided.

- Jason (10/5): a wonderful experience - breakfast was very good and the buffet lunch and dinner was delicious too. the kitchen , cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful . i enjoyed the tourist shop inside the hotel too. special mention to the front desk staff who were very helpful and organised the navette from and to the airport. front desk reception helped me with all my requests including printing some doccuments. they were very professional and spoke multiple languages. well done and thank you for great service. even the hotel cat on the patio was very friendly and i enjoyed the company. the aircon in my room 218 was not as cold as i would like it to be but not a big problem.

- Maanbir (4/5): Disappointing - The hotel is very near to the airport and a shuttle service is arranged for drop off The rooms are not clean - carpets are very dirty and so are the washrooms. I was put in a room that looked a total mess. They changed me to a different room, which was a bit better but definitely nothing close to the standard of Golden Tulip. Breakfast is poor with untrained staff
