We were charged 15 PEN more than what our Booking.com reservation was for; whichever currency you consider, we paid more than we were meant to, for no reason. The wifi was spotty, and it was quite noisey. Very disappointing that breakfast was not included on Sunday’s - this would’ve been good to know when making the booking for a hotel that stated breakfast included. So we paid more and got less than we should have.

Heidi (7/5): Okay if just passing through - The hotel was in between the two bus terminals we needed to use. It's a medium sized hotel, where most of the rooms have internal facing windows. There is a reception desk, manned 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff were always busy keeping things clean, and the room was spotless. The room consisted two double beds, one bedside cabinet with lamp (the other was moved to allow for the second double bed, which wasn't required), a wardrobe, desk and chair, TV, minibar, bin and air-conditioning. Because there were no external facing windows, it was quiet. The breakfast is served on the roof terrace. There was a choice tea or coffee, a choice of fruit juice, a choice of how you could have your eggs done, butter and jam was also provided. We were allowed to sit in the reception area all day as we had a night bus to catch. They also stored our bags when we went out. The internet in the room was intermittent. This also affected the wifi for the television, and it was impossible to bring up Netflix because of this. The bathroom was small, and there was only one hook for the towels, which were on the small size. The bathroom light wasn't very bright and not suitable for shaving. The air-conditioning unit was placed near the door and faced the very close wall opposite. This meant that the coolness didn't reach the bed area at all. We couldn't see any evidence of recycling. Even though there were two members of staff at breakfast and we were the only guests at the time we ordered breakfast, they still managed to get the order wrong. We had enquired about keeping the room until the evening. The fee was 50%. We were happy with this, until they were going to charge this on the full rate, not the booking discount price we paid for our room.

Helene (7/5): It’s convenient - Clean and sparkling Even though breakfast was included, they do not serve it on Sundays. It’s not the fault of the hotel, but the electricity was out, and I had to carry the luggage down from the third floor. The hotel staff walked by me without offering help.
