• loris_di_stasi (5/5): C'è tanto da migliorare - La smart TV e posto macchina all'interno. C'erano molte ragnatele, il bagno puzzava di fogna, non c'era l'aria condizionata, non c'era il modem ma un dispositivo che faceva da hotspot e il bagno era troppo piccolo.

Вікторія родом з Вінниці і така привітна, людяна, допомагала нам з планування поїздки до Мілану. Все чисто . Є двір з парковкою, що зачиняється, було дуже безпечно. Не було книги , де ми хотіла написати хороші слова вдячності 🩷🥰🫂

• Zeljko (2/5): Very poor - My son and I came to visit my other son who lives in Novara. The owner contacted us at 1 in the morning!? asked for an additional €7 for the third person because he saw on the camera that his second son was following us to the apartment. The apartment is on the top floor of an unsightly building without an elevator: The entrance door is drilled with holes and around the entrance there is a pile of plaster as if someone broke into the apartment, which gives a feeling of insecurity to sleep in. It is too cold inside because only 10% of the radiators work and there is no air conditioning. The bed is uncomfortable and squeaks. There is no parking, only the street and it is impossible to find a parking space nearby.

• Ali (5/5): No good at all - Nothing at all. The Hotel had an aroma of cigarettes, bed was very very uncomfortable, the bath was very dirty, The main door didn’t have handle was very hard to open. Quite hard to get to the top floor didn’t have lift. Didn’t have wifi, but had hotspot. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone Location wasn’t good either
