Nathalie Marina (4/5): The room and the place are satisfying. But too much noise from airport runway. - The rooms are quite spacious, nice balcony and place to work It is literally at the runway of the airport. So extreme noise from departing airplanes. Also the wifi is not reliable.

Linda (5/5): - Camera Spaziosa, aeroporto raggiungibile a piedi, prezzo competitivo La spina dello scaldabagno era cosi ossidata da non far funziomare il contatto, alla richiesta di un aiuto alla proprietaria ci ha risposto che ci abrebbe potuto cambiare camera il giorno seguente, quindi alla fine ci siamo arrangiati da soli per farla funzionare. Sotto il condizionatore ci sono due dita di spazio che lasciano accesso alle zanzare. Tenete presente che la vicinanza all'aeroporto è un vantaggio, ma implica sentire il pesante rumore deo motori in decollo

Aurora (8/5): Good & clean place but bad vibes - It was very clean and comfy. Good price-quality balance. The staff was very shady and they were not aware of our reservation through booking. The last day they gave our room to other person and told us our stay was cancelled and we should do the check-out one day before. We had to show them our reservation status on booking (clearly a green confirmed), and they made us do the check-out at 6am anyways because the new guest was waiting. Very shady and weird situation. Also it was very hard to find. Google maps brought us to inexistent paths. Even the tuk tuk drivers didn't know where the hotel was

Tim (8/5): Nice place, exceptional value, sorry we missed breakfast; wish we could have stayed longer. - Slept through breakfast, but I particularly liked the location; located right next to the airport, not only was it a quick ride, I could watch planes taking off and landing - brilliant. I was upset that, upon arrival, having booked only one night, on deciding we would like to extend our stay, the website informed me that Buena's Pension House was unavailable.

Lea (3/5): Not really pleasant - Location near the airport if you have a flight in the early morning. The bed was clean and comfortable. Shower had a good pressure and hot as well. There was mold everywhere on the ceiling, the air in the room was musty and the AC was not cooling at all so it was pretty hot and hard to sleep at night. The floor and bathroom were not really clean we found a lot of hair on the sink and on the wall and there were many ants running around. We asked for a airport shuttle because we had to go to the airport at 4 am. The staff told us that they couldn’t arrange one and that we should just look for a tricycle at the road. We woke up pretty early and then there was an tricycle infront of the property apparently waiting for us. No one told us that we none the less got one so that came a bit random plus it was pretty expensive. We had to pay 300 pesos for a 6min ride.

The locals were fighting all the time, breaking things, shouting at each other. It's just two o'clock at night and it's impossible to sleep. The fact that there's an airport and mosquitoes flying around doesn't bother me, it matches the low price, but this? I've never experienced anything like it, and I hope I never will.

Lacey (1/5): Don’t bother! - The bed was comfy I wouldn’t waste your money here. You’re basically sleeping on the runway of the airport. The toilet did not flush or have a toilet seat. People were talking really loud at 6am in the morning in the outside area. Staff weren’t helpful or accommodating and will spray your room upon arrival to mask the smell of sewage. When we arrived we asked to extend as our flight was changed and they said it was no problem. I double checked in the morning and she said we needed to leave as they were fully booked?! Then she said you will find somewhere else to stay. Oh and you’ll have to listen to people singing horrible kareoke constantly!

Rita (8/5): Very good - - The staff was super nice and helpful. I lost my hat and they helped me to figure out what happened to it. They even watched the security tape if I had the hat when I arrived. - We didn't have hot water in our room, so they changed us straight away to different room where shower was working normally. - The location was good - The accommodation closes it's entrance for the night. 12AM to 5AM. We arrived around 10pm, went to shower and then to eat, that is when we noticed the note about the gate. BUT the staff kept the door open a little bit later for us. That was nice. We were tired anyway and wouldn't be staying out for much later.. but I write this here now that other people know about it. Because we didn't see the info when we booked the room.
