• ZHIBIN (3/5): The nearest subway station is 10 minutes away, and the landlord's service is poor. - Nearby is a residential area with a relatively quiet environment. 1. On the first day of arrival, I was unable to open the door. It took me half an hour to contact the landlord to resolve the issue. 2. The apartment often experiences power outages 3. Kitchen utensils are not clean 4. The apartment provides a washing machine, but there is no tool or place to hang clothes 5. The air conditioning makes a lot of noise and is not very cool 6. The refrigerator has a strange smell
• Volker (9/5): Schönes Appartement in guter Lage von Rom. - Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Schöne große Wohnküche. Sehr gute Lage , fussläufig zum Vatikan /Petersplatz und zur nächsten Metro- Station (5-10Minuten). Öffentliche Parkplätze zu moderaten Parkgebühren waren praktisch vor der Haustür verfügbar. Das Schlafsofa ist etwas labil, aber kein großes Problem.
• Vasiliki (10/5): - Even though everything was perfect with the house, the neighbours were very rude. The guys from casa Lante were very kind and communicative. I recommend everyone to stay there, the guys are very nice and the place is perfect! We had a great time there!
• KENIA (8/5): - O apartamento é muito confortável. Dispõe de tudo o que precisamos. Área boa da cidade. Perto de ponto de ônibus e razoavelmente perto de uma estação de metrô. No dia que chegamos, o apartamento não estava limpo. Entramos na hora programada para o check in (15h), sem antecedência. Havia roupas de cama, toalhas sujas pelo chão, lixo no sexto do banheiro e da cozinha. Entramos em contato com a anfitriã e ela acionou imediatamente uma pessoa para fazer a faxina. Demorou cerca de 1h para a pessoa da limpeza chegar e mais 2 horas para limpar tudo. Ficamos lá dentro aguardando esse tempo todo para então conseguirmos usar o banheiro tomar um banho, preparar algo para comer. Foi bastante desagradável.

• Sébastien (7/5): Good value - I like it We had an issue with the electricity, the broker cannot support the AC and the washing machine working at the same time , so the power was out and we had to restore it

• Stanislav (9/5): Superb - I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very welcoming and responsive, which made everything even easier. The only small downside was that the sofa could have been a bit more comfortable, but overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again! The sofa wasn't very comfortable.
