• Nicolle (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at the riad during our time in Marrakech. The riad is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and tucked away just enough from the busy medina to feel like a calm oasis after a day exploring the city. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality genuinely made the experience feel personal and special. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and full of traditional charm, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. One of the best parts was the location — close enough to walk to everything in the medina while still feeling quiet and relaxing at night. The courtyard and rooftop were stunning and made the whole experience feel very authentic and luxurious. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. There is also a great restaurant basically next door with the best cheese cigars in the city. Nothing
• Mariella (8/5): Super riad au calme - Personnel adorable très discret. Petit déjeuner copieux excellent et varié. Décoration magnifique. Emplacement central et très silencieux.Bonne climatisation. La piscine est un bassin plutôt. Sans échelle donc pas utilisable ! Filtration mise 1 seule fois en 3 jours donc pas engageant...dommage. Malgré la décoration magnifique des chambres sont très sombres et mal éclairées. Manque d'equipements comme une grande penderie, de quoi déposer les valises, de l'éclairage dans la salle de bain un miroir grossissant ou encore de quoi déposer ou suspendre les affaires... Et pas de télévision... Des détails qui feraient la différence. Attention le riad est joignable uniquement à pieds... et les taxis se prennent à 1km de là, sur les abords de la place Jamaa El Fna. Pas évident de traverser cette place sans ombre et chargés... L'hôtel ne facilite pas la réservation de taxis ou de tuck tuck. Dommage.

• Iskra (4/5): Never again in a Riad - I had no idea what Riad meant. The location in the Medina and the price made me think it was good. Not sure I have anything good to say. We stayed one night out of three booked. I had to find a normal hotel to move to. The staff person at the Riad got money for the night we stayed and asked for another night as a penalty that we leave which he took for himself. Also after he took the money he asked me to cancel the reservation, which I could not at my end so he did it at his. He also asked me to lie to Booking.com that we did not stay at the hotel and pocketed 360 Euros in cash for the one night with no receipt or anything. They were kind enough to buy soft drinks for us and also get our luggage and us to the taxi outside the Medina when we moved to the other hotel. There is a nice terrace at the top of the Riad but the view is not great and it is rather windy. I would certainly not recommend it. I was ready to pay anything just to get out of there. In hindsight, I don’t think it was fair that they “charged” for me the extra night. If they did not, I would have skipped this review. The room was not like in the pictures or at least I missed the fact that the window and the “balcony” we inside. No TV, no coffee or mini bar, no slippers. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were very poor quality. I barely slept through the night. There was a hair in my Moroccan pancake at breakfast. There is no car reaching the Riad, you have to walk with the luggage say 500-800 meters and if you use help they charge you what they want. (The street guy wanted to take 200 dirhams (20 EUR), but we only gave him 50 dirhams which is what the taxi driver advised was fair). There are only stairs in the Riad. It is very dark and kind of musky throughout. Not for everyone’s taste.

• Lisa (10/5): Beautiful Riad in the Medina with amazing service...would highly recommend! - This was such a beautiful historic Riad with such wonderful service! It was so nice to step into this gorgeous, peaceful setting late and night after our long drive from the desert and we were served an delicious dinner at 10:30pm at night! The next morning the nice person at the front desk brought us a wonderful pot of coffee to our room and then we had a delicious breakfast downstairs. They were nice enough to keep or bags after we checked out so we could walk around and shop for a little before we left.

Solo complicado para entrar acceso a la plaza para directamente a nuestro hotel de la hora cerrar por la noche en la plaza y no sé qué hora era. Il gestore mi ha organizzato uscita in mongolfiera e appuntamento all'hammam, transfer all'aeroporto in maniera impeccabile.. davvero un base ideale per una vacanza a Marrakech. • Bethany (10/5): Gorgeous riad run by even better people - We had the most amazing stay at this riad in Marrakech. It’s honestly so beautiful - the internal courtyard is just stunning, and it feels so calm and peaceful inside. You’d never believe you’re literally two minutes from all the hustle and bustle. The location is perfect. But what really made it special was the staff. They were incredible from start to finish, and we saw that in the most meaningful way. We had a medical emergency in the middle of the night, and Yassin and Noaman were just amazing. They helped us get to the hospital safely, stayed calm, and were so caring the whole time. When we got back 4 hours later in the middle of the night, they were still there making sure we were okay. Their kindness honestly makes me a bit emotional thinking about it. They really went above and beyond for us, and we’re so grateful. Such a beautiful place, run by genuinely wonderful people. Yassin and Noaman - top, top guys. Thank you so much. Nothing

Everything was beautiful greeted with a warm welcome of mint tea. The room was cozy and comfy. Provided towels blow dryer, hot water , shampoo, conditioner ac it was away from the hustle of the Medina. I missed the breakfast but I’m sure it was good. The had a rooftop as well the pool wasn’t opened because it’s not season yet. But it was a nice view No negative comment

• Giorgia (8/5): Come sentirsi a casa - location molto bella curata e pulita..mi sono sentita come a casa...i due ragazzi sono davvero gentili...ci hanno trattato benissimo....letto comodo anche se per una come me di 1.72 era davvero piccolo...nel contesto sono stata davvero bene...da rivedere la colazione ..la posizione perfetta a due passi dal centro colazione non essendo a buffet...lho trovata un po' deludente e povera..non c'erano dolci...la frutta e lo yogurt erano tutto in formato miniatura...mi scocciava anche chiedergliela piu volte ..per chi non mangia pane come me con salse...o altro...le dimensioni erano un po' misere... il riad è molto bello ma buio.. sia la. zona colazione che le camere mancano di lluminosità ...tipico di loro.. le stanze non sono insonorizzate..parecchia confusione per chi volesse andare a letto presto!!

It didn’t bother us for one night but there’s currently (Feb 26) a building site right next door so there’s risk of a bit of banging.

Każdy detal w tym Rijadzie jest dopracowany. Ogromne brawa dla całego zespołu za pracowitość, serdeczność i profesjonalizm. Pyszne śniadanie.

Yassin organised for a colleague to meet our taxi in the main taxi drop off square and to guide us in person , ( at no extra charge) , through the maze of narrow streets to the riad. Essential ! He also recommended what became our favourite local restaurant- Marrackchi. One comment : the credit card machine needs to be much more modern . It wouldn’t work so in the end we had to go back the next day to pay, which if we were leaving for the airport would have been a problem . ( Not the fault of the team, the riad is still using an old SIM card type credit card machine ).

Była możliwość zamówienia przez obsługę hotelową taxi do hotelu i na lotnisko, pomogli nam z bagażami i doprowadzili do Riadu. Riad był niesamowity, od razu na wejściu czuć było kadzidła a w tle grała relaksująca muzyka . Zaprowadzili nas do poczekalni i powitali ciepłą herbatką . Można było zamówić kolację za 20 euro od osoby , kolacja była pyszna . ( są też opcje wege ). Ogromnym plusem jest to że w pokojach jest możliwość grzania klimatyzacja . Łóżka były twarde ale bardzo bardzo wygodne ! Wzięliśmy ze soba zatyczki do uszu, ale tutaj było bardzo cichutko. Śniadania bardzo dobre i wystarczające . Lokalizacja idealna , wszędzie blisko. Tylko uważajcie na mieście na puste uliczki mogą Was zaczepiać że rzekomo nie ma drogi i żądać później pieniędzy ( byliśmy świadkami takiej sytuacji ) ale generalnie ludzie bardzo mili i nie nachalni jak w co niektórych krajach . Hotel oferuje również masaże i wycieczki warto się z nimi zapoznać . Obsługa hotelowa była bardzo bardzo miła i zawsze pomocna . W razie jakichkolwiek pytań zawsze służyła pomocą . • Simrin (10/5): - The Riad is so stunning and well-decorated! It was a pleasure just to sit in the courtyard and enjoy the scenery. We stayed in a room on the first floor and it was clean and had all facilities. The neighborhood is well-located as it is tucked away from the busy street but still very central and close to all the sites. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, especially the property manager who would always greet us and help us out with whatever we needed. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Would definitely recommend this Riad! Nothing, everything was as described.

• Paola Francesca (10/5): Soggiorno molto confortevole - Il riad è una struttura curata, con ambienti accoglienti e confortevoli. Location strategica per visitare Marrakesh, pur essendo all’interno della Medina offre molta tranquillità. La colazione e la cena sono ottime, perfette per iniziare e concludere la giornata. Il letto è molto comodo. Inoltre, l'host è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a rendere il soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri. Consigliatissimo!

• Francesca (10/5): Stupendo! - L’accoglienza, la cena, la colazione, le camere e i servizi Purtroppo gli infissi sono molto leggeri e si sente praticamente ogni rumore proveniente dal Riad: le voci delle persone, i passi e tutti i suoni dall’esterno. La mattina, se si vuole dormire un po’ di più, può risultare parecchio fastidioso.

• Lilla (10/5): Great, pleasant and enjoyable in every way. - The hotel, its staff, service, breakfast, beds and everything else exceeded my expectations. The manager of the hotel Mr. Yassin was truly the most helpful and pleasant in every way and beyond. My hat off to them. Thank you. I liked everything about them. People should try their especially made dinner.
• Stephanie (8/5): Beautiful Riad experience - Location to visit the Medina is excellent. The bed very comfortable. Bath is amazing as is the décor throughout the room and hotel. Rooftop is a great place chill out. Staff are very helpful and organised a ride to the bus station. Staff also took our bags out of the medina to meet the transport. No lift but staff were happy to help us with luggage upstairs. The riad's don't seem to have tea, coffee or fridge facilities. We stayed in a couple and were the same. In the night or early morning there is no option for relaxing with a drink.

My friends and I wanted to take some pictures in it and the staff threw rose pedals in it without even being asked. They were so sweet. Breakfast was my favorite of all the Moroccan breakfasts we had during our two weeks traveling around Morocco. Great location and extremely clean.

• Brandon (7/5): Centrally located, safe, affordable, beautiful Riad that could use some room updates - Beautiful 4 story Riad in the heart of Marrakech. The Riad itself is beautiful and includes a pool right in the center. While they had towels, it didn't feel very swimmable but you could easily use as a plunge pool or dip your feet in. The staff were nice in the hotel and we felt safe in the Riad the whole time. While there was some construction next door, it was super quiet for sleeping and got really dark (not a ton of natural lights in most Riad rooms). AC and Wifi worked well. Typical Moroccan breakfast served each day from 8-10am. The staff upgraded us to a second floor room so we were away from the noise of the first floor, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, the second floor room didn't have a shower faucet that connected to the wall, which made things interesting when it came to showering. Not a huge deal but something to keep in mind when you view the bathroom photos. The room we stayed in didn't have a shower faucet that attached to the wall and was in need of some updates (rug was worn, chairs were worn out and coming apart). The bedding pillow cases didn't quite fit on the pillows and should be replaced.

• Claudio (10/5): La mejor forma de vivir Marrakech en un alojamiento. Muy amables y una vivencia maravillosa. Sin dud - El Riad es la experiencia perfecta en Marruecos. Su manager, El “amigo” Yasim, no ha facilitado todo y hecho sentir como en casa. Amable y profesional. La ubicación, ambientación y decoración son excepcionales. Sin duda volveríamos a este riad Nada. Todo fue perfecto. Advierto que el acceso es fácil una vez te ubicas, pero la primera vez se hace complicado. Lo ideal es comunicarse con Yasim para que espere en la calle o los oriente bien esa primera vez
