My bed didnt have a cover/ and the pillowcase hadnt been changed (i used my jacket as a pillow) it wasnt clean and there was no vending machine/kitchen. I needed some water i had to leave and find a smallshop near by to just drink clean water. But i guess it's what you get for 17 euros

- Sandra (4/5): Disappointing -
- Dambaasuren (5/5): Passable -
- Emanuela (1/5): Bad - Inpresentabile.
- Cherif (1/5): Bad - Nothing at all One of the worst hostels / hotels I've experienced !
Rain water inside the room despite balcony was closed, toilet flush broken and fixed with a rope, noise until midnight made by occupants of the upper room.
Last but not least, I could't open the gate of the private alleyway the hotel is in when I wanted to leave with my car, but no one was at the reception to help me and I had to wait almost 20 minutes under the rain until someone who lives in the same alleyway was kind enough to open the gate from his home so I could finally leave.
- Gabriele (10/5): Exceptional -
- Muhammad (1/5): Worst ever stay of my life on this hotel - Nothing Everything in the hotel was really bad including the room, toilet, beds and even the lights. My life's worst hotel.
- Amina (1/5): Catastrophique - Avoid at all costs if you’re traveling by car!
We booked a one-night stay at this hotel, and it was a complete nightmare. The neighborhood is very dangerous, and the place is absolutely not secure. The owner refused to let us park in the hotel parking lot, claiming that a government advisor had forbidden it. As a result, when we returned, we found our car with a broken window and all our belongings stolen.
This hotel was our worst experience ever. If you care about your safety and your belongings, stay away!
- Bauyrzhan (1/5): Close the hotel for violations of the booking rules and mismatch of the photos of the rooms. - Never check into the hotel.
They are rude, lying, nightmarish service, a very old hotel, it smells bad. Horror.
- Serxho (2/5): 2.5/10 - Only that guy at reception The shared bathroom with a very bad smell most disgusting thing ever in my life

- Inna (9/5): Good value for money - Fantastically professional young team who takes care of this humble place in Milan. 20 min on foot from the Central Tran station ( Milan Cl ) and a bit longer from Milan Lambrate ( bus 81 or one metro station away from m Milan Lambrate. The majority of guest as I understand are the international students. Clean bed rooms and bath. Downstairs there is a modest dining room with coffee/ tea or other paid non-alcoholic drinks. The hostel area is protected by the yard gates. Hostel also provides a few towels. Non-stressful check-out until 11am, check-in is until the midnight. Good value for money in such an expensive town like Milan.

- Fozia (5/5): The stay was okay for a one night stay. Not as bad as the reviews make it out to be but not worth the $60 USD that I was - Nice view from window, clean bathroom, clean bedroom, easy check in process. Dirty all around the hotel, loud and obnoxious guests, no staff around the property.
- Nicole (1/5): Avoid at all costs. They will not approve your refund - Nothing I was completely ignored. It was -2 outside and there was no heating so I had to sleep in my jacket. In general the whole room reminded me of a brothel. Everything was broken and dirty. They also rejected my request for a refund! It was an absolute nightmare and I couldn’t wait to leave that place
- Bharat (3/5): Poor -
- Novynskyi (10/5): Exceptional - I really liked the staff - very friendly. The room was clean and all the amenities were present in full working order and functionality. Very good, convenient and quiet location of the hotel. -

- Qemal (1/5): Bad -
- Lance (1/5): Bad -
- Dila (1/5): Bad - We had a fight in the middle of the night. The receptionist tried to send another person to our room which from the beginning we were going to stay alone with the Russian girl I met there. He started yelling at us and wr couldnt sleep well.

- Signeanu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Juris (6/5): Pleasant - A house itself is a gem! There really could be a Boutique hotel, but it was a bit in a bad shape.
Staff is nice and helpfull. Small things can really ruin the feeling. Such as bad quality of shower, barelly working wc etc.
Everything was usable and we did survive, but it was not the Boutique Hotel.
- Wathudurage (5/5): Passable -
- Andi (3/5): Poor -
- Rashid (1/5): Bad expirience - Nothing. Unfortunately I was rejected to Accomodation Photo not is real. Booking process not a clear for selecting gender depending room. Possible make some error. Personal not flexible.
- Rosemary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marquinhos (1/5): Sad and shameful. - I made a reservation at the Hotel, when I made my reservation I didn't realize that the accommodation I was booking was for women. When I arrived at the place, I was informed that I could not stay because my reservation was for women.
After all, I was informed that, due to the error, I would have a refund, as I did not cancel my check-in, but the hotel canceled it. But to my surprise, I did not receive my refund, and Booking did not receive a response to my cancellation. I sent messages asking about the refund and the Hotel did not respond to me, unfortunately they are not so fair with visitors, as they say, it's a shame that's why I DO NOT recommend the stay.
And I'm going to make a complaint against Booking that not even my emails respond to.
It's a shame that the experience is like this, taking advantage of the tourist. - Tseki (3/5): I like the hotel location. But room service is bad. - I didn`t eat the breakfast or anything else. Not clean.
The hotel Staff did not call me a taxi. I almost missed my flight because I had a night flight. It was night, so the hotel staff was not found. I went outside and got help from someone.
- Liudmilla (1/5): Bad - Well, the pictures in profile have nothing to do with reality. It was just bad. I didn't even dare to take a shower there. There is only one reason to choose this hostel - If your only other choice is to sleep on a street. Everything was bad - squeaky beds, terrible shower, only one plug for 6 people in the room. I ran away as soon as I woke up
- Patty (1/5): Bad - Like all hotels, they put up photos that are not real. When you arrive at the place, everything is different. The first night the house fell apart and we slept on the floor with the mattress from the bed. The bathrooms were very small and the place was ugly. Everything was in poor condition.

- Nicole (2/5): Don't stay here - The room was dirty, my bed was used and not cleaned, the guy at the reception was extremely unprofessional. There was some girl there not older than like 16 smoking in the reception, didn't speak english, very rude people. It was way too expensive for what it is. The beds are extremely loud, you could hear every single movement. If you just spend 30 euros more you can stay at a hotel, this was truly the worst experience I've had at a hostel.
- Yt (1/5): Bad -
- Belen (1/5): DIRTY, DISGUSTING AND A ZOO - NOTHING, i felt ripped after bedbugs. The picture is nothing to do with the accommodations. I arrived tired at night (2 am) and the guy told me to smile: women were supposed to smile. Later another one gave me bedsheets that were on the floor, and did the bed. I asked to please change the sheets since they were ALL PILLED UP IN A CORNER (mixed the “clean and the dirty” next to a clart that was falling off!) he was making faces. I asked for a duvet since night was cold and gave me two hand towels, since people “usually come prepared”.
Room full of sick people, with a smell of fries and cheese, there were 5 girls staying and the one next to me was rude when i asked her to stop the air conditioning since all the windows were open, the door didn’t closed and everyone kept coming and going with no mind for silence.
I had to leave at 6 am since i couldn't sleep, there was nobody in the reception so i had to wait like an hour for a guy that-shooed me when i asked to check out (i was using google translate since nobody spoke english) .I asked back for my receipt and proceeded to yell at me for not telling him it wasn't “trash”.
I just feel the place has to shut down, it is a war zone.

- Mohammad (1/5): bad - nothing. I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with this property, and I strongly advise others to avoid booking here. I reserved 4 rooms for one night, traveling with small children and a family member with special needs. After a long 6-hour drive, we arrived exhausted, with the kids asleep in the car. We had informed the property in advance that we would be checking in at midnight, which they acknowledged.
Upon arrival, my wife and I went to check in, only to discover that there were stairs leading to the rooms—something my brother, who has special needs, could not navigate. My wife went up to check if there was any way we could make it work, but it was clear it wasn’t possible. We immediately requested to cancel the reservation, explaining the situation to the manager, who agreed to cancel without charging us.
However, when I followed up later, both myself and Booking.com tried contacting the property numerous times without success. When they finally responded, they falsely claimed that we had arrived late (which was not the case) and even lied, saying we had stayed in the room, which is completely untrue.
This level of dishonesty is unacceptable. If you’re considering booking here, save yourself the headache and money—this place is not worth it.
- Madison (1/5): It was awful! - The location was okay. All the reviews were right. This place was not well taken care of and there were clearly unclean areas. The stench of the place also did not add to my experience at all and the gross shared bathroom is really what put it over the edge. The place was somewhat difficult to find because the name that they have written on the fence is not the name for this listing. Additionally, to call this place a hotel rather than a sad excuse for a hostel is just a disgrace to all the unfortunate travelers that book this place. It was also quite expensive for the actual things they did provide, which was almost clean linens and a barely locking door. Furthermore, no one should ever book this place! Please do not stay there and let these people go out of business because no one should be so misfortunate to ever have to deal with this place again.
