- George (8/5): - Stațiunea este frumoasă și faptul ca ai transport asigurat la si de la pârtie. Curățenia în camere și baie ,i taxa pt un cățeluș f mic de 25 euro pe zi, fără să scrie în rezervarea făcută . Am fost surprinși de pret!

- Ξένια (6/5): - Το ξενοδοχείο ηταν σε καλο σημειο. Το προσωπικό στην υποδοχή ηταν φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Όπως και τα παιδια στη κουζινα. Το δωματιο ηταν ζεστο. Το δωματιο ηταν καθαρο. Κατι που δεν μπορω να πω για την πισινα και το τζακουζι. Μπηκαμε μονο μια φορα. Ηταν αρκετα βρόμικο το νερο. Το τζακούζι ηταν χαλασμένο. Λειτουργούσε μονο ενα κουμπί. Η πισινα γυρο γυρω στα πλακάκια γεματη αλατα και βρομιά. Το νερο και στα δυο πολυ βρομικο αν και πήγαμε πρωι που υποτίθεται πως ολη τη νυχτα επρεπε να καθαρίσουν τα νερα με χλώριο. Το φαγητο ετσι κι ετσι. Το πρώτο απόγευμα δοκίμασα μακαρόνια με μανιτάρια και ηταν λιγο πριν χαλασουν τελείως. Δεν ηταν μαγειρεμένα εκείνη τη στιγμή αλλα μαλλον μερες πριν. Οπότε τις υπόλοιπες φορες που κατέβηκα για φαγητό την εβγαλα με σαλατες και κοτόπουλο στη σχαρα που το εφτιαχναν εκεινη την ωρα. Έχοντας δουλέψει σε ξενοδοχειο ξερω πως το προσωπικό δεν φταίει. Απλα ακολουθούν τις εντολές. Οπότε μαλλον ειναι αλλου το πρόβλημα. Για ολο το προσωπικό εχω να πω οτι ηταν πολυ καλο. Δυστυχώς δεν μιλούσαν ρωσικα, ουτε ελληνικά αλλα βγαλαμε άκρη. Επίσης κατι που δεν μου αρεσε καθόλου ειναι οτι δεν περίμενα να εχουν τοσο ακριβό το νερο. Πηραμε 2 μπουκάλια μεγαλα και 2 μικρα και πληρώσαμε 12 ευρω!!! Αυτο ειναι σκετη απατη!

- Slobodan (9/5): - Prijatan bazen, ukusna hrana, ljubazno osoblje I solidna higijena u objektu. Za pohvalu je sto smo dobili prelazak u bolju jedinicu bez doplate, a imali smo I besplatan parking ispred hotela. Za mene je bio prevruc dzakuzi a I voda u njemu nije bila dovoljno cista . U restoranu nije bio plitkih vecih tanjira, bilo je plitkih tanjira samo za desert. Meni je krevet bio neudoban, izgleda da je vreme da se promeni ili da se stavi naddusek jer se oseti da je propao.

Много голям избор в ресторанта, има по нещо за всеки вкус Басейнът има нужда от по-редовно почистване, изглеждаше мътен и плочките бяха разбити, има прекалено малко шезлонги. В стаите изглежда чисто на пръв поглед, но има какво да се подобри. Чаршафите и калъфките се отваряха постоянно. Също така имаше предоставени допълнителни възглавници и завивки, но без калъфки. Леглата не бяха особено удобни
- Стойне (10/5): Стойне Григоров - Изключително любезен персонал. Винаги усмихнат и готов да съдейства във всяко едно отношение.В хотела е чисто, топло и уютно. СПА зоната е прекрасна и има всичко необходимо. Храната в ресторанта е на много високо ниво, постоянно се допълва бюфета и всичко което пробвах ми допадна. Всичко ми хареса. Нямам забежки.
- Милоје (9/5): - Osoblje je bilo veoma dobro, hrana sa švedski sto odlična, bazen mora da ima bolju ventilaciju i voda je štipala za oči da li je hlor ili ne ne znam. Odlazak na skijalište kao i povratak imaju veliku vremensku razliku vozilo ide u 11 a vraća se u 16 časova, zato smo išli svojim vozilom. Najam ski opreme kao i ski pas veoma skupi prema onome što se nudi. Uveče nema gde da se izađe, nema nikakav sadržaj. Sve u svemu za te pare može da se nađe bolja destinaciija.

Настанихме се късно вечерта, но те ни се обадиха понеже не бяха получили информацията, която бяхме подали за пристигане в хотела. Чакаха ни с приготвени торби (сандвичи, плодове, вода), за някой това може да не е много, но всъщност показва отношение към техните гости. Препоръчваме!

- Monika (10/5): I would totally recommend, and would definitely come back here. - It was a great stay. It had nice variety in food. The serving hours were perfect to complete a skiing day. They also have a restaurant at the hotel if you would like to have a snack or lunch during the day. At dinner you can also serve different beverages for a fee, but still really cheap if you compare it with other places. They have free parking and a shuttle bus to the gondola, in the morning, and back in the afternoon. Also they have a place to store your ski equipment and also a service and rental office for equipment at the hotel. The spa was clean, but quite crowded in the evening. They also provide massage services on demand, for a fair price. The rooms are just like in the photo. The staff was really friendly and there to help you with whatever they could. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning. Side note: this side of the town is there for the skiing experience. You have an infinite number of rentals around the gondola, fast foods and many restaurants and bars. During the week if you’re in line at the gondola latest at 9 you have all the chances to be up in the mountain around 10. The best way to measure your waiting time is to see if the line made the corner of the parking lot down the street, if that’s the case, i recommend looking for a taxi to the top ( taxi is 10€, you’ll hear them around the line looking for riders, town bus is 6€, it’s right in front of Happy End).

The first day the pool had too much chlorine and it caused eye irritation after that is good.Also the food selection was limited,with mostly pork dishes and not many options with chicken or beef.

Also, it was not quiet and there are pets constantly making noise so not the perfect hotel to get some rest

The other guests were coming to the spa and going back to their room immediately as they realized the water was cold. This ruined our experience. We went to Bansko because of the spa. Ruined our experience.

- Lubo (9/5): Arrived Monday afternoon, skied for 3 days and left. - The staff was really eager to accomodate the guests. Upon my arrival I was informed that there is an issue with the transportation to the ski slopes. I was understandably disappointed. The next morning, to my pleasant surprise a staff member came at breakfast to tell me that the issue has been solved and a bus to the slopes is waiting for me (I was the only skiing guest at that time). My food preferences were more than satisfied and I was offered refreshments upon comining back from skiing. Thank you Божо, Коста and Иван and the young ladies at the reception desk whose names I neglected to ask. No remarks whatsoever.
