• Marcel (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist gross sauber und hat einen herrlichen Balkon. Sie liegt ca. 25min zu Fuss vom Stadtzentrum. Es ist alles perfekt organisiert. Es gibt gute Parkplätze in der Nähe. Die Bürokratie rund um diese Wohnung ist leider ziemlich groß. Schon vor dem Einzug bekommt man mehrere lange E-Mails mit vielen Anweisungen. Allein das Einlesen, die Kautionsüberweisung und das Ausfüllen aller Details dauern etwa eine Stunde. Noch bevor man überhaupt eingezogen ist, erhält man bereits Mails mit einer Liste von Aufgaben für den Auszug – zum Beispiel, dass man die Bettwäsche während des Aufenthaltsnicht beflecken darf und vor der Abreise Fotos von allen Räumen machen und zuschicken soll. Das war mir insgesamt etwas zu viel Aufwand für einen Aufenthalt.
• jan (8/5): We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in Cagliari - Ruime, schone accommodatie met een groot dakterras. Aanwezigheid van een wasmachine was erg prettig. We hadden elke keer een parkeerplaats voor de deur. Goede locatie om de stad te bezichtigen
• Anna (8/5): Gut und ruhige Lage - Viel Platz und Stauraum. Sehr grosse Terrasse. Der Lift ist in die Jahre gekommen… Auf der Terrasse könnte mehr daraus gemacht werden.
• Marcel (8/5): Prima appartenent in apoartemrntenwijk - Ruim appartement met zeer ruim dakterras. Parkeren gemakkelijk. Nespresso, waterkoker, wasmachine etc. Saaie buurt. Centrum castello 30 min lopen. Maar met auto en parkeren bij pacheggio stazione voor 1.80 per uur is goed alternatief.
• Irune (10/5): Estancia de 10! Repetiremos seguro. - Nos encantó la localización del apartamento (muchos aparcamientos libres gratuitos, la terraza grande, el aire acondicionado, bien equipado…). La hora de salida es a las 10h. Quizás 1h más de margen habría estado estupendamente.

• Ramos (10/5): Exceptional - The unit was amazing. Super comfortable beds, ample space on all rooms and a nice kitchen area. We even had a washing machine. The balcony space was a sweet bonus. To be honest, I can't complain about anything. But as an idea to improve the unit, I'd say atable and chairs in the balcony would have made my breakfast even more pleasant.
