• Alistair (9/5): Overall a very comfortable, accommodating stay which is well worth a visit! You can trust what you read and not be disap - We were definitely not disappointed, it is exactly as it is advertised and the photos don’t actually do it justice. It is comfortable and clean with everything you could need. We didn’t meet the hosts but Mike was very accommodating over message and was there if we needed anything. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like! Just a few notes, you definitely need a car which we had so there was no problem there. There were a few tiny cleaning issues like hair left in the en suite bin, as we were emptying the bag from our stay it fell out from underneath the bag onto the bathroom floor and there was quite a lot and crumbs underneath the sofa which hadn’t been hoovered.
• Marc (10/5): Es war Erstklassig!!!! - Es war alles sehr sehr gut. Die Wohnung war übertroffen sehr gut ausgestattet, neu, gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Traumhafte Lage. 4 Sterne Wohnung !!! Es war alles absolut in Ordnung. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

There was everything provided in this accommodation to make it a great homely atmosphere.The welcome pack was a lovely touch too.I would highly recommend Sunny Bank for a relaxing stay which is close to some lovely Cornish/Devon beaches & villages.

• Dawn (10/5): perfect place to stay even for a short break - the location was lovely and peaceful and the property had a lot of space inside , great for a family . two bedrooms two bathrooms and very modern and clean . easy to get in touch with the host if needed . a lovely place to stay . not very close to shops but it is self catering so make sure you have what you need if not wanting to travel out straight away.

Property of a high standa - How peaceful the location of the property was The high standards of the furnishings and fixtures and fittings Quick response of owner to any questions/ issues How far it was from anything - we thought we would be nearer to Holsworthy Problems with heating in the first night which the owner resolved on the second day Couldn’t find any dishes to cook with in the microwave
