• Jenny (7/5): Gute Lage, Wohnung ist okay - Es sind drei Schlafzimmer vorhanden, zwei Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett. An Inventar war alles da was man braucht, nur im Bad wünscht man sich vor dem Fenster einen blickdichten Vorhang, im Dunkeln mit Licht an fühlt man sich da beobachtet. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, teilweise war an Geschirr und Besteck noch Reste von Vorgängern, das könnte daran liegen, dass der Geschirrspüler nicht richtig toll reinigt. Außerdem ist uns persönlich zu viel Schnickschnack überall, wo dann natürlich nicht alles weggeräumt wird damit man ordentlich sauber machen kann. Die Fenster hatten noch die Handabdrücke von Kleinkindern vorher - was generell ja normal mit Kindern ist, aber wenn neue Leute in die Wohnung gehen, sollte man das schon wegmachen. Außerdem waren wir 5 Personen und es waren lediglich die beiden Doppelbetten bezogen. Wir hatten extra eine Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern gesucht und waren dann verblüfft, warum das Einzelbett nicht bezogen war. Auf Nachfrage bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurde uns gesagt, wir können ja ein Bett umbeziehen … was das Grundproblem nicht gelöst hat.

• Jörg (8/5): Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben den die Wohnung sehr genossen - Die zentrale Lage sowie die Ausstattung der Wohnung , Betten sehr angenehm Die Adresse der Unterkunft speziell die Hausnummer ist nicht korrekt.Auch hatten wir den Eindruck das der Geschirrspüler nicht mehr richtig funktioniert d teilweise verschmutztes Geschirr vorhanden war.Auch nachdem wir versucht haben das Geschirr mit dem Geschirr mit dem Geschirrspüler zu reinigen, hatten wir keinen Erfolg. Schade fanden wir auch das nach unserem Abschlussbericht an Frau Kohsmund keine Rückmeldung kam wie z. B. Danke für die Info oder habe ich zur Kenntnis genommen.

• Fruzsina (3/5): moving from one to another apartments - We followed the instructions and called them one day before our arrival. On the travel day, we called them about what time we were arriving at the property. They gave us instructions on where to find the tresor, key, and code. We found everything, but when we entered the flat, we realized there was already another family enjoying their stay. The agent promised to find another apartment for us, so in half an hour, they called back and told us the new address, which was farther from the beach. We could finally find the flat and unpack our things, so we left again to enjoy the day with the kids and family. An hour later they called us again to say that we could not stay in that flat and we had to move again.....we should be back in 20min......We were already at a beach and planned the rest of the day, which they overwrote for us, and we basically couldn't do anything that day, only moving from one flat to another. So basically, we lost one day, and at the end of the day, everybody was so exhausted and still worried about what if we have to move again.... The next day we got 2 bottle of wines and an apology... The fair would be to pay back at least one day, which we lost.
