Posizione ottima abbiamo girato quasi tutto a piedi, la casa accogliente con tutti i confort. Il proprietario una bravissima persona ci ha accolti calorosamente, gentilissimo e disponibile ci ha pure spiegato tutto quello che c'era da sapere per goderci a pieno Roma. Alla prossima 😘

• Marion (8/5): Séjour agréable - Cet appartement est très bien situé, proche de différents arrêts de bus, de la gare, le colisée est au bout de la rue, il y a une place très agréable juste à côté. Proche des commodités. Il est possible de visiter toutes les choses à voir très facilement à pied ou en bus ! L'appartement est spacieux, agréable à vivre, tout est mis à disposition, cuisine, climatisation, draps de bain, gel douche, shampoing. L'accès y est très facile depuis la gare (20 min à pied ou 10 min en bus), la remise des clés se fait à n'importe quelle heure puisqu'il y a un système de coffre fort ce qui est très pratique. Alessandro, l'hôte, est très gentil et disponible, pleins de bons conseils. Je recommande pour un séjour en famille de 4 personnes ou un week-end à 2 !

Le propriétaire est disponible pour répondre a nos questions par wattsap et nous a donné plein de bons plans. Le lieu est propre, accueillant et tres bien équipé. Nous étions avec nos 2 enfants on a adoré. Le canapé lit n'est pas hyper confortable mais suffisamment pour des enfants.

Alessandro was very proactive in helping us out through out our stay, he helped us with our luggage even post check-out and also getting a taxi to the airport. Him and his wife are such warm people to meet. I would highly recommend to book his place for your visit to Rome.
• Tara (10/5): Great Apartment for family of 5, in great location! - Great location. Host was very responsive. Had a maintenance issue that was resolved quickly. Plenty of room. Quiet. Adequate blankets and towels. Clean. Window coverings in the bathroom should be blackout. Space for crib is up a VERY narrow steep staircase. We didn’t need it, but I’m not even sure if it’s for decoration. It would be very difficult to carry a sleeping baby up those stairs, and the loft ceiling is very low so you wouldn’t be able to stand up. Not an issue for my family, but would be an issue if someone actually needed to use that space.

I really appreciated that the owner provided detailed check-in instructions, which made it easy for us to settle in comfortably. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The owner also shared helpful recommendations on nearby attractions, transportation, and restaurants. There’s a wonderful café right next to the apartment, where we enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. This wasn’t our first time in Rome, and I can confidently say that this apartment offers a great balance of price and quality. We had a bit of trouble figuring out how to use the shower, so there was some water on the bathroom floor, but it wasn’t a big issue.

Location inside ztl, price vs amenities. Was not told about it being in ztl, requiring us to move the car after 8 pm, arrive late, or cross ztl for fines. Specially booked this room for parking.

There are a lot of restaurants close by where you can enjoy breakfast and also dinner but also the supermarket. The apartment is well equipped with everything you may need, is spacious and clean. The host is very kind and responsive, he helped us with all the information we needed and even gave us some very good suggestions regarding the main attractions, means of transport and restaurants. The check in was done in no time at all.

• Gina (9/5): Super convenient location in the heart of Rome's historic district in a quiet and nice apartment. - Perfect accommodations for 2 couples and a baby... parking in the garage was essential for the area and a huge draw for us. Apartment was walkable to nearby metro stations and many shops and restaurants. Bedrooms and bathrooms were just what we needed. A lockbox would be easier for getting the keys and garage opener due to the busy street and location. Then meet up with the host for tour of apartment. The garage opener was very hard to use for the duration of our stay. Maybe the battery was low and/or maybe we didn't know exactly where we should be pointing it. Renters should be given alternate access to the apartment building than just through the garage. Would have made it much easier for walking in and out when we weren't driving our car.

He provided detailed video instructions, allowing us to get into the house without any problems, even though he was not able to meet with us because our flight was delayed. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated; we had everything we needed—it was like a home away from home. The location is superb, within walking distance to the heart of Rome. One more thing: our host even called the taxi company to reserve a taxi for us early in the morning, ensuring we would get to the airport on time. Everything was good during our stay. We will book his house again if we visit Rome in the future.

Apartment on a nice quiet street and set back in a courtyard. The apartment itself is nicely decorated, well equipped and characterful - was a good size for 5. The host Alessandro was very prompt and helpful at all times, including suggestions for places to visit and restaurants. Nothing really.
