Was ich seltsam fand die Besetzung von Parkplätzen, dass man kein festen Parkplatz zugewiesen bekommt. Wenn man mal mit Auto unterwegs ist, beim Rückkehr heiß es nicht dass man wieder desselben Parkplatz oder überhaupt ein Parkplatz finden würde.

Zu kleiner Pool, zu wenig Liegen. 1 ganzer Tag Warmwasserausfall, mussten kalt duschen. Whirlpool ist deshalb auch ausgefallen. Waren 2 Ehepaare für 2 Nächte. Termine für Massagen waren fast ausgebucht. Kein Smart TV. 😌

Rezervējot 2 numurus četru zvaigžņu viesnīcā ar bezmaksas atcelšanu, brokastīm+vakariņām un Premium ārstniecisko paketi , izteicām lūgumu : numuri Blue House mājā ar balkonu, vannu, augstākos stāvos. Atbildēja, ka augšējais! stāvs ir aizņemts, bet mūs uzņems iespēju robežās. Desmit dienas pirms ierašanās tika iekasēta pilna summa par 7 dienām. Vienu dienu pirms lidojuma tika atsūtīta ziņa, ka tiksim izmitināti Green House. Tā kā iepriekš tur nebijām bijuši un nauda jau bija iekasēta par visu periodu, devāmies lidojumā. Viesnīcā ierādīja numurus nulles stāvā, šaura dušas kabīne , kurā ūdens tek uz grīdas. Lūdzām samainīt, jo sajūtas kā slimnīcas palātā. Atteica, jo mēs, it kā, bijām brīdināti. Ēdiena daudzums brokastīs un vakariņās pietiekams, bet ļoti zemā līmenī. Rezervācijas aprakstā- minerālūdens piegāde ārstniecības kursam. Realitātē-jābrauc uz pilsētu 3xdienā uz publiskajiem avotiem. Procedūru grafiks ļoti saspringts, stresains. Personāla attieksme uzraugoša, augstprātīga. Viesnīca esot ļoti pieprasīta. Trešajā dienā darījām zināmu, ka brauksim prom un lūdzām daļēju naudas atmaksu. Atteica, jo daudzi braucot prom ātrāk. Teica, lai rakstam Bookingam, ko arī izdarījām. Arī atteica. Izrakstoties, piestādīja vēl papildus rēķinu 118 Eur par 2 krūzītēm, kuras mēs apskatījām, bet nenopirkām.

Christin (3/5): Wellness und Entspannung sieht anders aus - Personal war freundlich, aber unter einen Wellness/Spa Resort stelle ich mir was anderes vor. Pool und Saunabereich sehr klein, Bilder im Internet sehr stark bearbeitet Die Zimmer waren nicht schön, weder gemütlich noch liebevoll eingerichtet, alte Möbel, teilweise abgesplittert oder schräge Einlegeböden. Badezimmer sehr klein, Dusche überhaupt nicht schön, ganze Bad schwamm danach, ist eine kleine Badewanne mit leicht abgetrennter Duschwand, also auch nichts für ältere zwecks Einstieg. Toilette ist daneben in einem extra Raum, auch sehr beengt

Christian (8/5): Gut und erholsam für unsere Ganztageswanderungen und Café-Besuche in Karlsbad, ganz wie erhofft. - erfüllte unsere Erwartungen, außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum im DZ - nicht wie im Thermal Hotel wegen der dortigen Badewanne im Bad, Frühstück- und Abend-Buffets gute Auswahl, Restaurantleitung könnte besser sein, z.B. fehlten während des Essens immer wieder Gläser (Hintergründe kennen wir jedoch nicht). Parterre-Café Einrichtung/Gestaltung ist schon sehr altertümlich fad, erinnert leider an DDR-Hotels. Die meisten Gäste sind Kurgäste: Man müsste sie persönlich fragen, was man für sie ohne hohen Preisaufschlag verbessern könnte.

Arny (8/5): - Hotel, ubytování, snídaně a večeře OK. Parkování mimo hotel cca 10 min. chůze. Sauny pouze finské, parní mimo provoz, není ochlazovací místnost, nedostanete se ven na ochlazení. Všeobecně cenová relace Karlových Varů, je to zde dražší než v Benátkách, akorát pivo je levnější.

Arthur (2/5): The worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many in my life time. - Parking was good The restaurant was like a factory canteen, the food was frequently cold. After one dinner there I went out to eat. I had breakfast there and it was just bearable. The information on the hotel was not correct I booked a 19 square metre and was given a smaller room with a Balkon just big enough for 1 person. I asked if I could have a bigger room they said yes and I would have to pay 200 euros more which I did. I could write more but unfortunately all would be negative.

Radka (10/5): pobyt byl skvělý od lokality přes milý personál, stravu, čistotu a ubytování, byli jsme již potřetí - snídaně i večeře byly pestré,chutné,všeho dostatek,rychlé doplňování a časové rozmezí na snídaně i večeře plně vyhovující, lokalita umístění hotelu vynikající, v přírodě,dostupnost do centra skvělá, MHD,pěšky, varianta podzemní dráhou od hotelu Imperial-pokud si to chcete zpestřit. Čistota a úklid na jedničku, personál na recepci, u jídla i v lobby baru příjemný a usměvavý, Byli jsme již potřetí, pořád je co objevovat ve Varech. Předělaný lobby bar v Blue House mile překvapil, chtělo by to doladit u oken,více zeleně,kombinace dřeva a světel i u parketu, jinak taneční večery užili jsme si to. Doplňková služba květiny na pokoj luxusní, květiny vydržely i po návratu domů, nečekané milé překvapení od partnera. nemáme co vytknout,

Andreas (2/5): Enttäuschend! - Sicher gab es etwas, leider wurde das (wenige) Positive komplett vom Negativen überlagert! Ich habe mich bewusst für Ihr Hotel entschieden, da bereits der Name und die Positionierung als „Spa Resort“ eine ruhige, erholsame Atmosphäre und entsprechende Rahmenbedingungen erwarten lassen. Diese Erwartung ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Buchungsentscheidung gewesen. Vor Ort musste ich jedoch feststellen, dass es aufgrund von Bauarbeiten zu einer erheblichen und wiederkehrenden Lärmbelastung kommt. Diese steht in deutlichem Widerspruch zum eigentlichen Zweck eines Spa-Aufenthalts und beeinträchtigt die Erholung spürbar. Aus meiner Sicht ist dies nicht nur eine geringfügige Unannehmlichkeit, sondern eine relevante Einschränkung der zugesicherten Aufenthaltsqualität. Besonders kritisch sehe ich, dass ich vor Anreise keinen klaren und transparenten Hinweis auf diese Bauarbeiten erhalten habe. Eine entsprechende Information im Vorfeld hätte meine Buchungsentscheidung maßgeblich beeinflusst.

Denise (7/5): Solides Hotel, Gästeklientel hauptsächlich deutsch Ü60 - Personal ist sehr freundlich, alles war sehr sauber, auch im Schwimmbad und spa. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe. Das Hotel ist durchdacht, es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten für kleinere Gruppen und eine Bibliothek. Eine Quelle mit Wasser direkt im Hotel. Der Service beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam. Die meisten Mitarbeitenden sprechen deutsch. Zimmer hat alles, was man benötigt (Wasserkocher, Schrank, Lichtschalter am Bett). Die Matratzen waren sehr hart, aber wir haben gut geschlafen. Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Die Sauna ist groß aber der Vorbereich der Sauna sehr sehr eng und es gibt keine Sitz- oder Liegemöglichkeit. Wenn man abends kommt, gibt es keine Handtücher mehr und man erhält Bettlaken. Der Whirlpool ist sehr klein und wurde von Gästen den ganzen Abend besetzt, es gab keine Chance ihn zu nutzen für uns. Das ist natürlich nicht die Schuld des Hotels, sondern beschreibt eher das Gästeklientel. Am zweiten Tag sind wir gar nicht mehr in den spa, obwohl wir deswegen das Hotel gebucht haben. Vor dem Haupteingang sind Parkplätze und Tische und Stühle für die Gäste. Bei der Ankunft wirkt es eher wie ein deutsches Krankenhaus mit Rauchern vor der Tür. Der Rauch zieht dann in den Bereich der Bibliothek in der ersten Etage wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind. Keine Klimaanlage. Trotz der Lage ist die Aussicht aus dem Restaurant beim Frühstück auf Parkplätze. An sich ein sehr durchdachtes und solides Hotel, ich denke, wir waren einfach die falschen Gäste. :)
