• Joanna (8/5): Supernah zum Addo! - Nähe zu Addo ist spitze. Unterkunft hat viele Betten, die angenehm verteilt und bequem sind. Interieur schon sehr veraltet. Den Pool wollten wir nicht nutzen, er war nicht wirklich sauber.
• Yvonne (5/5): Nichts besonderes - Aufgrund der Fotos hatten wir uns eine bessere Lage mit Ausblick auf den Fluss vorgestellt, es fehlte leider Licht im kleinen Schlafzimmer, im großen Schlafzimmer dagegen würde die Nacht ständig durch den Bewegungsmelder auf dem Hof unterbrochen, unvorteilhafte Einrichtung, jedoch sehr sauber

Het ontbree - Wilma is de meest fantastische host die je je kunt voorstellen. Heel vriendelijke en warme vrouw. De accommodatie is ruim, zeer goed uitgerust. Een hele fijne plek om te overnachten als je bijvoorbeeld Addo Elephant park wilt bezoeken Niets

• Bryson (10/5): Absolutely fantastic stay - The host Wilma was friendly and amazing. She catered to all our needs and even let us check out a bit later. The house is absolutely stunning and spacious. We loved the sun deck and the outside braai area as well. The bathroom is very modern. The beds are super comfy that makes you have a pleasant sleep. The house was spotless clean when we got there and we tried to leave it in the same condition when leaving. There was a garage parking provided. There is a beautiful pool available to be used. The river was just a 1 minute walk down from the house and is beautiful including the private jetty and dock. We caught some decent sized fish here as well. Kob and grunters were caught here and straight on the braai they go 🙂. Overall this place was super and Wilma is amazing, we will definitely be coming back here💯
• Vincent (7/5): Für Addo park süd-Gate super Ausgangslage mit Verbesserungs potential. - Wilma ist eine super nette Gastgeberin. Direkt neben Addo park. Tolle Dachterrasse. Riesiges Appartement. Supermarkt und Restaurant (Abendessen & Frühstück) direkt ums Eck. Geschirr und Küche teils nicht sauber. Einchecken war schwierig, da nicht klar wo Eingang und wie man Zutritt erlangt - erst nachdem wir uns getraut haben in den Garten zu gehen (durch Hintertüre ein Weg der nicht nach Eingang ausgeschaut hat), konnten wir problemlos einchecken. Ein Schild / Klingel wäre hilfreich.

• Carin (5/5): Will not make use of this overnight again - Location was close to Addo No hot water for 5 quests No working alarms Had to ask for plug for bath - was told the bath uses to much water and they have solar power (was given the plug eventually) Has to pay to put on the aircon Dishwasher did not work Shower railing came off while taking a shower

• Jürg (9/5): A very spacious accommodation, comfortably appointed and quiet by the river. - Overall a very spacious accommodation, comfortably appointed. Easy to find and right on the river. We enjoyed it as a base for exploring the Addo Elephant National Park. We enjoyed the barbeque facility very much. There should be a light on top of the outside stairs, as the last step is higher than the others and one can easily miss it and fall (as happened to me). The lights in the shower are did not work and the one in the bathroom are very week.
• Benita (10/5): Best Host, best stay, best everything! - It was in a great location and it was spotless clean and very spacious. The best however was our host. she was so accommodating and friendly. She made us feel at home and like nothing was too much to ask for. she went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever. Nothing. Everything was great!
• Fawziyah (7/5): It was moderately good - The beds were comfortable, the Braai area was well equipped and we had enough essentials. The room were spacious, the property is off the grid so it was a bonus that we did not experience loadshedding. The guest house was very clean, the entertainment rooms were spacious and very family orientated. The parking was secure and the area was very safe, thanks to the two ladies who spoke to us the day before we left, you made us feel very welcome. The private jetty was accessible via the side gate and the views were lovely. when looking at the images on the property it was thought that the pool area would be near or enclosed within the guest house area, which meant guests would have some privacy and this was one of major reasons we booked it but the pool was inaccessible to us because it is enclosed by the owners residence and you can see within their residence. When we arrived we asked if we were allowed to use the pool, which in the description said we can but the lady that checked us in did not know and asked someone else, this made us uncomfortable and therefore did not use the pool. It was stipulated that there was stairs going up to the guesthouse, I do not recommend booking the property if you suffer from knee issues. They should mention that coins are needed for the operation of the air conditioner and Wifi did not work all the time.
• Mark (8/5): Very good - Well maintained. Easy to live in. Sadly the owner had a health issue so was unavailable for things like WiFi passwords etc.

• Ridout (8/5): Perfect for safari visitors - The location for safari at Addo was perfect and my son being able to a little fishing essentially from the garden was great, just a shame it rained 2 out of 3 days so he couldn't fish more The beds were comfy with extra special touch of electric blankets. There was all the appliances and cooking facilities to make meals easily. The bathroom was spacious and plenty of hot water for all of us to bathe within water restrictions The kids loved having dstv. And the WiFi was really useful for us as international guests. Pool looked lovely, shame it was wet and too cold to use it! A few little essentials would be handy such as salt pepper and oil, the pans aren't very non stick.
