• davy (2/5): 1ste en laatste keer dat ik hier verblijf!! - de locatie had 3 slaapkamers Bij aankomst heb ik contact gezocht met de eigenaar om het juiste appartement te vinden en kreeg instructies om naar een ander adres te komen dat ik het verkeerde adres had.Ik had geen kans om te discussieren aangezien hij de telefoon gewoon aflegde na zijn uitleg. aangezien ik een huisje had geboekt met beveiligde parking was dit een verassing. Het ander appartement was 10 min extra wandelen van het station, het huis was niet echt proper te noemen er was geen bestek, tassen en borden voor 4 personen hierdoor hebben we altijd uit moeten eten. matrassen waren doorgelegen en zouden dringend vervangen moeten worden. De voordeur kon niet op slot en er zat speling op de deur. aan de voorzijde was er zeer veel lawaai van de straat (zelfs met oordoppen). De douche op gelijkvloers was met een elektrische verwarming maar werkte niet naar behoren. niet mogelijk om je hier deftig te kunnen douchen. de bad douche op de 1ste verdieping was doenbaar maar niet proper en de kraan lekte.
• Marco (3/5): - Bedrooms are OK. WiFi is OK. Fridge is large. Location is quite close to Elisabeth line. Precise location shared late after arrival in the wrong address. Dirt on dishes, in the bathrooms, in the front courtyard. Water-heater in the ground-floor shower is broken—it serves only ice or boiling hot water. Living room is equipped with excessively large table and chairs.
• Henrik (6/5): Great place if you need a base for sleeping while in London. A little lacking if you need more. - 3 nice rooms. Servers as a fine base for sleeping. Easy contact with host. Nice guy! Location is not as show in booking.com app. You have to walk a little to get to it, but no more than 10 minutes. House next door has a special needs kid that is very loud, especially in the morning. Is shows that it is a house for rent only and no one lives there. Small things like no hooks for towels in the bathroom and there is no knife for cutting bread.
• Nitesh (1/5): Don't fall for the trap! Different location, unclean poorly managed property. - Worst experience I ever had. Location as mentioned in the post is different and almost more than 1.2 miles away! Care taker/owner doesn't care about anything, won't respond over phone/chat/messages even if you are waiting outside the property for check in But he will be there at the property door at 10:50 am for check out process! No cleanliness at all. All the shower heads are broken, barely usable! Found the kitchen utensils unclean, and to our surprise there wasn't a dishwasher installed in the house. Dishwasher liquid wasn't given to us No tissue paper or toiletries provided I tried checking with the care taker/owner about these before even starting my journey but never got a response on my query. The neighbour of this property added charm to the stay by knocking the adjacent wall all day and night(most probably a kid room is there who keep banging the wall and shouting/yelling on someone in house)! I even tried contacting the Booking dot com team for some resolution to this pathetic situation, but didn't get any response from them either. The neighborhood did not feel safe either. The only good thing about this property is that they had a LIDL close to property from where we bought all the necessities and survived somehow at the place. There are rodents inside the property, so be careful. I have screenshots of whatsapp chat I had with the owner regarding different locations and poor conditions of the property but "he was driving the whole time and couldn't talk over the phone" so requested me to get settled at the property whatever is provided to me! I didn't had any option but to check in as I was checking in at around 6pm with my old parents and they were already exhausted with the travel we had to do to reach London. • Liam.w (10/5): Spotlessly clean, comfortable property in great location and great communication with friendly host. - After collecting the keys from the lock box the host Alex called later that evening to ensure we were happy with the property and comfortable in every way. Nothing to report.
• Anonymous (5/5): Good location for local amenities. - Location Lack of cooking utensils, rock hard beds, untidy front and back garden not suitable for the children or the dog to play in. No black general waste bin. Unfinished tiling in hallway.
• Melanie (9/5): London marathon stay with family. - The inside of the property has just been newly refurbished. It was modern and very comfortable and spacious with a good sized garden. the front needs to be done up and there were bins overflowing. no tea towels to dry hands or dishes. a few more cooking utensils would be good, such as colander.
