• Kaylee (9/5): - It was the perfect location. Easy to find everything I needed. I WILL BE STAYING HERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE! The decorations were out dated and our sheets had like mascara stains on them but other than that it was fine.

• Wendy (7/5): - The location was great. The apartment was lacking. The coffee maker had mold on the mechanism and couldn't be used. The host suggested we have coffee delivered. Her second suggestion was to buy a coffee pot at Walmart, keep the receipt and return it after the trip. The trip was to bring my 77 year old parents. This was not acceptable.
• Bruce (10/5): Very relaxing enjoyable visit to the gulf. - Excellent location, very close to the ocean, everything went well for us and there was no waiting on the elevators which were really quick. Very comfortable condo and it was roomy. The owner was very helpful and did not seem to mind my calling her as the email messages were not going through for me. I’ve read past ratings for this property and it seems people will complain on small things. We had a very positive experience and plan to try to make it an annual visit. Not one thing.

• Andrey (10/5): Plenty of sleeping space, exceptional waterfront view, and located literally on the beach. - A perfect choice for families with kids, the water is great for children: shallow and with no big waves. I read some recent reviews before booking, and I can comment: * Elevator renovation is complete. All 3 elevators are working (as of October 2025). * No cockroaches in the unit or in the building. The building has regular pest control - I saw the schedule, and it’s organized by floor numbers. (Of course, if you leave the door open for a while, you might get a few bugs or flying insects on the balcony - guys, it’s Florida air, it has nothing to do with the unit!) * Furniture and carpet are in decent shape, well maintained and appropriate for the unit’s age. I’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments, and I can say that most hotels (and all motels) in this price range are more worn out. Considering the price, this was the best option for our family vacation (5 people) - cheaper than chain hotels for our group, and it came with a kitchen and plenty of beds (2 queens, 1 king, a bunk bed for 2, and a sofa). And all of that with a beachfront view and the Gulf water just steps from the door. P.S. Wi-Fi through fiber internet, great for work! I have some minor suggestions and I'll share them with the owner. But they’re really minor, and not a big deal at all. Definitely nothing that would affect our overall great experience.

• Bradley (1/5): Roaches roaches roaches!! I would not recommend staying here - Beautiful view Roaches roaches roaches. My daughter woke up to a roach crawling next to her in the bedroom. unit is very outdated, carpet is so nasty I would not walk barefoot, furniture is dirty and broke down, would not recommend this unit. Once the issues were addressed to the condo owner all communication stoped.

On the quiet family, friendly side of PCB. - Right on the beach, beautiful view, 2 nice pool/Jacuzzi areas , everything we needed for our stay, great value, good communication with property owner. Nice firework display from right in front of the condo. The elevators were slow at times, but it was Fourth of July weekend. The beds and bedding could have been more comfortable, but served the purpose and the dining table is very small but not a big deal for us.
• Joseph (10/5): PERFECT FAMILY GETAWAY - What did we like, let's just say this room was absolutely perfect for my wife and 3 kids, plenty of room and space , room was stocked perfectly with everything a person would need to eat in or out along with plenty of beach equipment to use on the beach. The room was clean and in an excellent location mid way up the highrise with a stellar view of the beach. The balcony was full width of the apartment with great views, both bathrooms had plenty of room and there was tvs in all 3 bedrooms and living room. Nothing, zero, Nadal cant come up with a single thing

• Mary (9/5): We had a wonderful time. - The condo had a Great view of the Beach, it was clean, but had a terrible smell when we got there, it smelled like the front loader washing machine, needed to be cleaned, I text the owner and they had the maid bring some cleaner for the front loader, smell went away in a couple of days, the owner was very nice and prompt. Thank you for letting us stay in ur condo, we had a great vacation. Everything was good. 😊

Clean and loved being on the beach and drinking our coffee on the balcony each morning. Saw dolphins in the water on our last morning. Great host who answered my questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say anything, it’s not a new property but everything was in working order, clean and comfortable, really a very good value for a 3 bedroom.

Beds were very squeaky and uncomfortable. Master bed had a slump. Charging for parking is ridiculous considering what you pay to stay.

• Mark (8/5): Nice place overall and great location. Beach area is not overly crowded. - Location, view, beach access, plenary of room and beds, nice appliances. Floors were a little dirty, master bedroom mattress was pretty worn, kitchen faucet was loose.
• Wendy (10/5): No complaints here! - We had a great time! The unit was clean and comfortable. The beach had double red flags all of our visit except 3 hours one day so luckily we were able to watch them change it from the room and run down and soak up all the ocean time we could! The owner was very nice and checked on us to make sure we were safe since the rip currents had been so bad. The pools and hot tubs were very clean. It was nice having Alvin's Island and ice cream right across the street along with all of the other fun and food places in close driving range! Our family has found our yearly vacation home here!

• Crystal (8/5): Very good - Loved the view. Felt very homey. Communication with owner was fantastic. Access to washer and dryer came in handy. Massive hump in the floor where tile was lifted in the living area.
