Erg vervelend dat je al vooraf ID data en betalingsbewijs moet inscannen om automatisch de sleutel te krijgen uit een automaat. Op het display verschijnt bij aankomst het appartementnr dat je krijgt. Voelt heel machteloos en ID fraude ligt op de loer. Geen host gezien. Bij weggaan de sleutel (een geheel blanco plastic kaartje in een brievenbus gooien en hopen dat het zo goed is.

- Dolores (9/5): ALOJAMIENTO MUY CONVENIENTE - Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto en la habitación porque era amplia, la cama era muy comfortable y tenia todo aquello que necesitábamos. El alojamiento no está en el centro y se tiene que caminar 15' para llegar a los puntos importantes, pero se puede aparcar enfrente del alojamiento.

- Vanessa (10/5): - Ubicación, poder aparcar justo enfrente. Éramos 7 y el apartamento era muy amplio, limpieza. Mal menor...pero es cuestión de mejora continua. Poner una puerta corredera por ejemplo en el espacio que habilitan el sofá cama. Así por ejemplo para grupos, si alguien duerme allí, tiene sensación de privacidad.

- Ifat (7/5): מקום טוב, שרות פחות - המיקום טוב והדירה נוחה מקלחת אחת פחות עבדה והצוות היה מאוד בקורתי. היינו 5 אנשים ובסוף השהיה קבלנו תלונה של המארחים שהשארנו מבולגן. שבקשנו לראות יל מה מדובר מסתבר שהם מתלוננים יל שהשארנו פח זבל מלא אשפה. אנחנו מתארחים הרבה ותמיד משאירים מסודר אחרנו. התלונה דלהם הייתה מוגזמת וגרמה לנו לחוסר נוחות. המחיר היה גבוה והשרות לא מספק. בדיעבד לא היינו מתארחים שם.

La ubicación, muy tranquila pero a 10 minutos andando del centro histórico. La limpieza. El parking al que se accede con el ascensor, aunque se puede aparcar en la misma puerta. Las vistas de la ciudad. Muy recomendable. Nada.

Sacamos la tarjeta de acceso de una máquina y al llegar a la puerta del apartamento no podíamos abrirla. Al final resulta que la tarjeta hay que acercarla a un símbolo que había justo debajo de donde pensábamos que estaba el sensor.

- Raquel (10/5): Alojamiento de 10! - Todo decorado con mucho gusto, no le faltaba detalle. Camas muy cómodas, muy limpio y el edificio cuenta con todo lujo de detalles. El hecho de que el alojamiento esté un poco retirado del centro, permite tener unas vistas espectaculares de la ciudad.

Se aparca fácilmente y muy cerca tienes servicios como cafeterías/restaurantes, supermercados y farmacia. Vistas sobre la ciudad, ya que no hay construcciones delante. Por decir algo, no está en el mismo centro, pero al lado hay una calle que te permite desplazarte circunvalando la ciudad.

- Mercedes (10/5): Cómo en casa - Olía todo super bien, muy espacioso y luminoso. Se estaba muy bien en la piscina, no había ruido a ninguna hora del día. Tiene todo lo que se necesita, toallas, champú, vajilla, utensilios de cocina, aire acondicionado, parking y piscina... Ha sido una estancia perfecta, muy cómoda y perfectamente amueblado. Se tarda en ir al centro 10-15 minutos andando pero genial. Había cafetera para hacer el café, pastas, cápsulas.... 10/10. La nevera era muy grande y se estaba genial en la terraza, con vistas a la catedral. Todo estaba muy limpio y en la ducha hay dispensador de champú. El apartamento constaba de 3 habitaciones y dos baños, uno de ellos sin ventana. El lector no reconocía bien los DNI y tuvimos que tardar en meterlo al hacerlo manual. El aire acondicionado se cortaba de vez en cuando y por la noche hacía mucho calor. Sólo había dos mandos para el aire y en medio de la noche tuvimos que levantarnos para poder encenderlo

Doch wenn das unendlich komplizierte Einchecken alles kaputt macht dann lieber auf diesen Ärger bei VEN verzichten.!!! Dont do it. Der überaus komplizierte Prozess des Eincheckens. Wenn man dann mit 1 Stunde Verzögerung (wir haben Mittagspause) und fremder Hilfe den überaus schlecht konstruierten Herd zum Laufen bekommt, kann man das Apartment nur schlecht bewerten und niemanden empfehlen. STRESS statt URLAUB.
