• Jessica (10/5): We enjoyed our relaxing stay at this beautiful private oasis - Check-in was a breeze. Hosts very responsive. Large property. Truly beautiful scenery. It’s like your own private oasis. There is nature as far as the eye can see. The farm house was quaint. Well maintained and clean. There was not only one but two 😊 BBQs out back in a screened in porch. It was very convenient for cooking large meals. Both BBQs had full propane tanks. There are 3 large floor fans to keep you cool. It was so peaceful at this property. Even at night the bugs were no where to be found. And there is tons of different outdoor furniture to relax on. Including large benches around the fire pit. Lots of dishes available to use. Oven, toaster, coffee maker and microwave available for use. Main bathroom with shower/tub upstairs and a cute powder room in the basement. Ample beds, that were nicely made and laundered. There is even 3 pull out couch beds. My family and I truly enjoyed this property and would return again.
• Mahsa (4/5): Disappointed - Good location The property is poorly maintained and cleaned. All the outdoor furniture are rusty and dirty. There were two propane BBQ, one was 80% rust, it's probably a health hazard to cook on it. There were 3 propane tanks, two empty and one almost empty, we were able to use it only once. As for the inside, the blinds and the walls were dirty here and there, there were piles of dead insects behind the windows. There is no A/C, the stove is so old that all the symbols and writings have faded, we couldn't tell which nub does what. There was no shampoo or body wash in the shower, just an old half used soap with a brush! We arrived at 3:20pm and despite the check-in time being at 3pm, the cleaners were still working inside and we were asked to wait.

• Wai (9/5): Great and affordable place for vacation! - Great house with fully equipped facilities. Clean and nice place to stay for a big party of friends. Address on Google map is not very accurate but still easy to find the place.

• Kelvin (6/5): It’s a nice place even though we experienced some difficulties staying there. If the property management manages to fix - The place is very nice. No neighbours and very private. It’s a drive away from Horseshoe Resort, Wasaga Beach and not too far away from Blue Mountain. Just like the other review before, the washroom in the basement clogged. I have to clean up the mess due to the overflow from the toilet. The facility ran out of water on our 3rd day there. We were unable to enjoy our last night stay there. It was fixed 1 hour before our check out time. We were advised that we can stay longer but the experience of not able to cook, clean the dishes, use the toilet and shower ruined it already.

• Shakourianfard (8/5): Great stay - Wonderful location. Beautiful property. Backyard was amazing. House was clean and bright. Host was very responsive. Checkin in was seamless. Property was very well equipped with dishes and utensils. There was a badminton net and a couple of games in the house. House was super cozy. I would definitely book again in the future! Bathroom in the basement was clogged, so it was a bit inconvenient to use one bathroom for 6 people. I wish there was toiletries. Shampoo and body wash nottle hardly had anything. However, I am really not sure if they were supposed to be provided, but would definitely help as we were only there a night.
