• Alexandru (10/5): Perfect two night stay in Zadar - The apartment is new, modern, large, was comfortable, quiet and equipped with all we needed. The bedroom had nice, cozy bed, the kitchen had everything: big fridge with a freezer, stovetop, oven and even the stuff you'd normally have around at home: oil, vinegar, salt and spices, beer, water, even a walnut rakia. Also it had an iron and ironing board. Bathroom is large, modern and also has a washing machine. You could easily stay here for weeks if you want a long holiday in Zadar. We only stayed for two nights and it was all perfect considering we were on a car trip. Bonus points for having free parking spot inside the garden area. The host, Ms Slavica, who lives nearby greets you when you arrive and gives you the keys, shows you the place and lets you know you can have a beer or two from the fridge if you're thirsty from the road. :D We would definetly return here when we'll return to Zadar! • Dirk (10/5): - Slavica ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und sehr freundlich. Zum Empfang gab es einen mit Getränken (Wasser, Softdrinks, Bier) und den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln gefüllten Kühlschrank. Und zudem einen Obstkorb und reichlich Kaffeekapseln. Das Haus ist ganz neu, modern, die Ausstattung ist perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Dort könnte man lange leben. Im Garten ist ein gemütlicher Sitzbereich. Das Auto steht sicher im abgeschlossenem Grundstück. In der Nähe fussläufig gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Altstadt ist ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser kleine Hund hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt und hat sich mit dem Nachbars Hund Floyd (Dalmatiner) gut verstanden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und können dieses Ferienhaus gerne weiterempfehlen. Die Straße ist zeitweise recht laut.

• Pavel (10/5): A stay that sets a new standard for comfort and hospitality! - The host was incredibly warm and welcoming! The apartment truly has everything you might need — and I mean everything. I’ve stayed in many places during my travels, but this was the first time I felt so well taken care of: a generous supply of coffee capsules (enough for several days, not just one or two!), plenty of spices, snacks, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking your own meals. There’s even a hairdryer and an iron — every little detail is thoughtfully provided. The location is great: just a pleasant 15–20 minute walk to the sea, and if you’re traveling by car, there’s private parking in the courtyard. As a charming bonus, a beautiful Dalmatian lives just across the street 🤗. On our last day, the host kindly let us check out later so we didn’t have to rush. A wonderful stay — I would recommend this place to absolutely everyone! 10/10
• Xander (10/5): Uitstekende locatie en appartement - Appartement is losstaand gebouw van woning verhuurder. Uitgebreide voorzieningen, verstrekking van koffie en thee, fruit, bronwater plat en bruisend in de koelkast, melk. Inrichting was smaakvol. Moderne badkamer. Auto kan op eigen terrein worden geparkeerd. Kleine supermarkt heel dichtbij (10 meter lopen), Grote supermarkt op 3 minuten rijden met auto. Airco hangt in woonkamer zodat slaapkamerdeur open moet blijven om ook de slaapkamer te koelen. Ofschoon er een bushalte voor de deur was hebben we geen bus daar zien rijden. We zijn met auto naar het centrum gereden (5 minuten max.). Lopen zou ook kunnen maar hebben we niet gedaan. Parkeren aan de rand van het oude centrum is voor max. 3 uur. Beter is onbeperkt qua tijdsduur parkeren in parkeergarage (wel duurder)

• Barbara (10/5): 10/10 stay - Everything was perfect. The place is freshly renovated, has everything you need (and more), it has AC and a nice parking. It’s extremely clean too. We visited with our dog and she was really happy and comfortable too. Also, the owner is extremely kind and helpful, you can see she really cares about the place and her guests.

The bathroom is very beautiful and with a very beautiful walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. There is also a nice and cozy terrace with a lot of beautiful plants and flowers. The owner Slavica has some great tips for nice spots in the city and is very helpful for anything. I can just heartily recommend this accommodation. There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was perfect!

Dishes, clean towels, air conditioning, etc. There are several grocery stores nearby. It is possible to park the car in the yard. The owners will help you and recommend a great restaurant in the city. Definitely recommend
