- Ermal (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable and clean
- Erdei (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Bakery, coffe and shop nearby. The bus stops almost in front of the house.
Very flexible and thoughtful host.
- Jaska (10/5): Perfect location with supermarket next door, and typical local Italian food next door. - Perfect location! And even better staff who is willing to help you and give you many tips!
- Lachance (9/5): Superb - Casa Pedra was very clean and ready upon on arrival in Rome. It's a very comfortable apartment, with most amenities needed for a couple-days stay. The location was perfect for us, who were attending a conference at Sapienza University. The host answered all our queries in a timely manner. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi did not work; by chance, I got myself a European Sims card before coming to Rome, but Wi-Fi would have been appreciated at Casa Pedra to spare some data usage.
- 硕硕 (10/5): Exceptional - very very very kind no WiFi
- Alexandru (10/5): Perfect - everything was as they said it would be, everything was functional and clean.
- Emily (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful stay. The host is super friendly and nice and easy going. The apartment is pretty and peaceful. There are noise coming from the street. If your ear is sensitive, you would need to have an earplug. Other than that, everything else is perfecto.
- Creegan (8/5): Very good -
- Dr. (7/5): Sleeping place discomfort - The owner takes good care and provides information. Welcome basket. Sleeping arrangement at mezzanine floor.

- Mike (10/5): perfect place for our stay on Rome - perfect location. walking distance to central Rome. beautiful apartment, lovely friendly host. loved the area, the apartment. made our stay in Rome extra special. huge thanks to Francesco. awesome place.
- Neasa (10/5): Better than the photos! - Very nice apartment with lovely helpful host. He gave breakfast and tea, coffee and juice. Also loved the location, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, easy to get around with public transport. The spiral staircase is quite tight but not a problem.
- Damien (9/5): Fantastic, ideal for solo traveller and as a Soho House member, it is just 100m from Soho House - Easy access to termini station, in a less crowded area, right opposite a park, so private. Quite funky area, studenty, not at all touristy. The flat is on the 1st floor, so some road noise, but it is double glazed. There weas some noise in the apartments above or to the side, but I coped, maybe earplugs might be good as a backup. I had my key stolen in my bag and had a bit of a nightmare arranging a duplicate key (not hosts'; fault). I would suggest that the host arrange for a key locker in case of a key being lost. The host came all the way from Naples on New Year's Eve to give me a 2nd key - I was so impressed, lovely guy. The area might be a little intimidating at night walking around especially around the back of Termini, I think as a man it was OK, but I wouldn't want my daughter walking around at night nearby - but that's not unique to any sketchy part of any city.
- Franko (10/5): Exceptional - We really had a nice stay. Apartment is well equipped, clean and on good location. Apartment is located in the area with lot of restaurants and cafes. If you like you can walk to the center or take a bus which stops in front of the apartment. Host Francesco was nice and very helpful.
Great value for money. -
- Eva (10/5): Feeling truly lucky to have found this cozy place in Rome! - Firstly, we are very grateful for the host to let us check in late at night and also to pick us up from the airport with a fair price. The place is clean, nicely decorated and has a cozy inner courtyard. Also, it was just renovated and new! The location is great, full with vibrant life during the day and night. We enjoyed restaurants for dinner and walked by bars full of chatter and laughter. It felt to be a safe neighbourhood, full of locals and university students.
Considering Rome famous sites, it’s possible to walk from the accommodation to Colosseum for example. The first day we walked there and to Pantheon and took a bus back. So it has also a good access to bus transportation, even quite late at night.
Inside the apartment are all the necessary things in the kitchen, also hairdryer, washing machine, fridge, etc. As we were visiting Rome in October, when the temperature was pleasantly warm, we didn't need to use the heating or cooling, but saw that there were new radiators in the rooms and AC in the kitchen.
The place has smarty solved planning and feels spacious.
The host welcomed us with breakfast and drinks. So when you arrive late at night, there is something to eat in the morning. Also there is a local coffee shop downstairs and two supermarkets very close.
Host responded quickly and recommended us a really great restaurant in the area.
