• Romane (4/5): Logement très sale - Le logement est bien situé, le personnel était gentil et accueillant Le logement était sale, le ménage n’avait pas été fait. Seule la chambre était plutôt correcte, sinon concernant la cuisine et la salle de bain le ménage n’était pas fait (traces de dentifrices dans les lavabos, poils dans les toilettes et douche, sol sale). La cuisine pourrait également être mieux équipé, il y avait peu de casserole pour cuisiner. Le frigo était aussi sale avec plein de nourriture laisser à l’abandon qui laissé donc une odeur dedans… Le porte manteau de la chambre n’étais plus bien fixé au mur, on ne pouvait pas s’en servir

• Jordan (10/5): We had such a great stay in Tenerife thanks to Alex’s kindness and hospitality, with a clean, comfortable place and thou - The owner Alex, was super hospitable, kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the place was really clean. Bathroom essentials like shampoo and conditioner were provided. We had access to the rooftop which was nice to relax on. Alex was available to help us with anything we needed. He went above and beyond our expectations. He ended up picking us up one night when the buses had stopped running and showed us around the island. Overall, a great experience and would defintely recommend to anyone that is wanting to stay in Tenerife!

• Olivier (9/5): - Très bon rapport qualité prix pour une courte nuit avant de prendre l'avion. Quartier très calme, loin de la frénésie touristique. Cuisine équipée si vous souhaitez préparer vos repas sur place . Alex nous a très gentiment accueilli et surclassé dans une triple au même prix. Merci Quartier excentré mais si vous avez une voiture ça ne pose aucun problème. L'avantage c'est que justement, ce quartier est très calme .

We arrived at 9pm after informing the owner and when we got there there was no one to help us. We knocked on doors and someone managed to call the owner and gave us keys that were left in the plant pot outside the main door. Very stressful check in

• Monika (10/5): Perfect for such price - Very good smell in every room and especially in the sheets. Host that met us was very friendly and talkative. You can find anything you need there, kitchen was a little messy but for the price it is good. And they have a cat! And also access to the terrace on the roof A little bit cold to sleep at night time, would have loved to have more blankets, but we didn't asked for them, as we came home late

• David (1/5): Piso de estudiantes asqueroso y sin normas - Nada. Todo. Nose por donde empezar. Limpieza inexistente, todo una porquería. Camas horribles, un termo de 30 litros para 10 personas... Un gato viviendo alli libre dentro de la casa sin que nadie lo cuide. Baño asqueroso para compatir. Cabecero de la cama de una tienda de cosmética. Había unas inquilinas viviendo alli una semana y ellas tenían que hacer la limpieza despues haber pagado 600€ nadie venia a limpiar y tuvieron que comprar ellas los productos de limpieza... No volvería alli y espero que booking haga algo con este establecimiento y lo cierren porque en una cárcel viven mejor.

• Nicole (8/5): - Habitacion amplia, toallas y sabanas en buen estado, sillones para leer o estar tranquilo, la terraza. Faltaba mucha limpieza en baños y cocina. Olor a las piedras del gato. Venia alguien a sacar la basura a diario (la de la cocina, no la del baño) y no pasanan ni un trapo en el piso.

Lo stesso problema lo hanno riscontrato tutti i clienti che sono arrivati durante le mie tre notti. chiedo a Giovanna la proprietaria cosa costa inserirlo e ti togli tutte le telefonate ei disturbo che crei ai clienti,

W wyposażeniu niczego nie brakowało, w kuchni były dostępne różne przyprawy, kawa i herbata. Dużym atutem jest możliwość wyjścia na dach z widokiem na wyspę obok.
• Melgarejo (1/5): PÉSIMAS CONDICIONES. - NO RECOMIENDO ÉSTE ALOJAMIENTO. SUCIA , CERO TRANQUILIDAD. NO LO RECOMIENDO. Una casa en pésimas condiciones. Sucia en su totalidad. - Habitaciones: 4, que fueron ocupadas por 9 personas. - 2 baños, uno de ellos si usabas el lavabo salía el agua a chorros , la ducha sucia no...lo siguiente , salía agua por todos lados , había empapadores en todo el suelo , productos personales del o la dueña en ambos baños , la otra mas o menos limpia , eso sí con ambientador 🤣 lo hemos usado entre 9 personas. LA CASA JUNTO CON EL BAÑO OLIA MAL. Las toallas de cada quien colgados en ese baño después de usarse. Siguiendo: - El suelo asquerosa de sucia en toda la casa. - Cocina: lamentable, nos hemos encontrado tazas de cafés de varios días o meses sin fregarse. El fregadero llena de tierra. - Ropa de cama , toallas : nos hemos encontrado bolsas y bolsas negras de ropas sucias apiladas. No teníamos claro si usar o no las toallas "limpias" -La terraza: sucia no! lo siguiente. La dueña entra en la casa como si nada. - Confor: CERO , exagerado el ruido , las inquilinas NO NOS HAN DEJADO DORMIR EN TODA LA NOCHE , iban de fiesta, venían a charlar , reírse, sin respetar el descanso de nadie, entraban y salían más de 5 veces en esa noche, a quiénes les llamamos la atención. Menos mal y gloria a Dios nos quedamos solo una noche. La otra pareja en plan romántico jiji jaja en el salón a las 1 de la mañana, tuvimos que levantarnos a apagar la luz a ver si sentian vergüenza , porque una de las habitaciones tenía cristales. - WiFi: SIN FUNCIONAR. Algo bueno : - El barril de agua para beber. - El gato que es lo más precioso, son ángeles en la tierra.

Полотенца — это отдельный позор: выдали старые, разодранные тряпки размером с кухонную салфетку, которыми невозможно вытереться после душа. В довершение всего, обещанного при бронировании интернета просто нет. Полная антисанитария и обман

• Marуna (10/5): Це було насправді добре! - Бронювали номер ввечері, після того як прочитали у відгуках, що власник погоджується на пізнє заселення. На той момент це була основна причина бронювання цього житла. Як би я раніше побачила , що ванна кімната спільна, то скоріш за все я вибрала інше житло. Але це було до того як ми там оселилися. Бо те, що я раніше вважала недоліками тут обернулось на плюси. Хазяйка проживає в цьому приміщенні. Тому заселення було дуже легким і швидким. На кухні та у ванній було абсолютно все, що потрібно подорожуючому. Хазяйка наче передбачала наші потреби та бажання. Вранішня кава по італійські, незрівняний захід сонця з тераси, чистота та увага до дрібничок зробили цей досвід напрочуд чудовим.

Кімната була чистою Вцілому все ок Просто в самому населеному пункті лише 2 магазини з скутим асортиментом Тому враховуйте це при поїздці сюди

• Christian (3/5): Achtung. Finger weg - Nichts. Unfreundliche und inkompetente Gastgeber. Katzen in der Unterkunft, daher nicht sauber und für Allergiker geeignet. Viele Stufen zur Unterkunft, daher Anreise mit Gepäck sehr schwer. Weiterhin waren die Zimmer bei Anreise, trotz Versprechen der Gastgeber, nicht beziehbar. Einfach unschön und nicht zu empfehlen.

Ik ben daar gevoelig voor. Dus oordopjes gebruikt.

• JUAN (9/5): Después de todo, agradecimiento. - Al llegar pregunté si había desayuno, me dijeron q nó. Despues a la noche cuando tenía comprador todo, me dijeron q sí. Faltó la coordinación entre las 2 personas q me atendieron. No me gustó la rijidez y sequedad de la tarde, y por la mañana, el exceso de amabilidad. Vamos que quiso arreglar el comportamiento anterior. ( por mí, te condeno solo una semana al pulgatorio. )

Она очень внимательно относилась к возникающим проблемам, ответственная работница, чистота в доме под её постоянным контролем. Если у вас чуткий сон, то вы очень зависите от других гостей. Например, если они допоздна шумят или устраивают стирку на всю ночь.
