• Markel (6/5): Spacious and clean but dealt with constant noise above. - Spacious and clean. They put a family with a toddler/young child who ran around none stop with lots of thumping/ noise when they were awake. I was woken up every morning for 3 days straight between the hour of 530-630am. I immediately complained to the office and it still went on. My child was 17, no running around. So I actually didn’t get any decent rest while being on vacation and was tired from the lack of sleep. For the future I think it’s important to not put a family UNDER a family with small kids. I also didn’t think 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom was sufficient (was told we had to buy more if needed) for a family with a 3 night stay.
• Sherri (9/5): Excellent place to stay! Perfect location! - Very nice, large condo! Unit was very clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent location. Could walk everywhere. Overall this is a very very nice place. We would definitely stay here again. The first day only one shower was working. We realized you can only use one shower at a time. But we made it work (4 people). We reported this to management and was told a plumber would be there the next morning. He did not come and we received a message from management that they were coming the day we checked out. Again, we made it work. Wasn't anything that would ruin our vacation! You can occasionally hear music/noise later at night from the bar next door. Just an FYI .Again, nothing that ruined our vacation.

The front desk called asking when we were going to check out be - We love this location because it is quiet and close walking distance to stores and restaurants. The a/c did not work. They did send someone the next day to repair it.

• Gary (8/5): Relaxing - Have stayed here several times and love the location and amenities. Many units were being renovated at the time we were there so noise and activity during the day was unfortunate but we understood.

• Jacqueline (8/5): Other than the lights going out, we enjoyed our stay - The location Upon arrival the lights went out within an hour. We had just left Walmart. Brought food for the weekend and everything. Lights were out for 2 hours. Very upset we wasted our entire day without any lights to do anything. Ugh no discount are anything. I felt that was very crazy and unfair to us.

The final straw was the front door would not work so we got a refund and left. This should be definitely be disclosed prior to booking.

I was informed of the construction 2 days prior to check in but it was to late to find something else. It's a great location and it was a clean condo, Even considering the construction I would stay here again and highly recommend construction

• nicole (8/5): Great location - Perfect location close to everything clean and nice swings on pier overlooking the bay Complex does not have an elevator so may be difficult for some with special needs, but for us it was fine and just got extra workout in lol. I will definately stay here again.

• Micaela (8/5): Good location! - We enjoyed our 6 night stay. It has everything you need in the kitchen, the grills are an extra bonus. Communication was great, I got a few text that there would be people working on things, the tennis court is being worked on, as well as some exterior work, none of which affected us. I will not lie, I booked this place for convince on the beach (across the street), private bedrooms and reviews saying it was comfortable. The balcony is bay side, so we got to watch the dolphins play from our room. It could use a fresh updated paint job as it gives off old vibes but it didn't affect us any! If you like a firm bed this is great... I on the other hand do not, I very much believe it's time for at least a topper or a new king mattress!

• Mario (1/5): DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE - Nothing Everything was dirty, spiderwebs in every corner, lamps super dusty and dirty, couch had huge red stains, pillows nasty with huge yellow stains, super outdated old and ripped furniture, bed is as hard as a rock and there is signs everywhere to not smoke but the unit stunk like an old smoking ladies house we had to buy lysol to spray the entire unit including beds, sheets dirty so many bad things It would take me a very long time but honestly my family left feeling sick of how nasty this place is. Almost forgot we found clothing and shoes from other people under the beds we left it there this tells you that the cleaning is just superficial or maybe nothing at all .

Jimmy's breakfast on Tuesdays is top notch..enjoyed it immensely. Check in and out was a breeze! Mardi Gras parade had the main road blocked and we couldn't get into our room until 6:00 p.m.

One shower had a door off and there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling. However, when I mentioned it to the host, they said they had maintenance scheduled to fix these things the following week. I would have liked to have had the issues fixed before the unit was rented.

They provide a small bottle of dish soap & laundry detergent. The new washer and dryer was a life saver. The lady at the front desk was accommodating and nice. She recommended Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant and it did not disappoint. Aside from the huge serving in a very reasonable price, you can fish in the back of their restaurant while you wait to be seated. Smart!

This place is across the street so we have it's try. We are glad we did! Excellent staff - check-in and out were quick and easy. It was great having a full kitchen and the screened balcony.
