• Matthew (8/5): We had a lovely week in this authentic apartment. - The location is superb for the souks, restaurants etc but it can be a bit noisy because of this, especially in the front bedroom - but, this is Marrakech! The absolute stand out feature is the roof terrace, which actually made the property for us. Mohamed, who manages the property, was so helpful in arranging taxis etc for us and can arrange anything that you want. Nothing.

• Kim Bondi (8/5): Great location - wonderful rooftop deck. - Excellent location close to Bahia Palace, Medina and numerous eateries and Hamman spa. The apartment was spacious for 4 persons and a 5th if they are fine with the couch. Beds were comfortable and clean and the washer was nice to have for week-long stay. The roof top deck was wonderful to sit and relax on the large couch and watch the sunset or have a bite to eat. Our final evening on the rooftop was a great way to end our week-long trip to Marrakech. The kitchen can use a deep cleaning as we encountered a number of unclean dishes, utensils, floor etc. This did not in the end detract from a most enjoyable stay.
• Jakub (10/5): - Świetne miejsce na nocleg zasadniczo w centrum miasta. Spacerem do najważniejszych miejsc - targowisk, restauracji, placów, sklepów, itp. Kontakt z właścicielem i osobą zajmującą się apartamentem bezproblemowy i szybki - na wszystkie potrzeby reakcja była natychmiastowa. Szczególnie polecam jeśli ktoś chce mieć wszystko pod ręką i poruszać się po Marrakeszu na piechotę. W mieszkaniu 2 oddzielne sypialnie z łóżkami oraz salon i kuchnia. Z późniejszymi wymeldowaniem tez nie było problemu. Jedyny minus to większy hałas z ulicy przy której położony jest apartament, ale z tym trzeba się liczyć nocując w bliskiej odległości od centrum.

• Roxana Nona (7/5): - The host Mohamed was wonderful, he knows how to treat his guests, he also offers excursions and daytrips from Marrackech at a reasonable price, we booked all of the day trips wirh him , even private ones and we were satisfied. I liked also the design of the apartment, the beds are all very comfortable. You have all you need in the apartment. Also the rooftop terrace ofers a great view and it's private only for the guests in the apartment (but it needs to be cleaner though). With trash cans. The location is top, in the middle of everything you need and more, right next to Bahia Palace, with surveillance. But it is very noisy 24 hours because of the center location.(And because of the windows that you cannot call them windows, they are wooden doors, the wind enters through them easily. They provide earplugs, but you need proficienct ones :))). The owner needs to change the windows if it is possible. There are some aspects of the apartment that really need improvement, cleaning is one of them, it needs to be done more efficiently before. We didn't like the fact that in the bathroom the sink does not have warm water, only cold, and something is broken, when you use the water, it falls down in one side of the sink and it falls on your feet everytime!! Maybe some silicone would help to insulate. Also the shower is a little bit tight for some big people :). But all in all we had a great time and i recommend the apartment mostly because of the location and for the host, he can arrange everything and he is always there for everything!

• Volker (9/5): A beautiful stay in the perfect Marrakech location with an amazing host! - The location was perfect—right in the heart of Marrakech, just a short walk from Bahia Palace and Jemaa el-Fna. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place to relax. Mohamed was very welcoming and made check-in super easy. There was a bit of city noise at night, but that’s expected given how central the location is. It didn’t really bother us and was worth it for the convenience.
• Roberto (9/5): All said very pleased with Dar Noubti, no hesitation in recommending. - We enjoyed our 8 day stay at Dar Noubti towards the end of October 2025. The accommodation was well located and provided all that we needed, everything in the apartment was clean and the layout and decoration was welcoming. There was plenty of space in the living room and bedrooms. The air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms was very efficient and very welcome – even in late October. Another big plus was Mohamed who was very helpful and readily contactable to help with things. He was particularly helpful on the day of our arrival when we missed our flight and arrived a few hours late, I kept him informed and he rearranged our transfer from the airport (note if you are arranging a transfer, as you leave baggage reclaim you will see a number of people with cards awaiting passengers but, in fact, most of the drivers meeting passengers will be just outside the airport – note, once you step outside the doors you cannot re-enter that area). There were just a couple of very minor niggles – the main light in the kitchen was very dim which is unfortunate as it made the space a bit depressing. This can be easily remedied by using a brighter LED bulb. The other minor problem is that we found the seating in the living not to be very comfortable and it needed a bit of playing around with the cushions, of which there were plenty, to get comfortable. This will be less of a problem for guests that spend more time out and about, we are an elderly couple and so spent a lot of time indoors in the evening (and greatly appreciated the Netflix !) Not a criticism of the apartment but may be useful: prior to flying to Marrakech I had problems finding the location of Dar Noubti on my google maps. For route planning we went to Maps.me and downloaded a map of Marrakech for off-line route planning – both Google maps and Maps.me got confused in areas with twisty alleyways but Maps.me was better. We went on a couple of Viator excursions during our stay and found that the pick-up location for these was just a five minute stroll from the apartment.
• Maarit (10/5): - Väldigt bra läge, promenad avstånd till allt tex El Fna-torget och Souk. Lägenheten rent och välutrustad. Mohamed var toppen han ordande transport till och från flygplatsen. Fick alltid hjälp av honom när vi behövde!
• ALICIA (8/5): Muy bien - La ubicación es excepcional porque aunque el apartamento está céntrico, al mismo tiempo es tranquilo, más o menos a 10 minutos de la plaza. El anfitrión fenomenal, muy servicial y nos ayudó siempre que le requerimos por cualquier cuestión. Las camas cómodas y el apartamento confortable. Como si fuera tu propia casa. Faltaba algún utensilio para cocina, microondas...el baño es algo pequeño, pero para los días que estás no se requiere más, la escalera un poco descuidada pero también hay que pensar que es un piso en la medina y que los edificios son así. Lo importante es el alojamiento.

Thank you for getting us set up in Marrakesh. The apartment is in an excellent location right next to Bahia Palace and walking distance to everything.

• Crystal (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was perfect for our trip. It provided a safe haven from the hussle and bussle of Marrakesh. It was also in a perfect location. Close enough to everything, right next to Bahia Palace, but also not right smack into everything. Mohammed was also a great host helping us with a lot of things. Highly recommend!
• Saleh (5/5): Passable - Great location. Great communication with the host. The balcony was beautiful and had an amazing view. No blinds in the room. Property is located on a busy street so if you are a light sleeper probably not ideal. The shower was very small and difficult to operate. The space is smaller than shown in the pictures.

• Key-mon-cha (9/5): Perfect apartment, with an ideal location to explore the Medina. - The location, facilities and atmosphere were perfect... The roof terrace was amazing, and the immediate surroundings had everything you could need. Balanced between the bustle of Jemaa el-Fnaa, which is only 5 minutes away, and the quieter streets reaching past the Bahia Palace; this apartment could not be in a more convenient spot for our needs. Also, our house manager, Mohamed, was fantastically attentive, and couldn't have been more delightful... Would highly recommend his suggestion of a tour of the Medina, in which he connected us with an exceptional guide, who really tailored our journey to our needs, perfectly. We definitely would return. Nothing, it was perfect.
• David (8/5): The apartment is in an excellent position for exploring the Medina, souqs and the Palace.. - The location is excellent for the Medina. We liked the roof terrace - it was important to have that space as there is no other outside space. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment was quite cold so we needed the heaters that were provided.
• Melissa (10/5): Great location, beautiful apartment and amazing roof terrace. - Mohammed was a very good host - very helpful and friendly. Our flight was very delayed and late getting in but he still came to meet us when we arrived. He is happy to help with sorting out transfers and things like that. The apartment was perfect, has all the facilities and amenities needed, it has the most amazing roof terrace to sit and have breakfast on, or watch the sunset - it was much larger than we expected. Great location - lots of restaurants nearby, Bahia palace and the main square. Would recommend this place and would stay again 🙂 Nothing - everything was more than we hoped.

• John (10/5): Great place highly recommended - Host was really quick to reply to messages and also arranged taxi to and from airport and when I locked myself out of apartment at 7. am he arrived within 5 mins to help also the apartment was great had a balcony looking on to the street and a fantastic rooftop terrace can't recommend highly enough absolutely great apartment great location for food, shops and restaurants I have nothing negative to say about this apartment
• Kathrin (8/5): Authentic and vibrant stay next to history, restaurants, shops and Hammams. - Fantastic location and extremely easy communication with the hosts, who would try to fix any issues immediately. The Appartement is spacious and well equipped and shops and restaurants all around. The access to a roof top garden is an extra bonus and a lovely place to watch the sun setting over Marrakesh. We would return. There is quite a lot of noise coming from the busy street below. This can be blended out, by closing the windows. It did not really bother us, because it is a reminder how busy and vibrant Marrakesh really is and makes you feel part of it. Only one bed-room is facing the street anyway.
