• Tony (10/5): Great location with parking spot. - Hosts generously leave milk , biscuits and fruit as a welcome gesture . Tesco supermarket only a 100m away which is a huge advantage. Property comes with a parking permit which therefore allows you to walk everywhere and not have to worry about parking which is hard to find in inner Edinburgh near the attractions . Apartment has a good kitchen , TV and bathroom. The matress could have been better . Comfortable but springs sag and make loud noises on every movement. Other than that the place is perfect and worth staying ✨️

Good communication with the host, who had replied promptly at every single message before and during my stay. Unfortunately we couldn't meet as i ve arrived very late at night and left very early in the morning. I recommend. - -

Lovely and quiet, yet close to Edinburgh city. Super convenient with Tesco superstore and bus stop only 2 min walk. Free parking was an added bonus. Nothing - everything met all our needs 🙂

• Trent (10/5): Fantastic base to explore Edinburgh - Spacious, well stocked kitchen, full fridge, very clean, peaceful neighborhood and steps to the supermarket Nothing, at first I wanted to be closer to the city centre, but in hindsight I’m glad I stayed away a bit. Easy walk to the centre.

• Stuart (8/5): Great apartment in Edinburgh - A very nice ground floor apartment. Compact yet comfortable with everything we needed. Walkable to central Edinburgh, or there's a bus stop around the corner. The owners left us fresh fruit, milk, coffee, etc. They responded quickly when we managed to blow the fuses! Nothing really - except maybe the bathroom was a little cramped. (Great shower, though!)

• Carol (10/5): Home away from home - perfect facilities for a stay in Edinburgh - Fabulous apartment - has got everything you need, very clean and tidy. We had a really comfortable stay there. 2 mins walk to Tescos, and 5 mins to bus-stops to go into town. Easy to find and free onsite parking too which was awesome.

• Rod (8/5): - Free parking. Easy to get to. Warm and cosy. Local amenities within easy walking distance. City centre a bit further but easily walkable.
• Luisa (10/5): Better that I thought, recommended 100% - It was comfortable, good heating, some little things that makes everything comfortable. Nice details on arrival. I would recommend for sure.
• Sandra (10/5): - Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in sehr schöner Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe sowohl zu mehreren Parks, zum Rad-Wanderweg, als auch zum Supermarkt. Zum Citycenter ist es ein schöner Fußweg von ungefähr 20 min. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ein liebevoll gefüllter Obstkorb und ein schönes Teaset mit leckerem Shortbread warteten zur Begrüßung auf uns. Brian und Katy sind wirklich super Gastgeber. Die Betten (auch das Sofabettt im Wohnzimmer) sind sehr bequem und es ist herrlich ruhig, so dass man wirklich gut ausruhen kann.

• Leon (9/5): Nice private apartment in a good location that met my needs - Good communication from the Host making for a smooth check in. The Apartment was clean & tidy and in a good location not far from the centre (but far enough to be quiet) and 29 mins walk from the Waverly Train Station. The Host was kind enough to put out a welcome pack with lots of helpful information, also much appreciated tea, coffee, milk and a bowl of fruit. The heating worked well and the bed is comfortable , nice shower too. I will stay again in the future . No negatives to be honest
• Kerry (10/5): Great little apartment for single, couple or even a small family (has a sofa bed but table seating for 2 only). Lovely - Great communication prior to my stay. Early check in was allowed and when I arrived even earlier than the new time, Brian (owner) took it in his stride and welcomed me warmly. The apartment was warm and homey, with everything you could need. The ambience was lovely. Bedroom was large with plenty of wardrobe space, walk-in shower with plenty of linen. The location was super-quiet, especially at night. It was a 2 min. walk from Tesco Which sells everything., and a 5 minute walk to catch public transport into the main part of Edinburgh. Located on a nice walking/jogging/cycling path. Also very secure if that is important. Would highly recommend. Nothing.
• Ann (10/5): Great location - Clean, compact apartment in a nice part of town. Several bus stops nearby and convenient for a pleasant park and Water of Leith footpath. Owners are great at communicating. It is compact so best for a couple sharing the bedroom.

• TESS (10/5): Super séjour dans cet appartement à Edinburgh - Les hôtes étaient très réactifs et à l’écoute. L’appartement était très propre et il y avait tous l’équipement prévu et même plus (machine à laver avec lessive, étendage, aspirateur, papier aluminium et sulfurisé, sucre, thé, café…), il y avait également des attentions particulières de faites (fruits, cookies, lait…) et un guide détaillé du fonctionnement de l’appartement, des transports et activités d’Édimbourg. Localisation idéale avec un arrêt de bus à 5 minutes à pied permettant d’atteindre le centre-ville en une vingtaine de minutes. Le quartier est accueillant et calme et à proximité immédiate d’un supermarché (2 minutes à pieds). Rien à dire tout était parfait

There is a Tesco a couple of minutes walk away. I love being near the Botanic Gardens and being able to walk along the river either to Leith one way or Stockbridge the other. Very minor- the teabags! Not ‘normal’ tea.

Nearby shops, bus stop to the City and to family who we were seeing over Christmas. We arrived to several welcome treats and a Christmasified, spotless and tidy apartment. • Deb (10/5): A warm and cosy apartment that feels like home. - The warm cosy apartment felt like home, all the little personal touches, the Christmas touches too, a comfi bed and an amazing shower. Towels and bedding provided. It was inviting and comfortable in the perfect place. Everything you need for a lovely stay as well As a DAB radio. Fruit, biscuits and milk left for our arrival, 2 sets of keys and a parking permit (if requested) 2 minutes walk to Tesco, 15 minute walk to the tram stop at Picardy Place, which takes you either to the airport (via Princes Street or to the harbour (Royal Yacht Britannia) for £5 day pass. You won’t go far wrong with this apartment, we definitely recommend it for a stay in Edinburgh Everything was perfect

Comfortable and clean and with everything you could need. Such a cute place and thoughtful touches everywhere. We felt so welcomed and would highly recommend. Nothing - front door hinges could do with an oil (we felt like we were waking up the neighbourhood when we got up and out early!).

• Chris (10/5): Four-night stay, no complaints. Well-stocked apartment with great communication. - The apartment was as expected based on the description and photos. Communication was great, every question answered and our request for an early check in courteously accepted - we flew in overnight from the US and needed a nap! The apartment was well-stocked with essentials - dishes, utensils, cups, pans, soap, towels, you name it; they even so graciously provided some fruit, cookies, milk, coffee, etcetera. Tesco is extremely convenient, and there are multiple bus options to the city center within a block's walk. Nothing at all, would definitely stay again. Note the place is a bit small if using the sofa bed.

• Jerome (7/5): Lots of ++ and not many - - The location was good for use since we like walking. It is very close to a grocery store and a long walking trail. It is 30+ minutes from Royal Mile and outside the commercial/ tourist centre. The apt is compact. The bedroom and washroom are a nice size. The pullout was ok for 1-2 nights. The apt is located on the ground floor so you hear the door slam from anyone entering or exiting the building. This was not an issue for me since I am up early in the morning. If you have a vehicle the parking is the size of a pea, which might be typical for the area but can be challenging.

The apartment is clean, cozy and fully equipped, and there are instructions for everything, just in case:) Walking distance from center (about 20 min), but if you are being lazy, there’s a bus stop super close to the apartment, with buses every 5 min that take you to the must do’s in Edinburgh. The owners were very helpful with everything we asked!

• Paul (10/5): Edinburgh apartment in an excellent location. - Excellent straight forward instructions for arrival regarding location, parking and keys. Superb location just a short walk from central Edinburgh & a bid Tesco 100 yards away - Brilliant Accommodation was cold on arrival however this was due to windows being open to air the apartment and heater on timer. A quick read of instructions and the heating was on & windows were closed. No issues at all.

Great location away from the main road, walking to town and amenities possible, private parking, comfortable bed, a snug bolt-hole! A welcome pack included milk, fruit and biscuits along with tea and coffee. Good communication with the hosts and ease of entry. Everything was good!
