• Anna (9/5): Das Appertement kann ich bestens empfehlen! - Ab der Reservierung wurde ich bestens informiert und betreut. Besonders nett fanden wir ein kurzes Video, das uns den genauen Weg von der Haltestelle des Vaporettos bis zum Haus gezeigt hat. Verirren ausgeschlossen:-) Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse und trotzdem ist der Weg zum Vaporetto, zu kleinen Restaurants und sogar zu einem Lebensmittelgeschäft nicht weit. Wenig Lichteinfall, weil in einer schmalen Gasse gelegen, was aber im Sommer sicher ein Vorteil ist.

• Anita (10/5): Ruhige und gehobene Lage, sehr gepflegtes Appartement, freundlicher Gastgeber, alles top! - Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig gelegen, in einem gehobenen Künstlerviertel, nahe der Basilika Salute und dem Peggy Guggenheim Museum. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder plus ein Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist funktional eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war zu unserem Besuch wohl temperiert (wir waren im Winter). Die Fenster haben klassische Fensterläden, die Zimmer kann man gut abdunkeln. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden :)

• Alexander (10/5): Zentral, sauber, bequeme Betten – wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. - Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr zentrale Lage in Venedig – zum Markusplatz ist es nicht weit. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, frühstücken zu gehen, was den Start in den Tag sehr angenehm macht. Ideal für alle, die die Stadt erkunden möchten und eine praktische Ausgangslage suchen. Die Betten sind einfach mega bequem, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Alles war super

I was asked my bank card details for tourist tax that I would not prefer to share with anyone. They should have asked it as cash or some any other way but never card details.

• Tracy (10/5): Perfect Venice stay! - We absolutely loved our stay here!! While it was so quiet, it was still so close to so many things. We seriously wish we could have extended our stay for another week. The apartment had everything we could have needed and we (family with two teens) couldn’t have been more comfortable. We highly recommend others to stay here! Nothing!! We loved everything about it.

• Anna Baikova (10/5): - Everything was perfect. In fact, this is the apartment of my dreams. Every piece was charming, comfortable and clean. The apartment also had everything we needed, including dishes, towels, shower supplies, fridge and even a dishwasher. The location was excellent, with a two-minute walk to the Vaporetto station and easy access to major sights. The owner was very nice and always available. I highly recommend this apartment, we were completely delighted and would love to come back in the future

• ina (10/5): wunderbar ! komme gerne wieder - Die Lage war wunderbar - ich kenne Venedig, habe bewusst ausgewählt Vorallem die Betreuung der Landlords war hervorragend, immer zugegen, sehr "caring" und genau in den Angaben, wie das Apptmt zu finden, zu bedienen ist. Eine rundum gute Erfahrung - sehr zu empfehlen, stilvoll, gepflegt, ruhig.

He provided a video and was available by phone to answer My questions . Also he recommended restaurants The boutique hotel close by was great for evening drinks. The restaurants in the area are sparce however we selected the location due to the proximity to the Guggenheim museum and Accademia . Otherwise Everything was great

• Vasiliki (10/5): Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Venetian Apartment - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Venice! It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated in authentic Venetian style. The apartment features two bathrooms, which was incredibly convenient, and a large, fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed — utensils, cookware, cutlery (spoons, forks, knives, etc.) — all in perfect condition and very user-friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, away from the tourist crowds of the city center, yet still within walking distance of all the main attractions. It was the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and kind. For example, when we had an early morning flight, they went out of their way to help us find a taxi at a much lower rate than the standard fare. In the end, we chose to walk to Piazzale Roma to catch the airport shuttle bus, which was very manageable and a great option for travelers who enjoy walking. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Venice for a short stay who doesn’t want to waste a day staying closer to the airport. However, we wouldn't necessarily recommend it for solo travelers, as it’s better suited for couples or small groups Nothing!!!

It is a five minute‘s walk from Salute Vaporetto station and you can take a transfer with a Gondola to Piazza St Marco for only 2€ (only cash).

The accommodation was so close to the vaporetto and unlike accommodation around St Mark’s, it was quiet, peaceful, safe, and easy to find. Nothing but a pen would have been handy as my phone battery didn’t hold a charge out photographing the sites and I just about remembered the front door code. I didn’t have a pen myself.

• Teodora (10/5): Very nice and at a perfect location - The apartment is spacious and very nice. I liked the private entrance and the perfect location. It's very close to San Marco Square and Academia but it's quiet and without the tourist crowds. It's very close to the vaporetto line 1 and 2 which makes it very easy to get to any point you want. It is also very close to the Academia bridge. The only issue we had was with the AC because even at the lowest speed and highest temperature it was still very cold in the bedroom and it was directly blowing cold air in your face. Maybe some instructions about the AC will be useful.

The apartment was nicely appointed and well equipped. The hosts were very responsive to any queries and all instructions were clear. • Peter (9/5): Great Dorsoduro location in quiet alley. - The location is perfect, best part of the Dorsoduro, quiet street near beatiful places. For people that can walk stairs and sort out keys and codes. The appartment is better than the pictures show it! It has a covered small balcony at the back, nice surprise. It was great. Didn't see the owner, but no need to. Garbage collection is a bit complicated, but you can also take it out yourself and put it in a public trashcan. Bring a few plastic bags, toilet rolls and a dishcloth.

Our impression of Venice is tarnished due to his treatment towards my daughter and myself. The key pad codes were all the same. Other residents were in our apartment which made us feel unsafe the entire stay without any apology from management. In fact I received abuse and blame.

Great facilities in kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher etc. We would definitely return to that accommodation, in the future! Angelo was extremely helpful, and gave us very reliable directions to the apartment. We texted him with a few queries about the area, and he responded immediately. There was nothing we didnt like
