• Javier (9/5): Grandiosa costa de Caparica - Pasamos unos días estupendos en este apartamento. Es muy funcional y tiene el tamaño perfecto para 3/4 personas con una terraza estupenda para hacer barbacoas. El tiempo fue de playa, cosa que no habíamos previsto, sin embargo en la terraza encontramos de todo, sombrillas, cortavientos, sillas de playa y tablas de surf lo que fue una agradable sorpresa y nos permitió pasar un día de sol y playa. Rui ha sido muy atento y discreto; tienes la impresión de que si algo falla él estará en seguida al punto para resolverlo.Sin duda será nuestro referente cuando volvamos a Caparica. Realmente no hay nada que no nos haya gustado, simplemente como sugerencia estarían bien unos boles o tazas grandes para el desayuno.

• Sylwia (10/5): I'll definitely be back. The owner took care of the surprise gift and was always available by phone and helpful. - I really liked the apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bed and sofa were comfortable. Everything was practically new and in perfect condition.

We had a wonderful time with our family ❤️ - We spent a week at Caparica Beach House with our family (two adults and two small children) and were absolutely delighted! The apartment is spacious, bright, and very clean, with every detail thoughtfully designed and decorated with taste. It is equipped with a modern kitchen, air conditioning, and a good TV. The terrace is a perfect place to relax in the evening and listen to the sound of the ocean. The owner of the apartment took great care of our comfort: he provided a baby crib and a high chair, which was a big plus for us. The location is excellent: only 100 meters from the beach, just a couple of minutes’ walk to the water. Shops, cafés, and restaurants are nearby, which is especially convenient when traveling with children. Despite being close to all the infrastructure, the area is quiet in the evenings and at night, so you can truly rest and recharge. ——

• Nicole (10/5): Super Appartement welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. - Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Es war alles da was benötigt. Sogar Gewürze, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrspülmittel, aber auch einen Grill, ein Surfboard, ein Bodyboard, Sonnenschirm und Windschutz. Die Ausstattung war super. Unsere beiden Jugendlichen haben auf der Couch geschlafen. Das war okay, aber natürlich nicht ganz so bequem wie das Bett. Die Lage war super. 3 Min bis zum Strand genauso wie zur Promenade und Einkaufsläden - dennoch aber sehr ruhig und entspannt. In die Innenstadt von Lissabon kommt man bequem per Uber in ca. einer halben Stunde. Der Gastgeber war jeder Zeit per WhatsApp erreichbar und war um unser Wohl sehr bemüht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

• Łukasz (10/5): Super mieszkanie w cichej okolicy. - Mieszkanie w cichej i spokojnej okolicy na zamkniętym osiedlu. Miejsce dla auta przy ulicy. 200 m do pięknej plaży i sklepów. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Dobry dojazd do Lizbony. Polecam dla 4 osób.

• Mikhail (10/5): The best apartments we have ever stayed in. - This apartment is one of the most interesting and comfortable places we have ever stayed: furniture, kitchen equipment, and dishes - this is more than enough. And all this is of very good quality. Everything that is indicated in the description is all true. Huge terrace, the ocean/beach/embankment is close - probably about 150 m. By the way, there is a surfboard on the terrace and the owner of the apartment offered to use it, but we don’t have any experience yet, maybe next time. There are also a lot of cafes, restaurants and other various establishments, grocery stores and so on within easy reach. The owner of the apartment Rui is very attentive and caring. We really hope that we will be able to come to this city again, and we will try to stay here again. Thank you, Rui! You are truly the most hospitable host we have ever met. See you! • Marta (10/5): - Very cute and comfortable apartment in a super location in Costa da Caparica. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed and the host made sure we were well settled in. The spacious kitchen and living room is perfect for cooking a nice breakfast and meals, but also to work, which was our case during the stay. We had a car, which we could easily park on the street in front of the property free of charge. The beach is walking distance, making this property the perfect choice for us! We will come back for sure!

• haizea (10/5): EXPERIENCIA PERFECTA - El alojamiento es perfecto, empezando por el orden la limpieza y la presentación on de cada espacio, el salón muy amplio con cocina abierta, sofá muy cómodo que se hace cama, la habitación preciosa y cama muy grande y cómoda, el armario venia con perchas y cajones muy adecuado para organizarlo todo. En cuanto al baño muy limpio con varias toallas, la terraza bien equipada con sillas, ducha y barbacoa en la terraza perfecta para comer ahí mismo la bbq. Y atención del propietario espectacular, muy atento con todo y muy amable. Incluso nos dejó una tabla por si queríamos surfear. EXPERIENCIA PERFECTA REPETIMOS SEGURO!!!!!

Dobry internet, smart tv, netflix. Świetne położenie, blisko plaża, restauracje, sklepiki. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Świetny pobyt w apartamencie będziemy pamiętali i polecali.

Perfectly appointed for a beach house with outdoor shower, barbecue and surf rack plus a nicely decorated interior with everything you want and nothing you don’t. We appreciated the comfortable bed and fluffy towels! (A rarity in Portugal) the kitchen was modern and well stocked. We enjoyed the Nespresso maker and panini press! The location was fabulous — Literally one block from the beach and one block from the cute downtown area. Our host was incredibly responsive and we really loved everything about stay. We will be back for sure!

• Øivind (10/5): Flott leilighet nær stranden. - Flott leilighet nær stranden , kort vei til shopping , butikker og spisesteder. Rolig område uten noe støy. Verten møtte vi ikke , men vi fikk mye god informasjon via meldinger så dette fungerte veldig bra. Vi fikk også en flaske vin som sto klar ved ankomst. Anbefales og vi kommer gjerne tilbake ved en senere anledning.

The TV has netflix, hbo, Disney etc. the kitchen is fully equipped and the washing machine means you can travel light, a great bonus. Rui the host is really great, accommodating and helpful. Can't wait to return. Our choice was to visit in mid March, unfortunately the weather was a bit subdued but still great for walks along the beach and sightseeing in Lisbon.
• HUGO (10/5): - El apartamento es estupendo, tiene todo lo que necesitas! La cama es comoda, el baño esta muy bien y la cocina esta bien equipada. Tiene una terraza muy amplia, aunque no pudimos usarla por el mal tiempo. Se aparca bien en la calle y para ir a Lisboa se llega en unos 20 minutos. El anfitrion mue amable y atento y nos dejo un detalle. Nada. Tan solo pondria un par de lamparitas a ambos lados de la cama. Y en la cocina aunque habia sandwichera, quizas pondria una tostadora.

Ich kann das Caparica Beach House nur empfehlen . Aus einem Fenster hat man sogar Meerblick und das parken auf der Straße vor der Wohnung ist kostenlos .
