Very clean, well situated apartment with a decent size bedroom, large living room and kitchen, nice bathroom. Place looks like it was recently renovated. Very cozy feeling inside. The only thing I would recommend is that the owners place a sign of the residence, Blue Sunrise, on the front of the building, for easier identification. Small detail.
