- Beata (8/5): - Miałam okazję zatrzymać się w hotelu Bird House w Preszowie i ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Dużym plusem jest prywatny parking oraz nowoczesne, bardzo przyjemnie urządzone pokoje. W pokoju znajdowała się ściana z soli oraz sauna(za dodatkową opłatą), co tworzyło wyjątkowy klimat i pozwalało naprawdę odpocząć. Na piętrze dostępna jest wspólna kuchnia z ekspresem do kawy, z której goście mogą korzystać – bardzo wygodne rozwiązanie. Atmosfera spokojna, wnętrza zadbane i nowoczesne. Jedyny minus dotyczył telewizora , niestety nie działał. Właścicielka poinformowała jedynie, że został wcześniej uszkodzony przez poprzednich gości, mimo że w ofercie na Booking nadal była informacja o TV w pokoju. Szkoda, że zabrakło zwykłego „przepraszam” albo jakiejś reakcji ze strony obsługi, bo wtedy sytuacja zostałaby odebrana dużo lepiej. Mimo tego pobyt oceniam pozytywnie i hotel ma naprawdę wysoki standard

- Olena (10/5): - Номер дуже естетичний. Було дуже чисто, гарна постільна білизна, рушники, гарні декорації, підсвітка. Атмосфера була дуже романтична. Нам з хлопцем дуже сподобалося там і ми гарно відпочили. Було 2 ліжка поруч з окремими матрацами. Вони розїжджалися і це незручно. Також було трохи шумно. Але це не сильно заважало.

- Andrej (10/5): - Pohodlná posteľ s obliečkami a príjemnými paplónmi. Naozaj sme si veľmi dobre pospali. Kuchynka k dispozícii. Až pri odchode sme si všimli heslo na WiFi. Keby sme boli na dlhšie, určite by bolo vhodné dať to na viditeľnejšie miesto. Ale nevyužili sme ju, takže nás to neobmedzilo

Kambarys su Himalajų druskos siena, tai kosmosas ❤️ Didele virtuvė su įranga ir priedais, ko reiktų maisto gamybai. Kambaryje yra sauna, bet nežinojome prieš užsakant, tai tikrai būtume ją pasinaudoja.

- Taylor (10/5): A place to relax - The communication prior to arrival was excellent. We didn't need to have further contact as everything was very clear. The accommodation provided what we needed and more. The location suited us: out of noise and hassle of the town centre but still walking distance from it. We liked the decor of the accommodation: contemporary style but cosy and comfortable. We didn't find anything that we disliked.

Gran jardin con mesa, sillas i jugetes para nin̈os y las habitaciones abuardilladas decoradas al último detalle. Nos hemos sentido en casa. Si viajas a presov no dudes en alojarte aqui dificilmente encontraras un alojamiento que la calidad es superior al precio

- Larisa (8/5): Шампуні нема , заявленої кави на один раз вистачає - Таке враження, шо кавомашиною заманюють, а по суті зерна там всього нічого. От і попили кави. Економія. Шампуні нема. Кави є а другий легь вранці не змогли випити. Стоянка маленька.

- Liudmyla (4/5): - Заздалегідь бронювали номер на 2 поверсі. В день заселення надійшло повідомлення про заселення у кімнату 3. Але пізніше на пошту повідомили, що кімнату змінено на 5 на 1 поверсі. Під час заселення з'ясували, що надано приміщення, із сауною (входить у додаткові послуги) , яке не має жодного вікна. У приміщенні було дуже душно, через що змушені були відкривати двері у коридор для провітрювання. Кондиціонер відсутній. Нам повідомили, що всі номери зайняті. Гроші за бронь не повертаються, а тому були змушені погодитися на ці умови. Будь-яка компенсація через незручності не була запропонована. Не очікувала опинитися в такій залепі.

- Reza (7/5): Good - Kitchen well equipped with coffee maker and everything. It is far away from any shop by walk.
- Iryna (7/5): It’s not apartment, but room in a big guest house - The location was great for our needs. And it was quite clean, everything smelled and felt perfect. We didn’t get check-in instructions until we called. It would be more appropriate to send them via Booking messenger in advance. When I was booking the apartment, it was priced at 92€ per 2 nights. When I proceed to reservation it dropped to 82€ and when booking was finished the price suddenly increased to 102€. We ended up paying 102€. That was quite confusing. We only had one small window on the roof. When we opened it, we could clearly hear the cars outside, and while raining, water would drip in, because the window was right above our bed. But when it was closed, there was not enough fresh air — the room felt stuffy, as there was no ventilation or air circulation. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom as well.
