• Adriana (9/5): It was more homey than a hotel room and that’s what I liked about it. - The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bedsheets were hotel style which I loved. Towels also were like the hotel ones and liked it. We enjoyed good quality coffee.
• Britta (3/5): - Sehr dreckig bei Anreise,Schimmel im Bad, am 2. Tag kam dann nochmal die Putzkolonne Bilder an der Wand(müssten ja keine teuren sein) und vielleicht ein Sideboard im Wohnzimmer würden das ganze schon wesentlich freundlicher machen

• Markus (4/5): In seasons without heating probably acceptable, but in winter we seriously considered leaving early. - We enjoyed the supplied coffee and that there was an elevator. Having an assigned parking spot close to the building is also very good. There was plenty of room as well. The instructions were very clear and detailed so we had no problem accessing the property. The biggest issue was the poorly functioning heating. The living room was very cold and therefore barely usable because the heater was essentially non-functional. Other rooms were a bit better, but not ideal either. The bathroom door handle was loose and came off when pulled decisively. The dishes suffer from strong limescale deposits and therefore aren't very pleasant to use unless properly cleaned off again. The floors were a bit dusty. On the amenities side, it is worth noting that our apartment did not have the advertised hairdryer or kettle. What can be seen in the pictures but turned out to be a little underwhelming was that there are no closed closets to store clothes in and no lights accessible from the bed, meaning the main ceiling light has to be used and then turned off by the door before walking back to the bed in the dark.
• Claudia (5/5): - Eine gute Ausgangslage zum Besuch von Würzburg. Bushaltestelle in fußläufiger Entfernung. Kostenloser Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe Die Wohnung ist mehr als spärlich eingerichtet.Keine Bilder oder Ähnliches. Im Wohn/Esszimmer gab es einen Tisch mit Stühlen und ein nicht sehr bequemes Sofa (Dreisitzer für eine Wohnung mit 5 Betten ) nicht einmal eine Kleinen Wohnzimmertisch. Im Bad fehlte der Fön (angepriesen), keine Lüftung und die Duschabtrennung hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Es war in der Beschreibung auch Toilettenpapier angegeben, vorhanden war keine ganze Rolle. Die Türklinke im Bad war defekt, der Mülleimer vom Bad stand voll mit Pampers und Body auf dem Balkon. Küche: kein Wasserkocher, zwei Pfannen, die nicht nutzbar sind für Induktion, die andere nicht unbedingt sauber. Auch Besteck und Töpfe waren nicht unbedingt sauber, ebenso das Backblech war nicht sauber. Das Backrost wurde von uns nur mit Backpapier genutzt. Für unsere zwei Übernachtungen ging es, aber Urlaub machen würde ich hier nicht. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung sollte unbedingt überarbeitet werden.
• Leonie (5/5): Nicht angemessen - Die Lage ist gut und die Wohnung ist groß Leider war die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber. Der Boden schmutzig, so dass ich als erstes Staubsaugen musste. Ein Blick unter die Bett auf der Suche mal dem Hausschuh unserer Tochter war leider genau so schockierend wie der Blick unter die Küchenzeile(es gibt keine Fußleiste)
• Gabriele (4/5): - Die Lage war gut, Fahrten in die Stadt mit Taxe und Öffis unternommen Uber funktioniert leider noch nicht gut Unbedingt darauf achten, welche Wohnung man bucht. Unsere Wohnung entsprach nicht den Bildern, Sauberkeit ist oberflächlich vorhanden. Geld wurde nicht sofort nach Buchung abgebucht, nicht wie angekündigt 2 Wochen vor der Anreise.

• Hüther (1/5): ein großer Aufwand bezüglich der Rechnung - / Unser Aufenthalt wurde leider durch den mangelhaften Service nach der Abreise stark getrübt. Trotz mehrfacher Telefonate und umfangreicher schriftlicher Korrespondenz wurde uns – entgegen wiederholter Zusagen – bis heute keine korrekt ausgestellte Rechnung mit der richtigen Anschrift übermittelt. Dieses Verhalten ist weder professionell noch akzeptabel und entspricht nicht dem Standard, den man von einer Ferienwohnung dieser Kategorie erwarten darf. Zudem befand sich unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoss und war im Sommer deutlich zu warm, was den Komfort erheblich beeinträchtigt hat.
