• Ollivier (9/5): - Pour l'offre de dernière minute que j'ai eue en mai, c'était très correct. La salle de bain est commune aux 3 chambres. Le lit est bon. La chambre est grande. C'est propre. L'unique chose dommage c'est qu'il manque un four micro-onde avec la bouilloire.

• PecMaxMax (10/5): Top Lage am Stadion – perfekt für ein Wochenende in Verona - NERI Rooms ist die optimale Wahl für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Verona oder für Fußballfans, da sich die Unterkunft in direkter Stadionnähe befindet. Der Hauptbahnhof sowie der Busbahnhof sind in etwa 15 Gehminuten erreichbar; bis ins Stadtzentrum ist es ein ähnlich kurzer Weg. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief perfekt, weshalb der Zugang zu den Räumlichkeiten absolut reibungslos klappte. Das Zimmer war schlicht, aber mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Sanitäreinrichtung und der direkte Zugang vom Zimmer auf eine große Terrasse. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat absolut gepasst.

The room wasn't even lockable, broken front door lock (super safe) and it stank of smoke. So I called and cancelled. Unfortunately they blocked my number and Booking.com apparently has know idea what was going on.........Neri rooms said I didn't turn up, while I spoke to her. I have it on my phone. She has seen al my messages. Done with Booking.com for sure. I found something great for my 19 year old to stay, but not there..... never!! So there was nothing to like. • Chiara (1/5): Pessimo non ci ritornerei neanche - Il materasso del letto era comodo Non mi è piaciuto niente! La struttura è posizionata in zona stadio, quartiere sporco e molto brutto. Il bagno è sporco, con il copri water rotto, con vasca senza neanche antiscivolo e la tenda per farsi la doccia in plastica é sporca ed antigenica, il bagno in comune è usato a qualunque ora, alle 3 di mattina mi hanno svegliata perché si sono fatti la doccia. Camera sporca, con la struttura del letto che si muoveva perché aveva dei bulloni mancanti, letto senza luci sui comodini, né prese, comodini rovinati e inutilizzabili. Televisione non utilizzabile perché non siamo riusciti ad accedere a nulla, mancavano le istruzioni e lo staff non mi ha risposto per aiutarmi . La terrazza esterna sporchissima!! E caldo da morire all’interno della stanza. In più non funziona neanche la tapparella.

Am rezervat această cameră pentru mine și iubita mea, un preț acceptabil crezând că este ceva okay dar totul a fost groaznic, este amplasat într-o zonă foarte nesigură cu tot felu de vecini scârboși și needucați. La intrare am înțeles din start că ce este pe poze nu este și în realitate, totul vechi dezgustător și gălăgios, veneau vecini și mă întrebau dacă aceasta este sigur camera mea, cand am intrat înăuntru am înțeles din start că noi aici nu putem sta, mult sub așteptările noastre, nu am rămas la acea cazare, am încercat sa contactez proprietarul pentru a restitui banii dar în zadar, nu mai răspunde la mesajele mele. Nu recomand dacă sunteți cuplu să rămâneți aici!!!

Comodo il check-in fatto on line. ho avuto fortuna nel trovare parcheggio vicino alla struttura perché un'altra auto se n'è andata.. forse non ho capito bene quando ho prenotato nell'annuncio è scritto parcheggio, ma ho parcheggiato all'esterno nei parcheggi liberi in strada

• Daria (8/5): - Вони зв'язалися по WhatsApp і доступно розповіли як добратися до номера, вся розмова була онлайн, ключи вже були вставлені в двері. У номері був кондиціонер, вентилятор, великий телевізор,велика кровать. Видали гігієнічні засоби. У коридорі стояв чайник, кофе машина с капсулами, паровий утюг (але чомусь не працюючий). Заселили у кімнату біля загального туалету. Дуже гучно було чутно, коли сусіди по поверху там знаходились. Дуже тонкі стіни, все чутно, хто громихає дверима.

However, they used this as a reason to demand an extra 20 euros from us and threatened to make us leave immediately if we didn’t pay. But our late arrival wasn’t due to personal reasons, and it was the middle of the night—we simply couldn’t quickly find another place to stay. In the end, we had to pay the 20 euros. I think they showed no empathy at all and were just bullying us!

No kitchen but perfect comfortable "angolo cucina"☺️👌 with great free coffee and refrigerator. 20 min walk from Train station Porta Nuova, 12 min from bus stop Flixbus! • Matilda (1/5): Very stressful and very disappointing - We were allowed to drop bags early as we had come on an overnight train. The apartment was generally fine and as described but it had workmen in when we arrived and it was absolutely filthy. We booked this accommodation, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Just minutes before check in, we were informed via whatapp that there were workmen in our room, and followed up with this message 'Your comfort is very important to us. If something is not as you expected, just tell us - we will be happy to give your money back, as your happiness means more to us than a bad review. We really want you to enjoy your stay!' When we arrived the workmen were still there and it was filthy with dust, tools , and mess everywhere. A cleaner was called, and an hour later, whilst the worst of the mess was gone, but the room was still far from clean or an acceptable condition. The host then suggested we left completely and said they will give us our money back. We were understandably exhausted from a long journey and day, and they had given us little time to find an alternative. We asked for 1 night free (of our two nights) so that we could stay as it was too late to go looking elsewhere. The host agreed via whatsapp said that this was fine. However, since we have left the apartment they have refused to refund us anything. What could have been resolved simply and respectfully was instead handled very poorly. We were misled from start to finish, so would not recommend.

• Zarah (8/5): Very good - Very easy self check in. Clear instructions from the host. Very clean. The shared bathroom was perfectly clean and nice and big. Whilst there was no air-conditioning, there was a large fan provided in the room which helped cool it down. The room itself was spacious and the property was nicely decorated and very clean. The property was located less than 20 minute walk from the centre of Verona and the Arena etc. We noticed some suspicious activity going on in the area during the daytime- 2 men checking locks on bicycles, others sitting and drinking on the street- which put us slightly on edge. However these people did not engage with us in any way and there were also plenty of regular, local (mostly elderly) people going about their daily business aswell in the area which put us at ease. And when we returned to the property after midnight, the area was very quiet and these people were gone

• Florea (7/5): it was a pleasure to sleep there 3 nights - the stuff was nice . accidentally I pick a room with 2 bed's, but with a child was a bit uncomfortable. but the staff when we arrive they prepare us a nice clean double bed. and we calm down after that . there is nothing that affected us that much . just that they used ACE Bleach . which is strong enough to make you feel that you can't breathe , . or probably is just me that I have allergies on some things . but all good after all . I will cam back
